Experiencia fantástica: Another great GameStop with GTA-NPC customers, just think about this, you googled the store, for the phone number to ask about the hours Does that make sense? Common sense nonexistent with the wildlife that the employees have to deal with. Great staff dumb customers. Edit: if you are 20+ crying about Pokemon, you probably need to delete your search history before you’re put on a registry.
Experiencia negativa: We normally shop this location but we walked in today and it reeked of weed and febreeze. We immediately walked out.
Experiencia negativa: GameStop makes me absolutely sick with their Pokemon product right now. They get it in the store all throughout the week but make you stand in line and wait on Fridays and Saturdays just for it to be sold out in a very short amount of time because they're allocation is nowhere near as large as some of the GameStops in the outside areas. GameStop is charging way more than what the product costs and their excuse is that is their way of fighting scalpers. All they're doing is hurting their own business and hurting the consumer. What they're doing is breaking I don't know how many consumer laws
Experiencia negativa: I called to ask a question and the employee responded with “i have customers in here” and proceeded to hang up the phone. Disgustingly rude compared to every other GameStop’s.
Experiencia negativa: If doing a PSA submission, I’d go elsewhere, as they make you put it in a smaller semi-rigid holder for some reason. Which is extremely hard to put in and I damaged my card trying to put it in. I’d go to another GameStop which multiple other ones did not make me change semi-rigid holders from the standard 3 5/16” x 4 7/8” stated on PSA website. Other than that, normal GameStop.

Experiencia negativa: Spent 900 bucks was told I was getting a pro membership, and as usual with GameStop the over promise and under deliver. They do the usual deflection strategy where they ping pong you between the store and corporate, both saying it’s the others responsibility. Go in expecting nothing and they’ll still manage to dissapoint you. Staff is friendly
Experiencia negativa: I recently bought 2 game cards and it cost me 56 dollars, the lady however neglected to tell me that once I pressed accept they could no longer reprint or refund the transaction. Soon after my receipt went missing and now I’ve lost 56 dollars and have no games. I’m never coming here again.

Experiencia negativa: Unable to return a product purchased yesterday. I purchased a controller from them yesterday since one of mine broke during a move. I went to return it the next day and was told because I removed the tape I wasn’t able to return it. The controller was never used because I found an old controller that worked when I got home. Instead of taking care of the customer or offering a smaller “Open Box” refund they sent me packing I will NEVER buy from GameStop again. Walmart is next door and they accept open item returns. Go purchase from a better company. Selling ALL of my shares of GameStop stock because of this single interaction. By far the worst experience I’ve had in a retail store in a while

Experiencia negativa: I was told by an employee that most of the workers buy most of the cool or highly sought after collectibles for their resell value before customers even get a chance to buy them or browse. Most the time u get an employee with a real sarcastic attitude every time u speak to them it gets old.

Experiencia negativa: I had an issue on a product I was returning in the warranty window, first off if it’s a mistake on the stores part for mislabeling a product for warranty it should all fall on the store not the customer. Long story short two years ago I bought a headset an sales associate mislabeled my warranted item so came time when said product was giving me issues I returned to the store to claim my warranty. I was told it was mislabeled and not the original product, okay not my problem that’s a stores problem but anywho was told to call customer service and see where it goes. They couldn’t help me and said it was a store issue i had to resolve with the said store. I go in the next day and was told theirs nothing that they can do about it. Lost a long time customer will never do business again ✌.

A gentleman approached me asking if I needed help and he was pretty knowledgeable about games and the capabilities of the PS5. I haven't been in gamestop since about 2011 or 2012 but I think I'll start going more.

This review is long over due, we moved to wake county and we still drive here when we’re back in Fayetteville. They’re professional and will let you know how to save from points. I don’t know these things with points but they will guide you saying you got $10 here $5 here to save on this game. I never have any problems with them. When I do trade ins they’re straight forward with prices. Never had any issue with pre orders either. They send me email or call that my item came in. And this is why they continue to have us as their loyal customers. All the other game stop we been to don’t even take the time like they do most of the time I feel like I’m been rushed...

I refuse to deal with this place since I had to deploy without the ps4 I preordered, because they sold it to someone that just showed up on release day.

Experiencia positiva: Came in to pay off my preorder for MK11 to pick up tomorrow, didn't realize they were doing a 9pm pickup thingy tonight. I'm sure there was a voicemail, so my bad but who checks those things these days? I don't fault anyone, maybe myself... but I waited in a long line with others when I probably didn't have to. If only I were asked if I planned to return at 9 to claim my prize that may have alleviated some confusion because I had no idea what I was waiting for. The Store Manager seemed sincere about his passion regarding customer service, and the girl who helped me was very nice and helpful. I just hope I don't have any issues picking up my game tomorrow since I now hold a receipt saying I already picked up the game (at 9pm) when my intentions were to visit upon opening.
