Fantastic experience: Had a great time in store yesterday. Charlie was extremely helpful with my ridiculous amount of trade ins for a new console. Customer service skills were exceptional, and I left extremely happy with my purchase.

Negative experience: Got to this location at 10:20 am....20 minutes AFTER they were supposed to be open....door was STILL locked...there were two(2) individuals inside the store whom I assumed were workers.... I walked up to the door and was told by one of those workers(female) that it would be a few more minutes before they would be open...I then asked how long is a few minutes and was told 10 to 20 minutes more which would have put the store opening almost a FULL HOUR after they were supposed to be open....I took my business elsewhere... must be nice Gamestop to afford to be able to open whenever you want and turn away paying customers... done done done.... good luck!!

Negative experience: Since when has Halloween been a reason to close early every day from here till after Halloween. This is reason why business are failing. After reading the reviews this store should have closed and not Bluffton store.

Negative experience: This game stop is dingy and filled with bugs,mildew and nun but discust mildew is a safety hazard. No hate to GameStop but people could get sick with this plus the air is always broken so it’s hot .

Negative experience: Everytime I come to this location around opening hours, The employees are never on time. Opening hours are 10am. Here it is almost 20 minutes after 11 and still no one is here to open there doors. Use to be my favorite location, now it’s trash.

Negative experience: Selling broke controllers and can’t get it refund even with the receipt.

Negative experience: Highway robbery is what i can call this company! So you take a console for trade in they give you so little for it. For example, friend of mine took a console in for trade in got maybe 115 bucks wasn't even a year old. That following day went to see what price they posted it for, how about the price they are selling it for is over 300 bucks and you can buy it brand new for less!! Then there used games cost as much as games brand new. Be weary of what you get there, search for pricing other places before you rely on them!

Negative experience: Wasted trip both times I’ve come here. Small store. Barely any stock on the shelves. Looks like they were closing down. Won’t return again.

Negative experience: I went to this GameStop to see if I can exchange two older games for a steam card or money. There were three employees behind the counter. I asked them about the games and they seem like they barely wanted to talk. Their attitudes wasn’t very welcoming. The girl that was working the cashier didn’t seem like she knew anything. There was one employee that actually did give me more information about another place I can go to, to exchange games.

Negative experience: My husband just left the store on Victory Dr. Was greeted nicely, let the young lady know he were just looking around. Shortly after he entered, a couple of Hispanic young men came in and asked the employee (young female) if she spoke Spanish. The employee's response was "Do I look like I speak Spanish? Do you speak English?" My husband stared incredulously, shook his head in anger, and left without spending a penny. Keep in mind, I am Latina, and my husband probably could have assisted the two young men, but after the interaction with the employee, he was not helping anyone spend money there. We also will not be spending any money there again.

Fantastic experience: I was there two weeks ago and the employee was at lunch and a lady made a big issue over nothing and didnt even buy nothing and was rude to the person who was working and he was only gone for 30min the sign was on the door. I like the respectful way he handled her. Thanks for your help your the best.

Negative experience: I drove all the way from Pooler to come get a game and it was the closest location for my home coming from work and I get here at 4 o’clock and I see that it’s a sign on the door that says they will be back at 4:30 and what I’m trying to understand is why is a store closed during business hours CEO district manager general manager somebody needs to be on call so that a business is never stop Our clothes down for an hour or so because they are understaffed. Something needs to be done with this location or we will work hard to get it shut down and removed from this location.

Negative experience: This is usually my daughter and I store to shop to for her gaming system with staff being polite, friendly, and helpful. Recently the experience we had was the opposite of that. One of the young ladies there is rude and needs to learn proper phone etiquette. When someone calls on the phone you don't put the phone down and allow the customer to hear you say they'll call back because you don't want to do your job. Lazy employees!
