Fantastic experience: I was glad for some descent in store credit after some trouble looking around for somewhere to sell my Xbox One S and Craigslist not working out. Fern a kind human made it very quick to sell the game consol even though some stores and their computer specific programming system was giving them trouble. Thank you to you all for making that easy.

Negative experience: DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE unless you are 100% sure you won't need to return! I returned an unopened game 10 days after buying it with a printed receipt and was told since I did not get a gift receipt they could only give trade in value which was less than 50% of what I paid. When I called customer service they told me they didn't govern store purchases only online purchases. Their stores could do whatever they wanted to. GameStop is a total ripoff! Avoid the Westminster store!
Fantastic experience: Called ahead to ask about a game, and got direct answers back, no fluff. I mentioned I was likely to swing by to pick up the game. When I arrived they had already set the game on the back counter. Checkout was a breeze. So whoever was working last night, thanks!
Negative experience: EXTREMELY RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! From a curly haired kid named "midnight" I will never go to this store again. Very condescending when I asked him questions in regards to trade-ins and he told me to look it up on the website. EVEN THOUGH I WAS IN THE STORE RIGHT IN FRONT OF HIM! Why go to the store if you're going to be told to look it up on the website in a very condescending way? Been going to this particular store for over 15yrs. THEY LOST MY BUSINESS! This kid shouldn't have a job if can't even provide proper customer service with a good attitude.. I don't appreciate his mouthy rude response. Definitely lost a loyal customer today!
Fantastic experience: This is not the closets store to my home. But I will now make the drive to this store. Charlette and Riley are both so helpful and welcoming. They helped us when other Game Stops made us feel like they just wanted our money. So I will be going to this Game Stop form now on

Positive experience: The corporate store didn't distribute cards well for drops at all. The store we went to and waited over an hour and a half in line for only had 8 ETB's and the first four people got all of them. Was only able to get some loose packs. Very friendly and nice staff though considering what they were dealing with.

Fantastic experience: Sam was very helpful and knowledgeable. You can tell this is their passion. I especially appreciate that they noticed we were getting a PlayStation controller and an Xbox charger and asked to make sure that's what we wanted. We have both, but I've definitely walked out with the wrong item before because I wasn't asked if that specific item was what I was looking for. I would definitely come back here.

Negative experience: I hate shopping here first of all. Everytime you go they harass you about their membership. Today's visit was sour all around (I try to go to bestbuy as much as possible, but I was already right next to gamestop and wanted the new DK game). As usual, I got pushed to buy membership THREE TIMES, then they asked if I wanted a protection plan for a digital game card... they just nickel and dime customers who are too shy to say no. And the third straw, my girlfriend was buying some blind boxes and plushies and clearly needed a bag. The cashier didn't ask if she'd like a bag, so after the transaction was over she said "oh shoot - could I get a bag." Which the cashier was going to offer... BUT THEN the manager?? shut that down and said "we only offer PAID BAGS" ... we're not going to do a separate transaction for the 10 cent bag fee. Especially when the bag was never offered to us... learn to pick and chose your battles. This store lost a customer today for that nickle and diming. Take your money money to a local game store or if you have to Bestbuy, they atleast won't harass you there and their employees seem to care...

Negative experience: I had just bought 2 pops at the mall at another GameStop and found out i already had them so I came to this store the next day and the worker made it extremely difficult to get a refund saying I could have possibly opened them even though the boxes were closed and I had a receipt, horrible customer service
Fantastic experience: I meant to make this review a lot sooner but completely forgot- I went in a few weeks ago just to look around and oh my goodness, the staff here is more friendly than any other GameStop I’ve been to! The ladies that helped me were Summer I think and another woman(I can’t remember her name ) but they were so friendly and we were just happily chatting and joking the whole time I was there! Great experience overall!

Negative experience: Sold us a device that didn't have the power cord. They wouldn't just provide a new power cord....we had to swap out the whole device....the next device we got was said to be refurbished....the hard drive died within 2 months and since it was outside 30 days they'll do nothing. It was my son's bday present. Sad experience with a poor company for a 10 yo. Will NEVER shop GameStop again. Oh....and we had to go to 3 stores before we could even get the replacement system because of the power cord....second system had an issue as well and had to take it back....we are on the third system and as you see...it's DEAD too. I had better luck buying private party. Shame on you GameStop.

Negative experience: If I could give a zero, I would. This is the absolute WORST company when it comes to customer service. They make ZERO attempt in resolving issues, even when filed with the BBB. DO NOT BUY ANY PRODUCT FROM THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY. They will NOT take care of a refund/exchange even if the product isn't damaged and the purchase is LESS THAN 24 hours old. They will refer you to customer service who then files a request the "DM office" with a promise in getting back to you in 3-5 business days. I have yet to hear from anyone. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. In this day and age where retail needs to be fighting FOR their customers, this company fights AGAINST. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY, TIME OR ENERGY.
Negative experience: You leave the store and put a sign up saying you will be back in 45 min. That's pretty tacky. And why do you not have more than one employee in the store?

Negative experience: Poorly run, low inventory, & rude staff. This is my local game stop. Just minutes away from my apartment. Regardless of being so close, I’d high recommend visiting Broomfield. This location particularly, has to be one of the worse GameStops in the country. Ignoring the total lack of basic inventory, the clerks here SUCK so hard. Each time iv visited this location, all my enthusiasm & excitement for a new game is completely gone, after each visit. Today being the worse experience. After asking the clerk about GameStop’s tweet, referring to 4 extra copies of Zelda Collectors edition at each location for release. The clerk straight faced said “Even if I knew, I wouldn’t tell you”. Just absolutely childish to refuse questions about public statements. It’s utterly ridiculous for the customer, to be the one to keep composure for a Karen employee. Clearly if there is any collector’s edition available, you can expect the employees at this location to horde the copies, and not tell customers.

Positive experience: I had ordered a PlayStation 4 online got it in it was supposed to be a 1 TB they sent me a 500 TB so I called they said to take it into one of the stores and get it swapped out and so I did that and apparently you're not supposed to be able to do that well they ended up doing it for me anyway which was amazing but normally they will not do that so I think that the GameStop on Colfax just beside Walmart in Lakewood Colorado is an amazing store great people that are willing to help you and fix the problem for you

Positive experience: Good selection of product. The time I was here last week and just now, they asked me too many questions, and tried to give me $10 less for a return than I paid for it. The issue got resolved and I got the proper money back. Cashier wasn't masked either of the times I was here either. Good location but staff was okay.

The young lady who helped me was extremely rude and short with me the entire time. Negative experience: I called this location in advanced to see if they had any PlayStation 4 controllers, I was told they had two in stock at the store. I asked if I could put one on hold since I would be at the store in less than two hours, I was told that they can't hold items so I offered to pay for it over the phone and was told that since I was coming so soon not to worry that it would be there no problem. When I arrived at the store within the time frame I had promised they sold not one but both controllers before I got there! One even to the person waiting in line in front of me. The woman that was working the counter was rude and stated "We only sell to people that are here". When I explained my frustration she was rude and disrespectful. Very frustrating experience! Won't come here again.
