Positive experience: Nice selection of goods, I always forget just how big the store is until I'm inside, probably the biggest Gamestop I've ever been too. Friendly, chatty guy, and a nice, cute girl at the counter. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the parking lot seems to be in a state of disrepair and is not much fun to drive through. Otherwise, I highly recommend this branch of Gamestop!

Negative experience: Gets one star because its the lowest rating. Long time customer to this location. Bought an xbox one for my sons bday. They never called to say it was in. I checked email daily. They then said I didnt purchase it there. Then they told me that it was delivered to my house. Took 6 days to finally get it. I felt like I had to sit through accusations due to their incompetence. UNACCEPTABLE behavior. I suggest passing this location for the next one.

Fantastic experience: It's easy to spot from the road. Big parking lot. The store has a good variety of games old and new. I went there to reserve a few games i was interested in. The staff told me about the new releases coming out.

Fantastic experience: I came in to sell my copy of fallout 76 and couldn't ask for better service. The guy named Grant was not only on point with many pro gamer tips he also told me where I could get a sweet pair of Crocs nearby. He is a total lifesaver and I'll travel past many other GameStops just to business with him. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: First of all I love the game selection (including but not limited to: crafting miner, pokedemon, and adventures of the fat Italian plumber' grandfather) the trade in value is perfect. You give a $60 game to game stop, GameStop then gives you $5 in return. What do you expect? The game to be equal in price to the purchased game, this way of thinking is flawed to the GameStop world.

Fantastic experience: Seems to be a pretty standard store. They don't mind if you hang out for as long as you want. Staff are nice and help with whatever questions you have.

Positive experience: The staff was extremely friendly, even though we only came to look. They have a lot of cool toys in addition to video games, however unless you buy a lot of video games and sign up for their membership, you can find better deals at other stores. But if that's not an option, they do have a pretty large selection. Especially abuse games. I do recommend that you don't sign up for their protection plan on video games, unless your kids are extremely rough with them. Otherwise it's a complete waste of money. Be forewarned, they will try to upsell you at checkout.
