This time around, I picked up a CIB Metroid Zero Mission for the GBA. I was greeted with nothing but professionalism, and it was a great experience overall. I’ll definitely be back in the future!

I left a Ps4 controller in August to be repaired due to a charging problem and I recieved a call that it would need a new part to be fully repaired, I gave it some time since idk how long service repairs take but coming back in December and having heard that it was no longer in the store/outside of the statue of limitation, I was upset and mournful but I did leave my phone number and recieved a call on Janurary 3rd. I called back since I was at work and explained the situation to Anthony. Not only did he listen intently but empathized with me and offered a free controller on his behalf. Having been scornful of the company now being made amends not only shows the outstanding character of this company but to also speaks to Anthony's skills of guest recovery, hospitality & of what it truly means to be compassionate. This interaction lead me to leave a glowing review. I really appreciate the show of good faith and wish this establishment a great & prosperous year. I also hope that management takes notice of Anthony's hospitality and guest recovery and gives him a raise. Thank you once again!!!

Experiencia negativa: Cool selection of items, but if you're looking to trade anything in, consider elsewhere. Tried to trade something in recently and was given a $30 offer. I declined and decided to try the nearby GameStop, and I was given $90 for the same item. The staff was also pretty cold / dry, not friendly or welcoming at all.

Stopped by in, for quick repair to get the scratches out. They tested it and works like brand new again! Can’t wait to come in back to buy more retro games!

Experiencia negativa: I brought my PS5 here for a rethermal because it was overheating, and it turned into a nightmare. It took weeks for them to finish, and I never got a single update or call about the repair status. When I finally got it back, it was still overheating — nothing had been fixed. I ended up taking it to a different shop, and the technician there told me my console was missing thermal paste, the heat sink was completely clogged with dust they never cleaned, several screws were missing, and they had literally covered a missing part with paper and a grommet. Completely unprofessional and careless. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Experiencia negativa: So I came in bought a game noticed there was a blue sticker on the cover of the 3ds game decided to remove the sticker carefully just to uncover they peddled this game as being a us version but the sticker said it was a uae version which is worth significantly less than a us version.... the price i paid for it thinking it was a us(ntsc) version I could of bought the uae version brand new sealed copy. Absolutely scamming here

Experiencia negativa: Don’t let the positive reviews fool you. They have everything over market value and are worse than resellers. They even charge you a credit card fee without telling you. Even if your total comes out to over $200. There should be no reason for them to charge you a credit card fee when you are paying top dollar anyway. And for a JPN paper Mario game that is worth $9 dollars on the market. They charged me $30 bucks for and couldn’t get fully refunded for a preowned game within 90 days of their purchase. It had to be 7 days which is crazy because I was visiting my friend from out of town. So this manager’s employees aren’t even willing to accommodate their buyers in returning games. Please save your money and go shop at other stores like Dark side gaming or cybertron that are for the gaming community and in some rare cases will even bite the bullet for their buyers. Save your pockets and don’t shop here even if you are a buyer. These people aren’t even that knowledgeable in their games anyways. They just work there and I don’t blame them. It’s a business and they wanna make top dollar. At least the place looks nice

Experiencia negativa: Tourist trap. I recently visited this store and many other game stores around Orlando. Everything is over market and it’s not even close to a good price. I was looking at one of the GameCube consoles they had, and the price was $140. With a 3rd party controller. Every other store I visited had them $30 cheaper. After seeing this outrageous price I checked DKOldies (known for having inflated prices) and their GameCube systems (with a 3rd party controller) is $135. I used to really look forward coming to this store. But now I avoid it. Such a huge let down now

Experiencia fantástica: this is my favorite place in orlando!! i’m such a big kirby fan and this place has the best little blind boxes and gacha machines that are constantly changing. there’s new stuff to find everytime i go, and the newest re-ment blind boxes for kirby and pikmin are always in stock here which i love love love :) also just a cool place to walk around w your friends. and, side note, the bags they give you for your items at checkout are always super cute. i save the light green ones and just recently i had one that was pink with butterflies i love you gamers inc

Trade offers are similar to what you'd expect from Gamestop or other game stores. If you are able to sell your stuff online you'd make more $.

Experiencia fantástica: My son’s Xbox stopped working and we brought it in to be checked out. Tyler was absolutely amazing. Not only did he fix the problem, but he explained everything as he did it. Experiencia positiva: This was a cool store that had a decent variety and fair prices. My main draw to this store was the gashapon machine they had that would dispense a random cart only DS game for five bucks. I got some weird cart that had 2 standalone shovelware titles put onto the same cart, and it's official, not a bootleg or anything. I wasn't even aware they had releases like that for DS. It would be a fun experience to come in and just dump 25 bucks into that. Now I just got to find this little guy his case and manual!

