Negative experience: This place does not Buy used Cds or DvDs so why is it coming up in the search for buying them ??

Orlando Geigel Posted on Google 1 month ago

Fantastic experience: I recently found this gem about a month ago and have been a frequent patron ever since. The owner sets fair prices and is willing to haggle as long as you’re offering a reasonable price. While his bluntness may rub some the wrong way, it’s rather refreshing to come across an owner so honest. 10/10 highly recommend

Negative experience: Bought many consoles . None was working . Bought retro games some not working . Bought controllers . None not working. And I was still a fool buying more and not being appreciated. My advice test the Console , games , controller before you buy .

Fantastic experience: Yo duelists, if you thought GameStop was finished like a player staring down Exodia pieces in the opponent's hand back in 2020—think again! This store chain just activated a HEART OF THE CARDS-level comeback and it's swinging for game! Ryan Cohen stepped in like Yugi Muto channeling the Pharaoh, banishing those money-losing stores faster than you can say 'It's time to duel!' No more brick-and-mortar floodgates—GameStop's leaner than a meta Sky Striker board after Evenly Matched. Now they're sitting on a massive cash pile (like 9 billion LP in reserves), ready to drop a game-ending play. Rumors of a transformational mega-acquisition? That's straight-up pulling Pot of Greed (draw 2 cards? Nah, draw a whole new future for the company). Cohen's buying more shares himself like he's tributing everything to summon Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon—total boss energy. The collectibles game? Pure meta dominance. Shelves loaded with Yu-Gi-Oh! 25th Anniversary reprints, Rarity Collection pulls, structure decks, and those sweet secret rare chase cards. No more getting OTK'd by scalpers on eBay—pre-order the new sets at GameStop and actually secure your playset without paying triple. Trading card sections are popping off harder than a full-power Dark Magician Girl board wipe. Retro games, consoles, merch—it's the ultimate nostalgia trap hole that sucks you in and never lets go. Margins climbing, profits turning positive, and the vibe? It's like going second in a comeback deck and top-decking Triple Tactics Thrust into a full board break. GameStop isn't just surviving the digital era—it's flipping the script, negating the meta shift, and setting up for the win. From meme stock underdog to potential retail powerhouse, this is the kind of turnaround that would make Seto Kaiba say, "Impossible... but impressive." If you're a duelist, collector, or just love watching an underdog go from 100 LP to victory lap—get down to your local GameStop (or hit the site). Stock up on packs, grab that classic Duelist pack, and support the king of comebacks.

Fantastic experience: 5 stars for Mike! He assisted me with everything I needed and made the whole process easy. It’s rare to find this level of customer service in retail these days. Highly recommend this spot for any retro gaming fans

Negative experience: They need someone new at the front desk, tried liking this place 3 years later and it’s the same experience as last time.

Paul Cruz Posted on Google 4 months ago

Negative experience: They don’t want the business, came 3 times and you have to call to get in because no one happens to ever be there, this last time they were closed 2 hours before their posted times. Gave the extra star because they have good inventory but oh well.

raphayel razon Posted on Google 4 months ago

Negative experience: Practically nothing here has a price, you have to ask the bored looking employee for the price of every game and wait while he scrolls through eBay to find whatever the highest posted item is and tells you that price. Edit: as you can see, the owner is an angry little man who just replies with insults, and he does this with other reviews calling people broke when he'll try to sell a 15 dollar game for 40.

Retro-X-Change

When you ask the prices of games that you know are expensive that you know you can’t afford you should not come to a place asking for things that you can’t buy.

velia Posted on Google 5 months ago

Fantastic experience: recently came to have my 3ds modded, got exactly what i paid for, and it was done in a timely manner too. was also given a rundown on how to download games ton

Negative experience: The guy working was mad rude and didn’t seem to want to help . He was on the phone and ignoring me the whole time. So annoying never going back there again.

Blah Posted on Google 7 months ago

Negative experience: Got sold a busted PS2 controller. I asked if I could test it before buying and the owner said no.

G S Posted on Google 7 months ago

Negative experience: Went to one location on Central Ave and it said permanently closed and to go to the other one. Got to the other one and it was closed. Dude, you only open at noon. How can you not open on time? Update 5 months later… tried it again and closed again when it should be open. Also switched back to the other location now. Still had 2.5 hrs it should have been open. Waste of time!

