Negative experience: Just a terrible place the store doesn’t have any good inventory i pick out a game put it on the counter and the lady working said we don’t have this game but they had the box so i left

Negative experience: Went in with a friend who was picking up a preorder. He asked me a question, and the employee snapped at us about it. I asked about the Pokemon set that had just come out and got a very terse, rude response. I was going to ask another question, but I only got 3 words out before the employee crossed her arms in front of her face like an anime character and barked at me that they were out of everything. Incredibly rude “service,” never shopping there again.

Fantastic experience: Even though game stops are slowly disappearing they still have everything you need for your gaming system and more

Fantastic experience: Full disclosure: I hate console games and console gamers. I wanted to rate 1 star and rant about how Superior the PCMasterRace was but once I mentally categorized consolers as inherently "bad people" but accepted that there will always be consolers for as long as there are bad people then I can get past that and admit that if you are one of those people that this store is probably great for you. I remember a long long time ago when i was a young boy "renting" NES, SNES, SEGA and PS games for the weekend while staying at my grandpas. Huge selection of fun looking box art, going on a seemingly infinite number of adventures through imagination. Golden Axe, i once turned into a werewolf, played X-men as wolverine and night crawler. Consoles provided literally thousands of hours of fun with my friends and cousins. Hmmm. Now that I'm remembering so much console nostalgia I'm questioning my PC life. Maybe I should re-evaluate things... I'm sorry that the stream of consciousness in this review rant has become derailed. I thought about getting back on track but I have decided that the value from re-evaluation far out-weighs whatever value that whatever readers could gain otherwise. No offense but to be fair, I don't owe anyone anything :p

Fantastic experience: Havent been to a gamestop in a long time I have to say I was pleasantly surprised with the young lady working. I remember a time when you would go into a gamestop and it would be nerdy guys who think they are the cool kids and almost impossible to get there help because they were pricing consoles and games just traded in. My daughter likes the Lego series and we were browsing for Lego wii games which tend to be a little tougher to find at the moment and the games they had she wasnt to interested in but with recommendations from the young lady I have a good idea what I'm looking for now. Granted I cant speak for any other shifts or staff members at this location or any other location for that matter lol but she was great and it was a pleasant stroll down memory lane.
