Experiencia negativa: Terrible GameStop absolutely go to angry comics first. Right in Fayetteville 3 miles down the street. Sold me a pokemon day 30 box brand new for $40 it was only $20 at angry comics brand new as well. The box was also beat up unlike angry comics. Before I made it fully to my car my girlfriend called angry comics and they had them for $20. When I asked for a refund on a box they watched me hold that was from there shelf they refused. I spend $400 plus there a year and I will no longer do business with them and recommend y'all don't as well!!!

Experiencia negativa: We went in around 8:30ish the employee in there was awfully rude, he was very talkative to the guy in front of us and almost completely ignored us waiting and when we got to the counter he was very court and couldn't be bothered by us. I asked for no receipt because I don't need the extra paper in my purse and he just held it in my face expecting us to still take it. I left without taking it because I asked for no receipt and it was very uncomfortable for a piece of paper to be held in my face, he rolled his eyes and crumpled it up.

Experiencia negativa: Man, Tristan needs to go. Boy has sorry customer service. I don't know if Ray still works there but he's official. Tristan acts like he has an attitude and that the customers are a nuisance.

Experiencia negativa: So tonight an employe whose name starts with a T and ends with a N told me that he wouldn’t accept my PlayStation4 because it had bugs in it. He didn’t even look at it for more than 5 seconds , nor did he try to test it. I asked why he felt it had bugs in it and he said because it had dust on the vent…. But the employe two day earlier pulled the top off checked it and said he would take it I just needed the remote, which I think was the manager. This employee was so rude to me and another African American before me after over talking him , which was a child. He truly doesn’t need to be in customer service at all if this is how he treats people. I felt discriminated against for the first time and that’s not okay. Also is was never about the money , they were giving me $15 for my PlayStation which I kept & and still purchased a PS5 controller with out it . I would like speak to someone at GameStop. For reference, I don’t have ‘bugs’ or and insects of any kind and would really love to understand how dust made him come to that conclusion.

Experiencia negativa: From out of town and placed an online order since they open at 11. An order for sports cards so it shouldn't take long to prep. Get there at 11, no ones there even tho they open at 11. So we think maybe they're running late, sit for 15min and another customer pulls up and is also supposed to pick up, and is also confused and frustrated. So we call a gamestop down the road to make sure they aren't permanently closed or something, he says that they are NOT permanently closed, and he doesnt know why no one is there. So we have to leave as we have a 5hr drive home we have to get started. So after 15-20 min we leave and i try to cancel my order since it will be maybe 10years before Im back here and then i keep getting an error and can't cancel. So now Gonna have to wait and try to contact someone just because the store is run by imbeciles apparently. Literally never seen something like this at a major franchise

Experiencia negativa: Employee was lame. Was gonna buy a Playstation and game for $230. That was all I had $230. Employee would rather lose out on $230 sale than hook me up with military discount so I had enough. One and only time I've been here. Will not be back.

Experiencia negativa: This store is absolutely terrible if you're looking for used consoles of any kind. Bought a Nintendo Switch light that was "refurbished" and "like new" so I passed on the buyers insurance. Low and behold 3 weeks later the thing developed unplayable stick drift. Most recently I was wanting to buy a Pre-Owned Xbox On S. I was already running behind on my way to work to buy what I thought was a like new Xbox. I just rushed and bought it so I could make it to work on time and that was probably the worst shape i've ever seen a console in. Unremovable stains, very clearly had been dropped multiple times and there was a rattle in the console itself from lose parts. Whoever took that console in doesnt deserve the job they have. I immediately went to another gamestop and got a refund for it now i'm short 270$ for at least a week while I wait for this refund to go through. Save yourself a hassle and never go to this one.

Experiencia positiva: Nice and friendly Ray was great. The Xbox One model s, evidently this game cannot support the game 7 days to die. The game will overheat and shut off about every hour and a half and we've swapped it out about four times and every single one of them cannot do it some of them do it more often and have memory loss which ruins any game you're playing so the location is really good the people are really good unfortunately the used games are not all they're supposed to be

He was able to order a game for my daughter and have it shipped to my house as they didn't have one in store. For a great price, too! I left the store happy with the encounter and my daughter was smiling. Kudos to having employees who are extremely knowledgeable concerning gaming. Highly recommend!

He brought out this one after telling us the series 2 was not in stock, and helped me get discounts I didn't even ask for! (All I'm allowed such as military or member but I still appreciated it). Overall I've been to this game stop several times and have never had a bad experience. They're always willing to check inventory or work with us to find a gamestop that does have what we need (even though we've never run into the problem before). I'd check them out

Customer service came first and they helped us with an issue we had with a used PS3 that had gone bad.

It's the biggest one iv been to out of dozens and they have a massive amount of figures, game accessories, and just collectible stuff. The staff is really friendly and helpful. Most importantly the staff is not too pushy about making you do pre orders or buying used. I know that's the business model but it gets really annoying and awkward having to say no thank you 5 times in sixty seconds. I have bought several figures, games, and consoles from here. No complaints here :) Fun fact: I actually competed here in the official tournament for smash bros when it released on the 3ds a couple years ago. It was fun, well run, and I just wish there was another one when it released on the switch.

This location also carries a ton of memorabilia, plush dolls, cards, and accessories for each gaming console. They have three registers making for a speedy check out. I purchased two used games that were still in very good condition considering their age.

Experiencia negativa: I’ll be up there tomorrow to fix the problem but this isn’t the only time they messed up. I bought a game and only received the downloadable content disk it wasn’t the game. Last week I bought an Xbox 360 and I asked the guy before he rung me up is this the one that has av cords because my tv does not support hdmi cables. He assured me it did it didn’t. When I called to trade the cords I came back up and apparently I had “the wrong Xbox” which doesn’t take av cords so the 3rd day I came up there I had to trade everything in for different set. Three days guys to get it right. I just left there an hour ago maybe and bought my wife saw 2 flesh and blood. I did not get that game instead I was given saw the first game. I mean I understand you’ve been working all day your tired you wanna go home I work 6 days a week in construction I understand but take a second and look at what your handing people before they pay for it. I live 35 min away from this store. I think it’s kinda messed up your making people drive back and forth to get the games they thought they had days ago. I called and called and called and received no answer. You guys need to get it together because I’m sure I’m not the only person this happens to.

I’m so tired of wasting my gas to drive there to trade it. Buy new if you purchase anything from GameStop they don’t even test or check there used equipment like thy should.

The employees are all very nice and willing to help you look for anything. They are all pretty knowledgeable about the games as well. I really like browsing at the collectibles which they have plenty of. You can find Pokemon, Rick and Morty, Pops figures, stuffed toys, puzzles and more. With the rewards program I save so much money by accumulating the points to get coupons to save money off my purchases. They also have great sales for rewards members.