Dylan R Posted on Google 8 months ago

Negative experience: Never met a more rude employee called up to ask a question before I couldn’t even finish. The guy hung up on me. I guess he didn’t know I was about to come in there and spend hundreds . No wonder this place stinks

Fantastic experience: Great place Great people Great customer service

RetroGamerDad77 Posted on Google 11 months ago

Fantastic experience: Both the owner and the staff there were very friendly and appreciative of me coming to the store. They were very knowledgeable as to what was in the store and what were my needs with regards to gaming. I would definitely recommend this place 100% and will definitely be coming back with my son.

saunders herman Posted on Google 11 months ago

Fantastic experience: Got a 0playstation 4 controller while they were closing.. had someone pick it up and it was in excellent condition! Great service price was right!! Thanks.. good luck to your new location!!

Lime TEKO Posted on Google 11 months ago

Negative experience: Absolutely horrible customer service. I called in to check on stock and they just kept hanging up before I even finished my question. When I came in, I didn't say anything just asked the same stock question and the guy just gave a dirty look like I disrespected his mother. I got my answer but this is horrific customer service is unnecessary

Patsy D’Ambrosio Posted on Google 11 months ago

Negative experience: Whoever answered the phone is rude as hell. Asked a question on whether or not they would be selling Nintendo Switch 2 consoles, didn't even answered and they hung up.

Fantastic experience: Michael is a CLASS ACT! He fixed my son's playstation ports while we waited. I was transported back in time to see lots of games from my youth. As a librarian, I was highly impressed with the organization of his inventory and all the products he has! Thank you Retro-X-Change! Happy to support and recommend this small business!

Alec Ludwig Posted on Google 1 year ago

Negative experience: Laughably overpriced, I would not buy a single product from here. They jack up the prices on many games over 50%, with many of the retro games with a market value of $60 going for $100 or higher at the store, they dont list a single price to they can try to fleece you out of as much money as possible, no idea how they are in business, it wont last long with practices like this. These people do not care about retro games, only ripping off children and those who do not know better

Rafael Bueno Posted on Google 1 year ago

Fantastic experience: So many hidden gems.

Declan H Posted on Google 1 year ago

Negative experience: used to love this place for how helpful the staff was, I called last night asking if I could bring in a ton of Funko pops to sell for cash, the employee said sure bring them all in tomorrow, I spent 3 hours trying to figure out prices because when I called he said to "do you're own research so we can give you a price and you give a price and we can meet in the middle", next day I go in and the owner tells me they stopped buying Funko pops months ago I didn't get the employees name but if I did I would include it so others wouldn't have to make the same mistake, easier to just ask for the owner

Khaled Muqattash Posted on Google 1 year ago

Fantastic experience: They are always ready to help, my kids accidentally break their Nintendo switches sometimes, this place always comes through fixing it quick and affordable, thank you!!!!

Michael Wurz Posted on Google 1 year ago

Negative experience: I want to like this store. The selection is amazing and the customer service was average to ok. The issue is not putting prices on games. They do it as the business decision to keep up with the market value of the game. But as a customer, it ruined the experience on multiple levels. First to get a price on anything you have to ask. Second, personally I feel like I'm at a bad car dealership. I love the selection but I don't think I would go back. I understand that it would be a very difficult task to price everything in the store. I have been to many game stores that do put prices on most of their things and they find success. I hope this store can follow that model in the future.

Myles Feldman Posted on Google 1 year ago

Fantastic experience: If I need any games I go here. They have just about every game for every console you can think of and the prices make me feel like I’m back in GameStop in 2012. VERY AFFORDABLE AND AWESOME GAMES. Mike is the greatest, he runs the place. He’s always looking out and they’re super kind and helpful in there. They do it right over there.

Fantastic experience: If you been a gamer your whole life this is the place to go to. They have everything you can ever imagine and also have anime for all us nerds lol. Highly recommend to come here

J-Rock Posted on Google 1 year ago

Positive experience: I went to get my PS5 clean out because it kept overheating and the fix the problem. It only took them 2 days and it works well. My only problem is when you go to the location the store is closed and you have to drive to the other location. I'm still great full for the repair.

Baz Cobty Posted on Google 1 year ago

Fantastic experience: The owner Mike is the best , most chilled dude you will ever meet! His store will make you nostalgic and super happy. His prices are fair and selection of EVERYTHING will overwhelm you with joy. Its truly a happy place to visit and his associates are down to earth cool and always willing to help. Visit and you wont regret!! True retro store and modern for all gamers and aficionados.

