Game X Change McKinney: Reviews
Positive experience: Did away with Gundam models. No reason to go there now.
Negative experience: Was curious about what kind of wireless controller they had, someone answered when I called, but when I was in the middle of explaining my search, the call disconnect. Haven't been able to redial. Did you just block me for asking a question about videos game controllers?
Fantastic experience: Great place to find old games for great price.
Negative experience: For years I’ve gone to this store with my kids and it’s always some commotion with employee and customer now I understand why. I stopped in a couple weeks ago with my 11 year old son (the other post about trashed store isn’t wrong). He had some Christmas money and needed a PS3 controller. I help him ask the guy at the counter to which they had 3 used ones. Filthy and disgusting mind you. My son picks the best looking one and then we go to get inline he isn’t feet trilled with it. As we waited we see they have some new in package off brand ones labeled PS3. No prices on them. My son took 2 different ones plus the older controller to the counter and asked them what they thought best. They checked the prices and suggested one of them. He had enough to buy two so he got two so his friends could play also. We go home and open them and the plug is completely wrong. My husband and I hurried to return them. We had the controllers that the employee helped my son pick out knowing what system he had long enough to drive home and back. Upon returning a hour and twenty minutes later they refused to give my husband a refund for them and gave store credit. Again all else they had was trashed filthy used controllers at that point which they knew. Their excuse “They didn’t package the controllers” So now my kid has no controller and store credit at this trash establishment. Thieves.
Fantastic experience: The staff here are very friendly and helpful in finding games, thanks!
Negative experience: Oh my goodness. I have never in my life seen a more unorganized and dirty store in my life. Literally trash thrown on ground, food, and games, cords, and broken pieces of merchandise. NO WAY the employees ever clean up or organize this store. So very unorganized behind counter where employees were scrambling to look for stuff, and tripping over stuff… no lie! Hire someone who can clean and organize!!!!!! I would have taken photos but left phone in car. I may go back to just take photos!!!
Fantastic experience: The staff is awesome always busy but always making time to help in a timely manner. You guys keep us gamers alive
Fantastic experience: Surprisingly had what I thought was a long lost relic of console gaming, holds a bunch of other interesting finds as well. Jay was super friendly and helpful, other staff seemed so too. Dunno where the rude reviews are coming from. This is the only nerd store in the area with an actual stock beyond Funko pops btw
Fantastic experience: Ppl here are nice helped me fix my xbox 360 controller
Negative experience: Very unprofessional we waited 20 minutes for them to find a game even though most of the employees were slacking off. Very unorganized for it to be on the shelf it should be able to be purchased but that has not been the case several times.
Negative experience: Store is a disaster zone all the time. I tripped over a sound bar on the floor near the door. It's always a mess in there. Game selection is fine, and it's cool being able to grab a bunch of cheap single cards.
Fantastic experience: Great place to get games and console/pc items at an amazing price
Fantastic experience: Great location for all your gaming needs even retro gaming accessories!
Fantastic experience: The reviews about the staff being rude are very confusing to me. I’ve been in several times and they’re awesome, nice, super helpful. I had a bunch of questions about compatibility with older systems and they were very helpful. Everyone is entitled to a bad day. The one review that called out one of the employees for just seeming down/depressed is very c’mon-man. You’ve been going there for years and you stop going because one day one of the employees is down and not polite? Seriously, what if dude’s grandma just died? What if he’s just down? What are we even doing here. Plus I’ve talked to to that particular employees many times and he is awesome. Like he is one of the reasons I like the store. (He was referred to in the bad review as the one with the hand disability. I hate saying that. But I want to make sure he’s given a good review to counter the bad. He’s truly awesome and helpful. Everyone has bad days. I will get his name and edit this.) Also, the store is cool. Prices are okay to good. Systems seem well priced, controllers and Rockband guitars seem a bit pricey. But overall the place is awesome.
Fantastic experience: Steven was courteous and helpful. Store is awesome they have a little of everything. Games, comics, and all sorts of collectibles.
Fantastic experience: This store has an exceptional selection of Gameboy and GBA games. Understaffed, at least when i was there (on 10/4/2025). The one worker there was doing an excellent job, even though he was working alone.
Fantastic experience: Always so patient and kind. Communication between customer and employee may Def will be back to this location. My favorite game exchange!!!
