Negative experience: We came in around 2:30pm today and was not even greeted by any employee in that store (there were 3), they made sure to follow us around though. More customers came in and they immediately greeted them and asked if they were looking for anything in particular. We left without buying after the 3rd group of customers came in and they immediately greeted them. Sorry to say Gamestop needs to train their employees that ALL customers should be greeted when coming in to this store, not just the white ones. Won’t be coming back to this one.

Fantastic experience: Aaron is so helpful and made sure to make me and my husband laugh the whole time! ive never had this much kindness shown at a gamestop before, but PROMOTE HIM OR GIVE HIM A RAISE!! he took his time to make sure we understood what we were getting, and made sure to keep us laughing the whole time. me and my husband are still laughing otw back to our hotel.

Negative experience: Hours are not listed correctly online - handwritten letter on door stating they now close at 6pm.

Negative experience: Whats the point in pre-ordering a game if they dont have it on launch day. Also, store was supposed to call me when they get the game in. Fast forward a week, no call. Walk in and get the game and the store clerk tells me they got it the day after I left a week ago. Go digital

Fantastic experience: Had a very successful trip to the local GameStop here on S College. Eric was very friendly and patient throughout my whole transaction of trading in 4 systems and purchasing a PlayStation 5 Pro. There was no pushy sales tactics, they gave free items away to my kids, and we’re overall very welcoming.

Fantastic experience: Love this location! We came in for a trade in today which takes a bit longer but they had color pages a table to sit at for the kids and Pokémon cards to sort through and let the kiddos take a few Pokémon cards. My children loved this and had a great time. Staff is wonderful! Thanks guys!!

Fantastic experience: The salesperson was knowledgeable and able to problem solve and provide a gaming gadget that I needed for my grandson. They also had an activity table set up that included free Pokémon starter cards, and Pokémon arts and crafts, which my grandson enjoyed. Thanks gamestop in Monkey junction. Y'all Rock!

Negative experience: Just went to Monkey Junctiom gamestop to pick up a Funko pop i pre-ordered, i paid for the item then as i was walking out i saw other funko pops i was interested in buying possibly, as i was looking i heard one employee make a statement saying "oh hes probably stealing" Don't do business with these people spend your money somewhere else.

Fantastic experience: Was there about a week ago right before closing and the chick there was pretty cool! Wasn’t sure about a product and they recommended doing more research on it before buying random stuff! Feel like that was a dope thing to do. Also was able to find some cards to purchase (purchase limit 5 packs) but also informed by her the perks of actually buying pro membership! (Still didn’t grab it haha) Would recommend this location if you’re in the area! Definitely need more employees like that though!

Negative experience: Rarely have issues and need to return or exchange but when I do it's such a pain. Purchased a headset. Finally got to use it several days after purchase but within 10days or so. There's an issue and over the phone was told don't know if they can do anything come in. I'll just buy a new one elsewhere. It's not worth my time. Amazon will always return. Look forward to GameStop evaporating. I thought of something I needed today as I passed Game Stop and quickly thought of Amazon. ✌️

Positive experience: The GameStop is tucked in a little strip mall on the far end of the Wal-Mart parking lot. The store has always had at least two of the latest game consoles in stock outside holiday season, and the prices are no different than the big box retailers. There are friendly and very game knowledgeable staff on there every time I go in (and I frequent quite a bit). If you do not know much about the gaming scene, or you do not keep up with which console maker currently has the edge over there other, then the employees at this store location are the gurus to talk to. Overall, I have a great experience shopping at GameStop. I do not give them 5-stars though because they will still rob you blind with games and console trade-ins!! NEVER trade in a game or game console at a GameStop because you can get more for it selling it in the Facebook Marketplace.

Fantastic experience: Cool place, friendly staff workers who will help you if you ask, I asked for a gift card, but they were out, so they ended up putting the code on the receipt. Super Generous, and I plan to go again sometime this weekend.

Negative experience: They will sell you a broken used game and then not do anything for you.

Positive experience: This particular location doesnt have the selection that the two locations in Wilmington have but I still managed to find something decent during my trip. Theres always only one employee working at any given time I've been in there which can cause some confusion at check out if there are several people waiting to check out. But I would still recommend this location for convenience.