Scarlet D Posted on Google 1 year ago

Fantastic experience: I drove 2 hours out of my way to the first store seen they closed down made my way to the new location. I’ve never been happier with one of my decisions I wish I could remember everyone’s name who was working the day I visited the gentleman were extremely happy to help with all of my requests. I was able to end my Search for classic games whilst reliving a childhood nostalgic memory of gaming. Thank you for an amazing experience tested the games and came back to post this review he goes the extra mile to ensure the game goes home brand new even using a disc cleaning. Love it here ❤️

Blank Blank Posted on Google 1 year ago

Negative experience: 95 percent of the store does not have pricing. They will scam you and over charge you unless you know your stuff here. You have to ask if any game is for sale. This is the worst retro game store I have ever been to.game x change is light years better

Negative experience: Hello everyone, friendly warning, come at your own discretion. Came here today(09/06/2024) with my family ready to buy some cool Funko pops and maybe some electronics, to my surprise the store was not open. The sign says 12pm to 9pm but I was waiting for 1 hour. I decided to maybe even lighten the mood a bit by taking out my beach chair and get some laughs, but the joke was short lived and became very frustrating. I wasted my time, my gas and my happiness coming to this very unprofessional establishment. NEVER AGAIN!!!

La suerada Posted on Google 1 year ago

Fantastic experience: Need 2 fix u remote , they r the best n is not expensive, thank you for d help .

Vincent Median Posted on Google 1 year ago

Negative experience: Overpriced used games, marked up by $30 to $40 at times, and purposely do not put price labels on games so they can search the most expensive sold on eBay and use that as base price. Do not give them your money. They are not here to help the customer purchase video games and preserve physical media, they are here to rip people off.

Manuel Lucy Posted on Google 1 year ago

Negative experience: They need to update their hours. Got here at 1pm and the store was closed, waited till 2pm and still no one came. Waste of time

Nathan Clark Posted on Google 1 year ago

Negative experience: I went to this location and took an Uber. Saw a sign saying that this location is closed and there’s a new one which said the address. I walked 40 mins to this address just for the next location to be closed during business hours. I came at one in the afternoon. How in world could they be closed. Please change your location on Google maps because it’s confusing people. I saw two other people that came to the store and tried to get it only for the door to be locked. Extremely unprofessional. Do NOT go to this store.

Mr Light Posted on Google 1 year ago

Negative experience: customer service is bad they don’t know prices of certain games unless they call the owner… trade in games they give a very low number compared to other retro stores you can tell this place won’t last… sad

H.e Pennypacker Posted on Google 1 year ago

Negative experience: Place is ok but they don’t not work with you on prices of games and some games are not even marked with a price he has to call the owner for a price of a game… won’t be returning

Nancy Cerilo Posted on Google 1 year ago

Negative experience: Spoke to the owner regarding a console to bring in was told to bring in that it was accepted and then to be told they are overstocked with the item . Time , gas and energy wasted going from location to location when it could have said over the phone that they were accepting anymore retro consoles. Then they denied speaking to me on the phone just moments before when I used the same number.

Felix Figueroa Posted on Google 1 year ago

Negative experience: Never answer the phones things are over priced

Scott Henreek Posted on Google 1 year ago

Fantastic experience: Went there and just wow what a great place. Pretty much everything you could hope for and more is there! The owner Mike is unbelievable so helpful and generous with his pricing! Just a great atmosphere. If you want to go to a retro game store there’s no where better in New York!!

Brad Tricomi Posted on Google 1 year ago

Negative experience: Visited to trade in and the associate just took a picture of the stack of trade-ins (could not see what was in the stack because…stacked), associate called the owner, owner gave an arbitrary low number (based off?), and after zero movement from the secondhand phone discussion of the value for each, I promptly left with my trade-ins. Giant waste of time and very bad shady business. I’m not usually one to leave bad reviews (can check my history), but this was that bad of an experience to warrant it.

Matt Posted on Google 1 year ago

Fantastic experience: Awesome place for retro games, tons of DS games. (Also old Pokémon games for GBA they are very hard to find) If you need to sell any consoles come here, they are way better than GameStop. Mike is the man.

Fantastic experience: We are frequent visitor. Friendly staff and a lot to choose from.