Negative experience: The staff are terrible here which is unfortunate because they have a lot of really neat stuff. The employees always seem like they hate their job and they would rather be anywhere else but helping you. It's been getting worse and we are not going to be coming back. I guess it's big box stores but us now...
Fantastic experience: This place is a super great place to get video games and enjoy the vibe!! Recently they’ve even cleaned up a lot and it’s so much more enjoyable. I wanna give a major shout out to Maya!!! Maya had helped me with what I was looking for, taught me ALOT about the gaming industry right now and all around had a great conversation!! Hope to see more of them in the future if they’re what the type of people game exchange is hiring like them!!!
Fantastic experience: I bought my ps3 out there, and some games. Recommended that place to my friends, they found a bunch of cool stuff, prices for consoles sometimes are crazy though
Negative experience: I was honestly gonna buy a 3DS today but the girl who was working the front desk wasn’t giving me the best vibe while she was helping a customer check out, I’m not great with social interaction and I had to leave because if I had to handle her attitude by myself I would’ve just left
Fantastic experience: Miah was very helpful and super sweet!!! Awesome customer service. This location has hidden treasures.
Negative experience: Everything was dirty and some stuff came with weird stains and only gave store credit no refund
Fantastic experience: A gentleman helped me over the phone before I made the trip to the store to make sure they had what I needed. Cheapest place anywhere for Xbox 360 a/c adapters. Also bought a game while I was there. Thank you
Negative experience: My wife and I have been coming here for several years and have always really enjoyed the store. Generally the employees are really great and they have an awesome selection. This will be our last time going there unfortunately. Gentleman with the hand disability made it an extremely unpleasant experience. He was short with every customer that came in and refuse to answer questions. you could tell he is extremely unhappy and did everything begrudgingly. Sucks to see another local store go downhill. This is why Amazon is dominating the marketplace.
Negative experience: Sold me a PlayStation 5 slim, at first looked like nothing was wrong with it, I then had the shocking discovery that it was infested with cockroaches, bugs inside the PS5, never will I want to shop their ever again since the upkeeping nor quality check through the consoles are a standard here. I’m astonished that anything in McKinney would provide quality gaming consoles for the right reasons, but sadly it’s just the big box stores to buy a brand new one. Wires are trash, controllers dirty, used wires from the garage quality, do not shop here.
Negative experience: Do not sell anything to these people. They are a complete rip off . You can get a better offer from every other store please people look elsewhere! Do not let them be the only place you look when looking to sell your things . It’s insulting and I feel like they were trying to get over on me because I didnt know what I had . I still can’t believe what they tried to do . DO NOT SELL TO THEM .
Fantastic experience: Overall nice staff thats willing to help you. Very reasonable prices. Much more preferable to game stop.
Fantastic experience: love this place! so fun to see all the old games and movie dvds <3 ️
Fantastic experience: Always friendly and ready to help!
Fantastic experience: Love these guys! They dont hit you to hard with prices and when you come to sell they give you a decent amount. Also they will haggle a little bit.
Fantastic experience: Very helpful service Ambros helped me answered every question and had great customer service I highly recommend if your looking for games they have classics and good prices and if your like me looking to trade in their prices are fair but I’d call in and ask before going it’s helpful to know before u get there possible out comes for either choice
Fantastic experience: Stop in anytime I'm in the area, always has a good selection and the staff are wonderful!
Negative experience: Ugh, it's a mess in there. Smells like B.O. and old books. The staff was super nice, but, like, not so fresh. Definitely needs a makeover.
Fantastic experience: I came in yesterday to get a Xbox and everything for it. The best customer service I had in a while. I came in just now to get another controller and helped me out with no problem. I will recommend people to come here. BEST EXPERIENCE!
Positive experience: Not the cleanest store but the selection of bulk cards is very impressive and the prices were very reasonable. Was able to pick up some really great cards for well under their market value which was a big help for building my personal collection. Be forewarned that the bulk card bins are not at all organized aside from generally keeping the different games separate, also noticed a handful of fake cards in the bins (totally outside the stores control when you’re taking in as much bulk as they are.) But just keep that in mind as you’re going through them. Would give it a five but the cleanliness of the store and the presence of fake cards are the two negatives that take away a bit from the experience here.
Fantastic experience: Best game exchange in Texas. Nicest employees. Good prices. Peak
Negative experience: Way to crowded, feels dirty and prices are too high.
Fantastic experience: This place has great staff. Love dealing with them.
