Fantastic experience: This is totally my go 2 spot for finding great prices on Pokémon cards. The owner is really cool and his employees are great too. Although they do have sports cards on display, this place is mostly all about Pokémon and Magic The Gathering. They've also got gaming consoles and video games and a huge selection of anime movies. A lot of miscellaneous stuff to like shirts, pins, lanyards, stickers, and you can find candy from Japan. Another plus, they stay open til 9pm. These guys are not like all the other places who wanna buy your stuff for 30% of the market value, they will pay top dollar like 60% all day and even 80% for the really really rare cards. Go check out them out. I promise you'll love the store as much as I do if your a collector.

Fantastic experience: If you’re an anime fan and ever find yourself in Savannah, you have to stop by The Pop Vault on E. Broughton Street. This place is an absolute gem and easily the best anime shop I’ve visited. From the moment I walked in, I was blown away by the selection. The store is packed with incredible collectibles, figures, and merch that would make any fan feel like a kid again. Whether you’re into classics or newer series, there’s something special waiting for you on those shelves. What truly made the experience unforgettable, though, was the owner, Randy. He was incredibly welcoming and genuinely one of the nicest people I’ve met in a long time. As soon as he found out I’m a huge Dragon Ball Z fan, he went out of his way to show me some amazing pieces, share his knowledge, and just geek out with me about the series. You can tell he’s passionate not just about anime, but about creating a great experience for everyone who walks through the door. It didn’t feel like just a shopping trip.. It felt like hanging out with a friend who shares the same love for anime. That kind of personal touch is rare these days, and it’s exactly what makes The Pop Vault stand out. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in Savannah. If you love anime, collectibles, or just want to support an awesome local business, do yourself a favor and check this place out. You won’t regret it!

Negative experience: I used to love stopping in Pop Vault but it has gone down in quality fast. The use of ai art everywhere also screams cheap and lazy. Went in today with my friends and all of the enamel pins were knock offs looking copied off of artists on Etsy, and we were able to find all of the exact keychains sold here for $6.99 a piece for $0.80 on aliexpress. I recognized some of the Miku nendoroids being sold here for $99.99 as $30 figures from other places. I understand upping prices for shipping costs but this is outrageous and predatory.

Negative experience: I found some copies of Pokemon Pearl and Pokemon Soul Silver in this store. I asked if I can transfer pokemon out of it through Pokemon Bank and I was told I could. However, now that I’m back from my trip, I play part of the game on my 3ds and see that the game does not show up on Pokemon Bank. I feel like I was scammed, but I don’t know if I’m doing something wrong. I believe I was definitely mislead.

Had a great chat with Mike he and ended up purchasing a couple of Pokemon cards for my collection. YES THEY HAVE POKEMON CARDS! Fantastic experience: I was in Savannah for three days, I stopped in this store twice and bought merch both days. On my first transaction I was charged $595 more than what the amount truly was. I called up the store and they rectified it within the same day while I got my money back on the same day as well. I highly recommend this store due to their immaculate customer service. Fantastic experience: I dragged my girlfriend into Pop Vault after deleting some ice cream from Leopold's, as whenever I see a vintage video game store I just have to pop in. It brings me back to a simpler time. To a time when my only concern was figuring out how to get through the water temple in the Legend of Zelda Ocarina of Time with my older brother. It’s the best video game of all time. I sent a picture of the game behind the glass to him and his only response was "NO WAY. WHERE." It took everything in my soul not to buy an N64 along with an Ocarina of Time cartridge for my place in NYC, but I had no space in my luggage to get it home. I was flooded with an even bigger wave of nostalgia as I saw a Gameboy SP and a v1 of the Nintendo DS. That was legit my childhood. Playing Mario & Luigi Superstar Saga on those devices was a huge portion of my youth. They simply don't make games like that anymore. I told my girlfriend when we move in together, I'm buying an N64 for our place. That is the only thing I am really putting my foot down on. Pop Vault, and vintage video game stores like it, just make me reflect on a younger version of myself. I honestly love that chunky little guy. He was so pure, so passionate. You can't teach that. When I don't want to wake up early to chase this dream I'm chasing, I just think of him, wipe my sleep crusted eyes, chug some cold brew, and get TO it. I'm working everyday to make him proud. Fantastic experience: This place is awesome for cards, collectibles and video games! Took my two daughter's in there with that each had a $20 bill to spend. The employee overheard and when they rang them up, they tweaked the price of a couple items to ensure each of my daughter's stayed under $20 and got the items they wanted. It only saved a few cents but the gesture ensured that we will be return customers!

The prices where great as well, at first they may look high but rest assured your getting a dang good deal! The games are compete with manuals and are immaculate the discs don’t even look resurfaced. The ps2 and OG Xbox games fired up and ran great. In short I can’t recommend this place enough great owner, great prices, and a great selection. Don’t bother going any where else this is your one stop shop for retro gaming, anime, and cards.

Fantastic experience: This store has tons of retro video games, figures and more. Truly a great selection. For retro gbc games they had repro and legit separated out. I came in and found a legit copy of crystal that I’ve been keeping an eye out for. Had to reclaim it as one of my most played games in childhood- They had a stunning legit copy and the owner sent me home with the game a bit cheaper than what I would’ve bought it for at my home retro store. Couldn’t be happier- I can’t wait to get this cartridge plugged in!

Negative experience: Been in this story many times since it opened, I don't know why anyone would go here when Planet Fun is across the street, sells the same stuff, except they are local, legit and don't sell stuff as incredibly marked up as Pop Vault does. Save your money, go across the street, but don't buy fake products or marked up Pokemon cards.

Negative experience: If you have experience anime figures you want to sell do NOT come here. I have 3 anime figures well over $300 and the guy told us "I'll give you $150 for the lot". The lady we spoke to told us to come back at a certain time because the man who's supposed to work had all the money and she didn't.