Dylan Ambos Posted on Google 2 years ago

Negative experience: Drove 40 mins to get here twice in the same week, both times they closed shop early. ‍♂️

zabir riaz Posted on Google 2 years ago

Negative experience: Both of the locations are always closed. There is no timing on the front door. I called the number and someone tells me it’s opening at 1pm. I showed up a few times and it’s just never open

Cynthia S. Posted on Google 2 years ago

Negative experience: Made the trip up to this store today, says it’s open. There’s a paper sign on the door saying it’s CLOSED and to visit their other location “down the street”. It was a 10 min drive. We get there, and the place was closed too. No sign or anything, other people were there confused as to why it was closed. Horrible and unprofessional, and a waste of time and gas.

Bad Video Game Store Crusader Posted on Google 2 years ago

Negative experience: Terrible, terrible store. Nothing is priced, and employee/owner charges 20% over the highest ebay listing..not even solds. If the game seems “scarce” with nothing listed on ebay, they will make you pay a ridiculous premium. One of the games in their case I asked for a price, and the employee looked it up of course..and for this one, he told me I have to wait for his boss to come in. I asked when that is, and he said I dont know. So I waited 10 minutes, and left. Never, ever again. Anyone hunting for video games, take this one off your list.

Nicholas Hernandez Posted on Google 2 years ago

Negative experience: Waited an hour after for the store to open to trade in Dreamcast and a GameStop exclusive Street Fighter X Tekken Fightstick. When an employee finally came in I showed them what I had and Mike gave a price over the phone the price was lower than I expected he stated that they don’t sell fightsticks often and couldn’t really give a great price which I thought was fair, the total amount offered was 100$. When I asked what the price I was getting for each individual item he said that he passes on the sell. It’s completely his prerogative to do so but to do it over a simple question is disappointing. I’ve had great experiences here and it’s a beautiful store but I can’t say I will be returning.

Dan The Man Posted on Google 2 years ago

Negative experience: Wasted my time! Called the store on a Saturday for the owner to agree and tell me a price of $350 for a sealed brand new Xbox x series then agreed to bring it in the next day on Sunday after I confirmed the hours. I get there on Sunday and find out the owner is not at the store and am told he will be back later. I then tell the associate I cannot wait and will be back tomorrow which is Monday. I drive to the store on Monday after confirming the owner is there and am told he lowered his offer to $300. I try to explaining to him that I was just here yesterday and came back today for the offer of $350 but he wasn't having it. He then tried to give me a bogus excuse of the price going down on the Xbox meanwhile it has been at the price for weeks. I am not one to write negative reviews but how do you go back on your word. That's bad business.

Bianca Abraham Posted on Google 2 years ago

Fantastic experience: Whether you're shopping or just strolling down memory lane, this place offers a consistently cool experience! The diverse collection caters to every gamer's delight – from retro games to gently used new ones, consoles, handhelds, manga, and even figurines. Needless to say, it's a nostalgic journey where you rediscover items you haven't laid eyes on since childhood.

Fantastic experience: Been to a few of the remaining retro game stores in Queens, Long Island, and this one in Yonkers. Had to do something in Westchester and this was on the way. The owner is a cool dude, the selection of games was great! I thought prices were fair and I loved the other collectibles like the classic toys. I was on a tight schedule so I could only spenda bout 20 mins there but you could get lost for hours. I left with two super nintendo games. I also plan to go back with enough time to browse patiently and check out the other nearby store they have. Honestly, I cannot wait to get back there!

Fantastic experience: Great retro video game store. They have hidden gems frequently. They sell retro consoles, games and accessories. They have figurines, dvds, blu-rays, statutes and plushs. At the very entrance they have Capcom vs X-Men! It's worth a visit.

Annie Mendez Posted on Google 2 years ago

Negative experience: If I could leave 0 stars I would. DO NOT TAKE YOUR SCUF REMOTE CONTROLLERS TO THIS STORE. THEY WILL MESS IT UP !!! I took my remote due to a problem it had with the drift, and they did not fix the problem. I had to bring back the remote back to them after seeing that the problem had not been fixed. I went to the store and they told me "there was nothing they could do" with attitude. I asked why they charged me for something they did not fix and they kept the remote for another day. They then finally fixed the drift problem, but then completely messed up another component on my remote. IF YOU DO NOT KNOW HOW TO FIX SCUF REMOTE AND DO NOT HAVE THE SCUF PIECES, WHY WOULD YOU MESS IT UP? MIGHT AS WELL HAVE SAID YOU DO NOT FIX IT. NOW I JUST HAVE TO THROW AWAY A $300 REMOTE.

