Experiencia positiva: If your going into the store to buy it truly is a good place to shop they have alot of great deals every thing is priced to sell quick and rightfully so this location does alot of buy and sell making tons of profit I shopped nothing but the exchange for DVD bluray movies also most game consoles not all like the replay and have been a vip Cardholder since they opened store but I went in yesterday needing extra cash was told to get in line then waiting 30 to 45 minutes was told sorry we can't help you today we already got 2 big orders in and we hate to inform you we can't help well now after calling that store to make sure I could sell my items and turned away living 45min away am stuck with little gas but thanks to finding disc replay who had 7 orders ahead of me didn't turn me away and even though I had to wait that was fine I waited 3 hrs for them to go thru the orders before me and then mine walked out with enough to get me and my daughter home and get us some food they don't pay but 25 cent per DVD but like 2.50 on bluray they don't buy cds but they do buy pops figures accessories all games and all systems and I have to tell you they have some magic when it comes to fixing a disc I had a double cd album I got for Christmas almost 25 years ago that hasn't worked in 23 of those years I took to them thinking the album was trash paid 2.50 and omg the albums work again like brand new im in shock and awe that alone was worth going to this store I found a new store for everything but music and to the exchange you lost a vip card holding customer it's just not what it was a couple of years ago I guess because the people are different and they no longer care about their customers and it's sad disc replay for the win though

Experiencia fantástica: My son and I came in to see if a game disc could be repaired. Alexis greated us with a smile and ask how she could help. We explained our issue a she helped us. We ended up purchasing another game disc. She was very helpful. I want to give her a 5 star review.

Experiencia negativa: I bought a PS3 there, it wasn't the Phat Model that is backwards compatible with both PS1 and PS2 games. Which is my fault I should have looked before purchasing. My real complaint is that I bought a limited edition PS3 Final Fantasy X|X-2 HD Remaster and when I got home the game disk wasn't even in the box. They sold me an empty box lol. Check your games to make sure they gave them to you before you leave the register.

On another visit, Mars was a wonderful support as well. This is a great team and they clearly know games very well well (and love them!).

Experiencia fantástica: Lovely staff! Just moved near from Lafayette, and I had to check out the disc replay. I was in search of Silent Hill 2 and luckily enough, they had it. Well organized, lit, and stocked. I also bought a copy of Final fantasy x-x2 full priced only to find out it was missing x2. I returned the game even after having lost the recipt and they accepted my return after reviewing their records verified my initial purchase. Got in store credit (in this case i didnt mind.)

Experiencia fantástica: I found the store strictly by happenstance while traveling for work. There is a ton of physical media ranging from 16 bit all the way through to current generation consoles. In addition to the games themselves, they have a bunch of game systems including a sega 32x still in the box. They have a plethora of dvd and bluray movies and tv series. If you have heard of Pink Gorilla in Seattle, this store has even more content than they have. The staff is friendly and told me about a mall with a working arcade room that also sells games at the counter, similar to Arcade Legacy in Sharonville Ohio. I am so glad that I stumbled upon this place. Edited for grammar on 10/10. My review was made on a phone whose predictive text is always wrong.

Experiencia fantástica: This location has been my husband and I’s go to for some time now! Staff here is always nice and welcoming, and their selection is always changing (which is a great thing). We came in on Saturday and Christina S. immediately checked in on us and helped us look at some of the items in a case. She offered to hold our items at the front and helped check us out very quickly. She also helped us make sure we were well informed of our products warranty and was just exceptional.
