Negative experience: Was great with the old manager Mike but now not so much. Literally the last 3 psa submissions have returned and I have received no phone calls like they are supposed to. They sat in store for over two weeks. Funny after 30 days they are considered abandoned and free game to them.. wild that’s super shady. Never will I step foot in there again as long as the current leadership is there. Oooh and when confronted, oh I just received them last night. Oh why do I have an email in my junk folder for whatever reason that says delivered on the 3rd it’s the 18th she replied with idk that’s weird-.-

Negative experience: The GameStop employee made things difficult for me because it was close to closing time. They required me to update all of my devices to the latest version and would not allow me to leave the store during the process

Negative experience: Worst service ever went into the store around 6:45 PM. Wanted to trade in and cash out on my PS 52 controllers and video games only for the lady to say no she stopped doing any of that an hour before close. I felt it was More refusal for different reasons based on either gender or race so after saying no to me, I proceeded to walk out and go to the other stores I needed to grab things from in the mall and right when I made it to the door, she want to explain at that point it’s because to process the system. It takes too long, which if I was there buying a different system and all the games I wanted to get she would’ve still been in there even after 7 PM to finish out that transaction so instead of saying no to the customer, she could’ve came up with solutions so I went online to see what stores are open later. The next closest store was victory Drive which didn’t close until 8 PM and I arrived there at 7:15 only for it to have a second grade art project written on the window stating that temporary hours as they close at 6 PM and it will change come November 3 that to me is so unprofessional because if you’re going to change your hours then it should also change on the website so now I just wasted gas going all the way to that store that said online they didn’t close until 8 PM so now I had to look for the third store which was all the way in Pooler I would never do business with GameStop ever again even though Pooler staff was great. It’s the fact that I had to drive the three different stores that was so much gas wasted I feel like I should be reimbursed for the gas that I was wasted in a horrible customer service from Oglethorpe Mall store and then just the victory store just being closed on different hours and not having it updated on websites like Google that shows that they were open.

Fantastic experience: Great environment with a great staff. For any concerns and needs please sew jose. I love going here and I prefer this location. Fast, easy, and they have all of the knowledge. This is the best gamestop in the world.

Negative experience: Nobody answers the phone at this location, making checking stock here impossible.

Negative experience: Will never go back, if I pay for a warranty on a brand new item I expect to get a brand new item in return and not a controller that someone else has owned before and claimed as "refurbished".

Negative experience: Not only the hours are wrong meaning that I waited 1 hour before getting my games, but I came early because they told me due to preorder I get a set of pins but only while they were available. So ,I came in at opening time and still deny me the pins(which they had) and I saw then in the cabinet when they gave me my games.

Negative experience: The internet for their systems has always been bad. But lately they're completely shut down because they can't make any transactions due to "technical difficulties" can't even walk into the store. Otherwise I usually like stopping by this store. My favorite location of any gamestop I've been to though has got to be the one on Ogeechee road by far

Positive experience: Their prices for new games are about the same as anywhere else. They are in the middle of the mall so not very close to an outside door. The selection of used games wasn't really great. Customer service was above average.

Negative experience: I bought a copy of skyward sword today while we were traveling. When I got home, nearly 7 hours later, I realized that there was a long cut along the plastic film where the box opens. My game was missing. I can’t travel back to replace it. So upset.

Negative experience: Very bad costumer service , they take money from me for delivery . I not get my delivery, I pay 10 dollars for express delivery to get it next day . 5 days I not have my delivery . When I contact the shop they tell me this is your problem contact fadex No not my money or my delivery

I got myself a brand new PS4 game. I always go there just to see what they got and this place never disappoints. The customer service is great and plenty of things look at. Jordan is so helpful, they didn't mind helping me one bit & literally spent over an hour getting me taken care of just so I could get my pops in the mail. They spent time past closing just to help me get my Funko Pop. I 100% recommend going to this GameStop. Nicest people ever.