Fantastic experience: I've been going here for about a year or 2 now. And I love this place. The owner is a chill guy. Prices are fair, and he has games that I didn't even know existed. I recently got X-Men Origins Wolverine for the PS3 from him, and I love it. I'm either going back today or tomorrow to pick up a game I bought from him. I always leave Retro exchange happy. Mike and his staff are one of a kind.

Kubrick Croce Posted on Google 2 years ago

Positive experience: I’m going to be brutally honest in this review. I am very passionate about retro games, specifically wii generation. I went in to buy some stuff. The prices were very gratuitous. I browsed a LONG time and when I found something I liked, I was told it was WAY above market value. $25 for super smash bros brawl is unbelievable.I decided on a final 2 games, and $30 for angry birds star wars and wii music is insane. The games (if I’m being VERY generous) would cost about 15-20 dollars. I ended up buying it because I like supporting small businesses. Staff (it was just one guy, not that I’m mad) were generally friendly and answered my questions well. Cool if you want convenience but not if you’re seeking good value.

Fantastic experience: Took me back to my teenage days as well as my youngin days

Bleart Ademi Posted on Google 3 years ago

Negative experience: This is an honest review, not an attack on your business. This retro game store is a collectors dream at first absolutely amazing library of games from past to the current generation, they have tons of in-demand video games (original Pokémon games for the Gameboy and advance, huge gamecube, snes, N64, nes collections with tons of highly valued games which many collectors look for). The problem is, they have so many and no one is buying them and it’s because of the pricing. I wanted to purchase a copy of Super Mario Bros 3 for NES, and who I presume to be the employee or owner told me it would be 30 bucks, way overpriced and that’s almost double the actual value of the game (please check prices with price charting websites, those are actual market value). Super Mario bros 3 had so many copies behind the glass and it’s because nobody is going to overpay for a game they can easily buy for far cheaper on any other website such as eBay. The glass containers storing the video games is locked, so you can’t check for condition of the games and see what’s complete in box or not. There’s also no prices on the games, so you have to ask the employees to unlock or ask for the prices. The employees are also an issue, there was this gentleman who seemed like he really didn’t want to be there and was extremely unwelcoming with questions, I wanted to know prices about many of there games but I felt uncomfortable because of the attitude of the workers. I’ve been a collector for many years so I know how a retro video game business should operate to run successfully and this is just a poor store for collectors. I would suggest showing prices and making the game more accessible to see condition. I would also encourage genuinely doing more research on market prices to have people actually take the desired games off the shelf, it’s fine to have a markup on prices but the pricing is just too much here. Some positives about the store is that it’s a dream to see the quantity of high quality and desired video games here. Other then that, unless there’s a change in the pricing and attitude I do not see myself coming back here often, and if the owner is reading this, I hope you don’t just call me a broke dumb kid who has no idea what he’s talking about because all the reviews from collectors are saying the exact points that I’m saying and there’s a reason you have so many rare games on your shelves collecting dust.

Javier Bravo Posted on Google 3 years ago

Negative experience: A little over price and okay costumer service

Retro-X-Change

Its always the broke people who cant afford expensive games who leave reviews like this. They need to stick to garage sales and flea markets so they can hopefully scam someone for an expensive game and get it cheap.

fania mozo Posted on Google 3 years ago

Negative experience: Came in looking for an item, first I had to wait 10 minutes for the owner (I guess) to come out the back, then they tried to sell me one for the wrong console, then once they found the right one they didn't even have a price set for it so they went on ebay to find out how much to charge me. After I told the bald guy I was not paying ebay prices he went on a rant about how that's what this item sells for and what not with a super bad attitude. Will defines NEVER comeback or recommend this place. Super bad attitude, disgusting customer service and all around bad Business conducts.

Retro-X-Change

So this loser wanted me to give him a $200 rock-band guitar for $20 yard sale price. I explained that I’m not running a charity and that I’m not a flea market. He got upset like a big baby and ran out the shop. I hope he never comes back and I hope his cheap skate self gets a job so he can afford expense items. He wants lobster and caviar on a McDonalds budget.

Positive experience: A YouTuber I follow really hyped this place up, everything is nicely set up with games that correspond to each console but nothing is priced. I hate having to keep asking for prices and every time the person working gave a price for a game it was way over eBay and Amazon asking prices.