Negative experience: I took sum Pokémon cards in and I left with one missing I saw the lady grabbing it and took it I was just asking how much would they give me for the cards they just kicked me out without telling me I left my card.
Fantastic experience: First and foremost, this is one of the most coolest stores in the whole world. From the moment you walk in, you’re always greeted with a smile from staff and Andre and his team are always So attentive and helpful. It’s nice now and people that are so knowledgeable about old toys and even new toys as well. This is one of the best stores in the county and it’s always so well maintained And organized. They have everything can think of from action figures all the way to puzzles, Lego sets, movies, and even game consoles! Andre Is so kind and was such a huge help and a pleasure to work with! If you’re looking for something to bring back memories or even just a small gift for a friend, this is the place to be!
Fantastic experience: Always knowledgeable personnel working there Thanks for all the Pokemon knowledge
Negative experience: I have been coming here for about a year now, spending plenty of my hard earned money. I have bought multiple pops from here along with some tech cards etc. and have probably spent well over a grand in the past 6 months. A couple of months ago I purchased a “rare” funko pop from the shop for $80. Come to find out at WeebCon that the pop is fake. Naturally I come in to see what can be done, I am a regular customer here at this point so I was hoping for something to be done about it, but instead was told I was just out of luck. They told me I could have swapped out the pop with a fake in the time that I had it, a ridiculous accusation. I have bought hundreds of dollars worth of pops from this franchise supporting this store that obviously couldn’t care less about its customer base. I looked past the ignorant and rude employees due to the one guy that is usually in there when I do come in, but I will not be returning. I would rather risk ordering pops through the internet than to return to this store. I will also be informing everyone I know that shops at similar stores not to go here unless they possibly want terrible customer service and a chance to receive a fake product that the store will accuse you of swapping out. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.
Negative experience: I would have given this place 5 stars because of ONE person, who was amazingly helpful and really kind. BUT. The other three people in there absolutely trashed my first time experience here. I’ve been shop hopping all day looking for a specific guitar hero for Xbox, was recommended to come here, and so I came! Sadly no guitar hero, but the guy with glasses, goatee, black hair, that’s skinny and lean, helped me immediately. Greeted me when I walked in, and was on it to see what I needed. Since I didn’t get guitar hero, I happily found some other games I happen to be after! I went up to the counter, where a guy with red dyed highlights and a baseball cap, a taller white guy in a flannel, and another man with a mustache, were. I asked if they happened to have sonic unleashed for Xbox 360. An immediate no with lovely attitude… okay… my bad… The guy who helped me originally came back to the desk so I kinda quietly asked him, and he said “I’m not to sure, but it doesn’t hurt to check!” And he immediately hopped to it, and lo and behind… sonic unleashed for Xbox 360, in stock. Guy with the mustang didn’t look happy. “Yea it was there, there’s no case and I was gonna buy it.” Sorry I guess??? I paid and left. The guy who helped me was amazing, friendly, great conversation, and was super chill. Everyone else… very much NOT that… If the guy who helped me is working, I’ll be more than happy to buy more stuff, but if it’s literally anyone else on that staff who don’t seem to happy to be working there or sell anything (saw a shadow lugia plush, complemented whoever owned it, and the guy with red highlights said “oh that’s mine! Thanks! Oh well- it will be mine I mean!” So… that plush AND Sonic were for public purchase… got it…) Be careful coming here…
Negative experience: I’ve been to this location a handful of times, and it truly is great and I love buying second hand from smaller businesses. However, the manager is very questionable. We spent quite some time browsing around and I seem to have lost count of the weird and derogatory remarks he made very loudly and with other customers in the store. He asked about a new female employee (Jessie?) and another employee made the comment that someone thinks she’s loud, and he said something along the lines of “Well… how’s her personality..? You know what I mean..? Some things can be overlooked!”. Very clearly in the tone where he is insinuating a different meaning behind his words (obviously asking about her appearance/body). The other employee was clearly uncomfortable with that question and it was quickly brushed off. I genuinely feel bad for her and I hope she finds something better where she’s treated with respect. It’s absolutely disgusting to make those comments about anyone, but especially coming from a manager. Shame.
Fantastic experience: Amazing customer service. I went in to get an Xbox series S bit when I got home, the controller he gave me had stick drift. I came back and easily got it switched out with a working one. They have a good supply of all kinds of hobbies and electronics, going to be coming here more often now.
Fantastic experience: My husband buys a lot of video games from here and they always seem to have what he's looking for at a great price.
