Fantastic experience: Under new manager and store is organized better. Plus staff members are friendly and courteous. Store is kept straightened up and clean. Staff members are always knowledgeable about products.

Negative experience: Bought a used game- on a brand new limited edition PSA would not download- customer service made my son feel like it was his fault the Internet fault although he told him that other games that he bought brand new downloaded just fine will not be back to buy games.

Fantastic experience: Here you can buy a lot of things regarding video games, at a very good price, if you love the physical format, this is the ideal place, There are also countless offers on almost all products for both normal buyers and pro members. Of course Pro members have better discounts and not much is paid for annual membership. :)

Negative experience: Employee Mason who hasn't groomed and had an oder to him, denied to match the price tag when the item was rung up and it was higher than the price tag.

Negative experience: The employees are very helpful, however somehow despite only placing 2 pre-orders at this location, they have managed to mess up on my pre-orders 3 times. First time was not a big deal, I had to wait about 10 minutes so they could go through the previous days shipment and find my amiibo sets Second time, I had already placed a $5 deposit to pay off in full later. When I went to pay it off, I had to pay off the full price, as if I had never placed a deposit. Third time was today, this one is out of the stores control, but when I went to get my pre-order, I was told they never got the game. a mainline zelda game.

Fantastic experience: Great place! Employees are very helpful and tend to know their stuff. Been a customer here for many, many moons and feel deeply against getting my games digitally or from a grocery store. Plus the pro account gives me much more bang for my buck sooooooo... yea.

Negative experience: I ordered a Xbox series x Diablo 4 bundle and when I went to go pick it up the lady behind the counter canceled my order and was selling it to another person when I got there

Negative experience: When this gamestop had the manager named Charles it used to be the best GameStop in the area, now it's sadly become the worst. I've been going to this location for 5 years and always had a positive experience. I preordered Pokemon Diamond and was called this morning to let me know preorder could be picked up tonight. I was informed tonight that I couldn't pick it up till tomorrow as they weren't authorized to do a midnight release. I'm severely disappointed and not renewing my rewards anymore after this. I'm never preordering again either.