Fantastic experience: Initially brought my son's PS4 - since it didn't take/eject and read discs - to Asurion/UbreakIfix New Rochelle which kept the console for 10 days, to finally tell me that it was not repairable... I felt Asurion/UbreakIfix repair staff didn't do their job. I decided to bring it to Retro-X-Change team. They were friendly and knowledgeable and replaced the drive. Additionally, they informed me that when it was opened by asurion/ubreakifix, screws were not put back and they didn't bother even cleaning inside. It took only one day to get the repair done.... now it works and needless to say... I highly recommend Retro-X-Change

Fantastic experience: My brother and I walked into the store, and we were overwhelmed by the amount of throwback games we saw from the start. The showcases include Gameboy, and N64 games, to start. We asked if they have PS2 games in stock, and they said, "more than you can imagine." We proceeded to walk to the back of the aisle to check out the PS2 games, and they had literally more than I could imagine; Sega, NES, SNES, XBOX, 360, and even TURBO GRAFIX 16!!! Furthermore, they were super knowledgeable about any question we had. The games ended up being priced reasonably, which was refreshing. These guys take you down memory lane in the best way you could ever imagine. I even asked about a super obscure system (VecTrex), and although they didn't have it in stock, one of the employees knew all about it. CRAZY. This is literally the Dragon's Den we've been longing for.

Negative experience: Absolutely terrible customer service. None of their items on display have any prices and none of the employees aside from the owner seem to know them. Plus the owner gets annoyed when you inquire about the prices like he expects you to guess what he’s selling them for or not care about the prices. Not to mention if he doesn’t know the price he looks them up on ebay and quotes you a higher price. Really disappointed because I had gone to this store a few times and even told a few of my friends about it. They did not have what I was looking for any of those times (I was looking for certain systems and games) so I just inquired about some prices and didn’t purchase anything. The third time was the last straw, he and his employee treated me in a way that said “he’s not going to buy anything anyway so why care about him.” How is it my fault he didn't have what I was looking for. Overall terrible experience and I will not be shopping there ever again. Wish i could give a negative star review. tldr: don’t go here unless you plan on buying things even if it isn’t what you’re looking for or it’s overpriced, otherwise you will get treated like you don’t exist/matter.

Fantastic experience: I rarely go to the game stop anymore. Retro x Change is my new home for classic games and systems. Systems like psp, Nintendo Nes, Game Cube, wii, wii u, Atari, ColecoVision, Playstations 1,2,3,4,5, Xbox ect. Any classic games or systems you think of retro x change have it. If Game stop, don't have it drop by retro x change and buy it.

Fantastic experience: This store might freak you out if you don't know what you are looking for. If you do know, have a chat with one of the store staff. They seemingly know everything about the gaming systems from the last few decades. Lots of games on display, for nearly any system you can think of. They even have a few of the legacy systems for sale. My sons and I were treated well and liked chatting with the guy helping us. We'll definitely be back! Oh, when you are looking for the store, it's just north of the Will Library and they currently have no overhead sign, just any empty light box. Happy hunting (BTW, they buy stuff too).

Negative experience: I don’t like the tone or the language of the workers when you call and ask them simple questions about their inventory.

Vlad Z Posted on Google 3 years ago

Negative experience: Huge selection but absolutely terrible prices on retro games. Talking 50% markup on PriceCharting values. I want to like this place (it's close to work and i spend crazy money on retro games), but if it's impossible to buy anything why bother. That's why the selection is so good, nothing is priced to move. How are you going to charge $130 for something that cost $85 *everywhere* else. The employee is powerless too boot, when I pressed on the price a call was made to someone seemingly more important but unfortunately detached from reality. $130 for an 85$ game.

Fantastic experience: This shop has one of the best collections of any game store I’ve visited. The first thing you'll notice is how massive their collection is. There are many options for gamers of all systems though I was personally interested in the Playstation 1 and 2 sections. The owner is also very down to earth and even cut a few dollars off when I bought games or used his disc scratch removal service. I've seen a few complaints about the lack of price tags on the games however, it’s understandable with the frequent changes in prices on the market. I'll also add that, unlike most game stores, his video game collection is in excellent condition.

Fantastic experience: I bought a G 1 Soundwave, Sludge, start trek figures and other items from the store. The staff is knowledge and helpful. They have a ton of retro games and toys at their location. It's a must visit in Yonkers. There's a toy store by me in the Bronx but I rather deal with these guys. The owner gives you an advice average price on trade ins.