Negative experience: I wish I could give this trash negative stars. I came here several years ago but the customer service was horrible so I did not return. I stopped by again and I see that much has not changed here. Be careful of what you buy from them because they say they will not give you a refund but store credit for a purchase. However, whenever you buy something and have to return it, they always say that it is a non returnable item. I do not recommend anyone needing advice about a product to come here. They will rob you if you do not know what you are doing.
Fantastic experience: My son's favorite place he is autistic and they are always good to him
Negative experience: Called in to ask if they had a PS2 and was told they had one. Said I’d be by later to pick it up, but when I got there was told it was on hold for someone else.
Fantastic experience: They have almost every game you would ever want the friendly with good customer service
Positive experience: Not the cleanest place in the world, but they still manage to have good prices on vintage games
Positive experience: Inventory was kinda wack, but some good games
Fantastic experience: Three of my kids received Game Exchange gift cards for Christmas, so we came here today. Andre welcomed us, showed us the ropes, helped me with a child emergency, and ultimately checked us out. He was super nice and helpful. Chris spent quite a bit of time going over the DS games with my 11 yo, looking up the ones she'd set aside as "maybe's" and giving her info on the gameplay so she could make decisions. That's dedication! Today was an awesome experience. Thanks, guys! ETA: I was impressed to see they have just about everything from Atari to modern day. We have GameBoys and an N64, so we'll definitely be back!
Fantastic experience: Friendly helpful staff. We brought in old toys from early 90s.
Fantastic experience: Pretty cool place went in there to just check it out and got blown away by their selection of games and movies toys just about a little bit of everything really cool place if you’re into vintage toys and games can’t wait to go back
Negative experience: Test used games immediately. Bought a ps4 game waited a two weeks to play it and when I did it would not work. Don't waste your money like I did
Positive experience: I have had 5 times more positive experinces than negative. Great place to buy old movies, magic cards, yugioh cards, pokimon cards. 1 out of two of the electronics I got was some fire beats that lasted me 3 years. Only bad experince is I got some bluetooth wireless ear buds and their return policy on electronics is a little strick and my earbuds crapped out after the policy lapsed and just felt like it was not long enough. You get 24 hours I believe. Again I love this place
Negative experience: Selling new pokemon card sets at twice msrp because of market value is scummy. 125 for an etb are you kidding me?
Fantastic experience: Andre and David rock!!! They helped me so much and both are super fast and nice!! Very professional, loved the experience. I'll be back
Fantastic experience: The staff was SUPER KNOWLEDGEABLE and very helpful! Took the time to look stuff up and teach us stuff. Helped my son find exactly what he needed. Showed us where things were and was awesomely friendly. Will definitely be coming back!!
Negative experience: I didn't know whether to laugh or be offended. AWFUL valuations. Awful smell. Awful staff. Awful, awful and awful. eBay it is...
Positive experience: Kudos to David and his customer service! The company with the offers they give for trade ins are not the best but other than that, the have about anything you need!
Positive experience: followed me around the store a bit but good selection on switch games
Negative experience: Not professional and rude. Offers are not competitive as they say. The offer was actually 90% less than the competition.
Fantastic experience: Super cool place, I was looking for a PS2 and a few games, found some classics to add to the collection and a PS2. The first console they sold me had some issues but still worked, I didn't want to deal with the issues so they changed it out for a different ps2 that worked fine. Great guys
Fantastic experience: I love this place. People are amazing and helpful, great selection of games and everything a nerd could love
Fantastic experience: Where else can you walk in and find games from NES to modern day? Decent selection depending on the system, fair prices on most things I've seen, and the staff has been helpful and knowledgeable in my recent visits. Very happy shops like this still exist!
Fantastic experience: If you like used games, movies, and toys this is your place. It has wide range of movies. There are games for many platforms. The only negative aspect is the store has a no return policy and if you do need to return you can only get store credit.
Fantastic experience: They have everything and anything, from collectibles, a billion blu-rays, PS2/3/4/5, Xbox, PSP, Switch and DS, retro consoles, and posters. It's a haven and worth checking out for the inventory alone, but the great prices are a nice bonus too-
Positive experience: Employees are overworked for sure. Pricing is ok but better off selling things to general public!