Experiencia fantástica: Logan is awesome!!! I brought in my N64 to get checked and he deep cleaned it (and six of my game cartridges) for free! It's been working fine ever since. He also showed me how to replace the joystick in my controller. Logan was super knowledgeable and patient, he made my visit worthwhile. I found out about this store on YouTube and I'm SO glad I did. I saw a YouTube video on this from a guy I follow “jayboymodz” channel so I figured I’d come check it out! Picked up a dream cast game and a controller also a cool ff7 international ver for ps1! I talked to owners and their employees are pretty cool knows there games even old school games from the 80s & 90s. Very knowledgeable. Alot of retro and new games. They have new gen consoles and games.

Experiencia negativa: been going here for years. while the store is well presented, it has quite a few problems: • lowest trade in values of any retro store I’ve ever been too. EX: went in with 2 switch games that go for about $50 each. they offered me $20 for both with a smile. • selection is always really limited. tend to only find common titles with ink jet printed cases • bad pricing. common Japanese titles are being priced at their US prices. and everything else is about 40% above market. there are much better stores in the Orlando area only go here if you tried the others.

Experiencia positiva: Relatively small selection compared to other game stores in the area (Orlando) and they don’t have very obscure/rare titles. It’s only common games, Toys and VHS for the most part. Staff is very nice and the place is decorated nicely. If you’re a beginner to collecting retro games I’d say give this a try. If you’re more into getting the rare titles because you already have anything else I’d say try somewhere else

Experiencia fantástica: I went to Gamers Inc with my N64, defeated and disheartened. My childhood game console finally kicking the bucket. I've always been a fan of this place, truly the best service in regards to products and availability. This was my first time with a console issue however. I am a DIY type of person, so I tried troubleshooting the N64 myself with no success. At Gamers Inc, I was assisted by a man, (who's name is escaping me), who was incredibly knowledgeable, courteous, and over the top in assisting me. We came to the conclusion that it was the expansion pak, and I was over the moon that it wasn't something worse. I cannot begin to overstate how fantastic his help was. I wanted to give him a cash tip for being such a kind and generous technician. He did not accept, so I come here to sing his praises. I will always support Gamers Inc, they do it right.

Experiencia fantástica: Awesome retro gaming store. I needed a power adapter for my old Nintendo SNES and for my Nintendo DSLite and they had both in stock. As you walk around the store you will see games from all eras very well organized and displayed. They even have a free The Simpsons arcade game set up and available to play. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. They answered several questions I had. I highly recommend this place for all of your gaming needs.

Experiencia positiva: It was a fantastic place to go back in time and know that there's a place to get what you can no longer get anywhere else. The associate was very informative, and the fact that they do repairs on all systems except for the PS4 and PS5 is a major plus. We loved it and it's like a special happy place. In the past few days, we had what was not so positive an experience when two associates tried to cheat us out of a valuable sell as if the shade of our skin made a difference in intelligence. We were originally quoted a game cube game at $200.00 for sale, but when we went back, the other associates quoted $100.00 less and only with a game manual and without the game manual for $60.00. We said never mind, walked out, thought about it, and went back with the associates requoting the game at half of $60.00 down to $30.00 without the game manual. We walked out, feeling discriminated against and disgusted. The only honest associate in there so far is Alex. For a new business, we were highly disappointed.

Experiencia negativa: This place has become such a disappointment in recent years. Went from a cool store to go visit and support when I had the funds to a scammy pawn shop game stop type of store. Everything is so over priced for the market it’s crazy. And they undersell people so bad. Whether I’ve sold something to them or I’ve seen people bring in stuff I don’t know personally get ripped off. They should be ashamed of how horrible they’ve become and I strongly urge you to look elsewhere for your video game needs(online shopping or local apps for example). I am all for paying a little extra to support local businesses for games and comics but I will never again shop or visit here. I would’ve never imagined they would turn out worse then GameStop used to be with terror stuff.

Experiencia fantástica: I am a 360 gamer and held onto my first gen 360 since 2005; after 18 years of turning her on, she finally gave out. Gamers Inc sold me a 250gb Xbox 360 but it turned out to be defect; brought it back to Gamers Inc who were perfect gentlemen about it by refunding the cost to my credit card (Solid! Or in my dopeboy voice: keeping it a hundo!); I ended up buying what seemed to be their last 360 for sale, the Gears of War themed console..my Xbox 360 (online) experience lives on!

You can find almost any game here, from English games to some really good Japanese ones. The prices are near or at market value too. Experiencia fantástica: A great well organized store with a wide variety of games from all kinds of consoles. I also liked how a lot of the used games were inside jewel cases, and wish all retro games stores did that for games. They also carry some good rare finds, like once I was able to find Super Godzilla and Super Star Wars for the SNES without having to break a sweat. Make sure to give them some business when you venture out to waterford lakes because they deserve it.