Negative experience: Not a good experience. I went in today to look for a new (to me) gaming keyboard. I was greeted when I walked in, but then both employees promptly ignored me. I had to ask THREE TIMES to see some of the keyboards under the showcase. Each time, the main employee walked over and gruffly and huffily got out the keyboard I was asking about. Then he WALKED OFF and went back to SORTING GAMES... like he didn't give a s*it about helping me. He even grumbled under his breath something like, "I'm gonna have to put all these away." (There were THREE keyboards sitting out. THREE. So, I'm... sorry?) Do you treat every customer like this? I also noticed they were more interested in answering the phone than helping any of the customers who were there in-person. I stayed long enough to see few more customers walk in, get greeted, then ignored by both employees. Customers left without getting any help. Next time I'm in the area (east McKinney) I won't bother stopping by. I'll just hit up Goodwill and some other secondhand sellers to see if they have better used keyboards or games. (Goodwill certainly has better service!)
Fantastic experience: I love this place! They have such a large variety of games and their inventory changes constantly. There’s always fun new things to find. The employees have always been great as well. I’ve been there quite a few times and, every time I go, I see two employees in particular, George and Grayson, that have always been so nice to me. They’re so helpful and friendly and have provided a sense of community for me every time I stop in. I’ll definitely continue visiting this store in the future.
Fantastic experience: I've shopped at Game X Change from time to time during High school and even now as a McKinney resident. They've always been very professional in terms of how they do business, how they keep up the cleanliness, and providing quality customer service. Plus, if you still have your PS4 or XBONE, they have a selection that's at a fair price. I plan to come back later for more.
Fantastic experience: Great place! Shout out to George! He's the BEST! Been there several times and George has been really helpful. He took the time and worked with my 12 and 14 yr olds to solve some issues with their Xbox. Thank you George!
Fantastic experience: Great stuff! Vast selection of everything related to gaming. Tons of monitors. Almost all gaming systems know to man. Prices are very friendly and the people working there very knowledgeable and helpful!
Negative experience: Do not sell your funkos or collectibles here, they will rip you off BIG TIME! They give the lowest offers and the guys are shady about money. Weirdest energy while selling! Sell your Funkos at Lewisville comics and toys! They are nice and very reasonable. First time at X change and will never go again!
Fantastic experience: Good selection of old games and TVs and sometimes they got cool comics here. Cool dudes who work here too which is always a plus.
Fantastic experience: Andre and the guys are awesome, and are always friendly and helpful!!! Great customer service!!!
Positive experience: Awesome and knowledgeable staff But the trade in value for cash or on store credit is borderline disrespectful
Negative experience: I dropped off some Pokémon cards to sell. They needed time to sort them and give me a quote. I called back a few days later and was told my quote was ready. So I went to the store and was told that it was not in fact ready they had a quote for someone else and I needed to come back. That really wasn’t a problem. My problem is that the guy working that day was horrible with people. He was tall and wore a collared shirt. He let me know on multiple occasions that he doesn’t even work there. Someone called in and he was filling in. I’d suggest just closing for the day if he’s gonna be the person dealing with customers. His people skills are terrible. He didn’t hide at all the fact that he had no interest in helping me. Complaining about not working somewhere when you are actively working is just confusing. Please stay home.
Negative experience: Overpriced items and cluttered bins everywhere. Tags say CIB only for them to be missing the manual. That’s not cib geniuses
Fantastic experience: I love going to buy & sell game stores, and this is one I’ve heard nothing but great things about. I’m happy that it exceeded expectations! The environment is just as fun and a bit all over the place as you’d expect (and as I love from places like this), and the staff is incredible. They know everything about what you need, they’re nerds just like you, and they love being there (even when the A/C is out lol!) The customers clearly love the place too, as it was very busy on a Thursday afternoon with families and couples, all being very friendly and talking to one another. I can’t recommend this place more.
Negative experience: A couple days ago my boyfriend and I bought this game at this location. I was really skeptical about buying it at all because I didn't know if I was going to like the game. But the man behind the counter told me that we had a few days to decide 90 days to be exact to figure out if I like the game or not. He never told us that we would only get in store credit if we returned it. If that was the case I would have never bought it at all. Now I'm stuck with a game that I don't even want and out $30. If you do see something there and you're unsure of it, just buy it online at least by then you could get a full refund.
Negative experience: I had come in one day to try to sell or trade some of my funko pops. While they were looking at my figures I checked their funkos and let me just say that everything that caught my eye was way overpriced. They had beaten up funkos trying to sell them as mint prices. And they're offered me 30% of what my pops where worth. Mind you my figures were in way better condition than the one's they were selling. I would advice everyone to shop or do business in a different place or store. Would rate it a zero but have to put a star to summit the rating.