Experiencia positiva: It’s a truly amazing store with so many nostalgia inducing treasures! However, it seems like some regulars including a particular red headed female with her boyfriend aren’t too keen to outsiders. Would have stayed longer, but she kept on frustrating me by staring at me and my boyfriend looking around so, -2 for that. I even caught her a few times and she looked away as well. Hopefully, she can learn to leave people alone and let them shop around and marvel at the awesomeness of the store. Other than that, a truly amazing store.

You are greeted right when you walk in through EXTREMELY friendly staff that will help you with any question you have, and never pressure you for just browsing. They will work with you on price especially if your interested on more higher value products. They are always my 1st go to when I'm trading in anything retro or looking for anything to add to my collection. 5 stars all the way have never had a bad experience here

Experiencia fantástica: Customer service goes a long way, and this place has Cybertron beat by a longshot. I went in today and I know very well that I was sort of high maintenance. Regardless, both of the guys there were extremely nice and accommodating. I'm giving 5 stars in hopes that it helps the business, however, I do have some constructive criticism that I genuinely hope helps: 1. Perhaps consider tinting the windows. A lot of the games in the store have severe sun fade damage and this could easily be fixed. 2. The PS2 selection is a bit lacking. You all have a lot to offer in terms of peripherals and range of console specific games, but the PS2 games pretty much stay in the common title range. I did notice that you have that Seaman box set, though! 3. I noticed you all resurface every disc as protocol. I know that many people in the collecting community, including myself, try to avoid resurfaced discs whenever it's unnecessary. I wonder if something that is more case by case might be effective? All in all, I'm just happy to have a retro game store in town with nice people. I used to go to Cybertron, but that staff can be extremely rude sometimes. It was bad enough to make me not want to go back. Regardless, you all are awesome and thank you!

Experiencia fantástica: There's lots of videogame stores specializing in retro games, and there's plenty of stores with better selection, but you're going to have a really hard time finding a store that wants you to be happy like Gamers Inc. I bought a BNIB jigsaw puzzle that was missing pieces, and they VOLUNTEERED to swap it out for another, absolutely no questions asked. I was very pleasantly surprised and this is way more than I would have asked for! This is a great store run by great people who care and they absolutely deserve your business.

Prices are fair as well, so you can expect to stay within budget. Cases and cover art are in good condition, unlike a certain other company. More specific series games are a bit harder to find, but you'll likely find what you're looking for. Definite recommend!

I personally prefer this place to Cybertron in Winter Park. Gamers Inc gives a more personal experience when you walk in and can pick up controllers on systems and start playing games. they also have unique gaming items I have never seen before. some Items appear to be very rare.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been coming here for the past 5 years. I bought all my systems here N64, PS2, OG Xbox, GBA with ISP screen. Today I ended up buying a PS Vita and Nintendo switch and I’m in love! I want to give credit to Connor and Zack who are the coolest guys with the best customer service I have ever seen. They go above and beyond for their customers whether you’re buying a $5 Pokemon card to $400+ on new systems. I recommend this shop 10/10 and will be coming back for anything I need in the future.

From ATARI and original Nintendo games, PlayStation or even literal arcade standalone titles up by the front door it was a rush of so much of my life infront of me. I’m SO grateful to find this gem of a store. I ironically came in looking to buy a PS1 for a friends throwback birthday party. Since then I honestly look for reasons to come back. But what really stood out to me is their extremely friendly staff. I've talked to at least 5 different employees including Daniel and Jacob and they've all been genuinely nice and happy to be talking about games with other retro gaming enthusiasts. When I first started coming in I tried not to bother them because they're working but they don't seem to be annoyed or overworked like most retail employees are. I guess that's a sign of good management. All in all, a great shop just to stop in and look around and even better to try to recapture some of that awesome childhood nostalgia. Edit: I brought my PS2 to be repaired and even though it was past the warranty they still honored it and are currently repairing it for the original price I paid. I'm very satisfied with their business practices.

Experiencia fantástica: The staff is so friendly, I always try to go when Daniel is working as he is very knowledgeable on the retro video game subject and super friendly as well! Michael is also fantastic, just a really nice dude who genuinely wants to help you and always gives any information he has available. I absolutely love coming here because the vibe is great and it feels like the staff genuinely cares about you and wants to help find what you want. 10/10 would recommend, I'd rate even higher if I could! Update from 5/27/2022: my above statement still stands, this place is amazing! Highly recommend, anyone rating this place lower than 5 stars is crazy. I'll go here anytime I have a need for something nostalgic from my childhood!

Experiencia fantástica: Pretty cool place to check out bespoke and hard-to-find games in good condition. Alternatively, you could try your luck for months/years at garage sales or goodwill, but this puts out more wins, though things are a little expensive - *despite* them being expensive, you get the guarantee that they'll work which is a win in my book. They have tons of old systems, accessories, and even some great arcade cabinet (like a Simpson one). It was fun to check out and even more fun to play on.