Fantastic experience: I frequent this place quit often, the workers are always very nice! They almost always have what I’m looking for and have offered great customer service to me when I’ve had problems! They almost always have the answers to my dumb questions as well!
Fantastic experience: One of my favorite places to visit for Video Games, Consoles & Gifts in McKinney Texas... Make sure to say hi to Andre as well, I've been receiving excellent customer service from brother man since 2018.. Always a pleasure to catch him inside the business.. #Keep doing your thing Andre, you're awesome bro
Fantastic experience: I really enjoy coming here. The employees are always friendly and helpful. Plus, you never know what you might find amongst their large collection of trading cards, video games, consoles, accessories and DVDs/Blu-rays.
Fantastic experience: I picked up an older Wii U here and a bunch of used games. The staff recognize me now that I’ve been back several times. I’m really happy with the games and prices.
Fantastic experience: Jordan the guy with long hair and red beard very professional helped with all my questions. Preston helped find a game I was looking for. Overall a great store.
Negative experience: This place is a real scam, I have an Xbox series X 1tb, that cost me $600, lightly used, original controller never used. I also have a series 2 elite controller that cost me $300, with all attachments. I asked how much would a ps5 cost and I was told with tax and all, around $389. If i traded in my $900 Xbox equipment and looked to purchase a ps5 i would still owe about $10. That was the most retarded business deal i have ever heard. Where do you get you prices from, never will i do business with a business that screws over the customers, you should shut down
Negative experience: My daughter and I had over 15,000 bulk pokemon cards. We called and confirmed on 3 occasions that they would purchase (English) common and uncommon for 1 cent each, and rare cards for 3 cents each. Based on those conversations with them my daughter and I spent over 6 hours going through every card we had and organizing them. We ended up with over 10,000 cards that fell under those categories – based on the pricing we were given, we had $124 worth of bulk. When we got there with all the cards, we were only paid .0014 cent for common cards and only received $61 for everything ($63 short of what we were led to expect). We let them know that we had called 3 times and were told that they would purchase common for 1 cent each – the staff member said “sorry, they lied to you”. I asked if I could speak with a manager and was told that Andre was a good guy, and he would at least try to meet us halfway. When I finally spoke with Andre, he apologized and said there was nothing he could do. He suggested that maybe I misunderstood which I thought was incredibly insulting. He made it very clear that he had no intension of making it right. Terrible customer service, very confused (although nice) staff. I’ve been a long-time customer and I will never go there again.
Fantastic experience: if i could give them all a big fat kiss i would. red hat guy sold me a wii and some games and bro i was up all night playing some wii sports. dude is a hype up man yk, he convinced me to buy a red wii, didn’t even know it came in red holy smokes dude. i will be back to go buy me a minecraft poster. oh and he also called gamestop for me bc they didn’t have a certain game, vv nice staff
Positive experience: The service was great but they didn’t have much stuff for the game cube and if they did it was dirty or destroyed. It was the same thing for the controller. Over all the store was good and the service was good.
Fantastic experience: The store is full of interesting items and collectibles, everything is so well organized and the staff was very nice with us. Definitely coming back soon ✨
Fantastic experience: Tyler and Isaac were very friendly and a great help! I will definitely keep buying games from here! They have a pretty good selection of games for each type of console too!
Negative experience: Though this place may have what you're looking for however.. the dude behind the counter that's appears to look like the store manager calls everyone "my guy ".. worst customer service ever has a bad attitude.. approached him for small talk about the console I bought months ago he didn't give two S**t's about what I bought from his store.. not a people's person this worker.. I was looking for a GameCube & they didn't have one or any GameCube games .... On the side note it's debatable on the care of the consoles as they are stacked up from the floor behind the counter 3-4 ft tall .. I wonder how many times they accidentally stumped their toe on the console sitting on the floor a day I only get this one star cuz it's worth going into seeing other stuff
Negative experience: Bought some things with my friends. And went another time with my mother one of the workers had a disgusting attitude. Would never go back tbh.
Fantastic experience: People are knowledgeable, store is too small and needs more of a selection especially for folks looking for older movies and series
Fantastic experience: Always an excellent and friendly atmosphere! Always someone there if you have any questions and they are very helpful as well just a great place!
