He is a prime example of a model employee who always provides a great in store experience because he is easy to talk too and treats customers with respect and courtesy. Sometimes employees at these sort of stores will make you feel less than if you arent super knowledgeable about gaming, systems, etc. shout out my guy Andrew always will make sure you leave disc replay satisfied. He deserves a raise or promotion asap!

Experiencia fantástica: I visited Disc Replay East today to sell my very old original Playstation. Austin, was the employee who waited on me today. He is a very kind man and he knows his job very well, as I was full of questions with this being my first experience ever at any Disc Replay stores. He was very patient with me and all of my questions. Most get annoyed after 2 or more questions, but not Austin. I feel he did an extremely amazing job with all the details that I needed. The store was extremely busy, but the wait was only around 45 mins for them to check out everything I brought in with hopes of selling. So here is a huge Shout Out to Austin...Thank you for your patience and kindness today! For a young man, you know your job extremely well. You're a Rock Star and I hope you go far in this world!! Experiencia negativa: It's sad that this place pays so little for your stuff, but over charges you for things, paid $55 for some DVD's not even a few weeks ago and watched them all and bought them back to sell and they barely paid me a messy $5 for in store credit, will never shop here again, they ripped me off

Experiencia positiva: I went there to sell some DVD'S and it wasn't a few minutes that went by and they called me, they had went through my DVD'S rather quick, but I didn't think anything about it and when I went up to the counter to see what all that they were going to buy the store associate hands me my bag of DVD'S and let's me know that they could only buy a few of them due to the condition of them being scratched, etc.. The funny part about this is that most of my DVD'S were brand new and I sat in my car taking the plastic off of them before I even took them in because they will not buy brand new sealed DVD'S! Basically they didn't want to mess with them so it was a complete waste of my time for $1.50!!!! Now I have lots of controllers and games and accessories that I need to sell and when I was leaving the store associate made sure to remind me to get over to my storage unit and get all my gaming equipment to bring to them to sell and I said yeah ok lmao I'm not wasting my time with this store! Their loss!!!!

Experiencia negativa: DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE!! I go here all the time (or did) with my child to buy games, cards, etc. So I took in some Pokémon cards to sell. A stack of theme decks from sun/moon era (very old) and a singular Journey Together etb (PC exclusive) to see what they would offer. They called me a scalper when I refused to let them have the $130 exclusive etb for $25. I will not be going back to buy, trade, or sell anything. When I asked him not to call his customers scalpers, his smug response was to smile and say that I could submit a complaint, indicating that he doesn't care how I felt. Well here it is buddy. Don't speak to your customers all crazy just because they refuse to be ripped off, especially when you sell EVERYTHING at or MOSTLY ABOVE market price, how dare you call me a scalper when you are in fact huge fans of market prices. These people will try to rip you off and call you names if you decline. Stay away from this place.

Experiencia fantástica: Austin was great. Made good conversation the whole time about game recommendations, and his opinion of the movies we purchased. He was very helpful and polite to all the other customers, helping them with questions or locating any items they were interested in. I’ve been to every location, first time in Washington streets, purchased 100s of movies and this is the best experience I’ve had with a worker.

Experiencia positiva: The location is difficult to spot if you're unfamiliar with the area, however the selection and pricing were definitely much more agreeable than another company we wont mention in this review! The store was clean and the staff was not only knowledgeable about their own stock, but the means in how they come to the prices of what they buy and sell. It's just a shame the location can be easily overlooked by the adjacent stores and their larger display signage.

Drew checked me out and double checked to make sure they did not have any of the other things i was looking for. Extremely helpful and very pleasant to interact with. I’d recommend this store to anyone looking for pre-owned games. Edit: i’ve been back to this store multiple times over the past month and every visit has been pretty quick and easy even on the busy days which seem to be the weekends. I’ve bought around about 100 games from here in that time span and I had to come back and edit this review to name drop an employee there named Austin. He’s so cool and very chill always making conversation while he looks for things you asked for and cleans the discs you purchased. Love this place and the staff is awesome.

Experiencia negativa: The staff is friendly and somewhat knowledgeable. Its a good spot to buy games, but i wouldn't do any trade-ins (games or pokemon cards) as their offers are very low-ball (1/3 to 1/2 the actual value). Knowing they use ebay/pricecharting for game prices and tcgplayer for card prices, you can look up market value for yourself to avoid getting a trash offer.

Actually a handful of my own games but I didn’t necessarily play anymore gave me a fairly decent trade-in credit as well as cash credit. Process was quick and easy, but highly recommend their services again! The team is also very friendly and approachable as well.

Experiencia fantástica: Robyn and the others at Disc Replay are extremely friendly and kind individuals. They are attentive and willing to help find items in the store. My only criticism is that they can be a tad spacey and forget to add discs to cases and occasionally put the wrong discs in the cases (SO CHECK YOUR PURCHASES) but they are always very apologetic and willing retrieve the correct item immediately. Thanks guys! I’ll be back soon! UPDATE: I have to add Jordan, Frank and Jackson to the list! I visited this location today and brought a massive trade, which took all three of them to complete due to the low staff and high volume of trade-ins and customers, but these guys did great! They’re on top of it! Love this location! I always prefer this one because of the kindness of the staff! Thanks again!

Experiencia fantástica: First off I just want to say thank you to Frank for helping me tonight. I came into buy the Harry Potter blu ray collection and fantastic beast blu ray collection. I couldn’t find secrets of dumbledoor and he politely looked it up in the system to find out they had a 3 blu ray disc collection, he even went out of his way to find the case, which they didn’t end up having, however he made a custom case for me. Dude, he was so nice and talk I’ve about all my interests. He made sure all the discs were clean and I didn’t even ask him to do that. He was very cool about the whole situation. Disc replay has always been awesome but Frank really outdid all of my expectations on this one. Personally, I’m very thankful you guys have him at this location. His knowledge on everything and his customer service was 10 stars. Thanks again for everything, you really made me and my family happy, this collection is to help me through a tough time. My grandma isn’t doing that great and these films remind me of the time we spent together. Again, Frank. Thank you. You didn’t have to do all of that, but you did. And I’m eternally grateful.

Experiencia fantástica: This location always has a good selection of animal crossing amiibo cards for good prices. Was able to get 49 cards for under 70$ my most recent trip. Also love seeing Frank every time I go in. Very friendly and fun to chat with about games ☺️

Experiencia fantástica: Good selection, generally fair prices, fairly well organized. Bought a few games, and had an issue with one. Called in to the store and the employee that answered was understanding, up front, and gave thorough answers to all my questions. When I returned a couple days later for the return, it was an easy process. Staff was apologetic and handled it quickly and gracefully. Honestly, just overly pleased with the staff in the store. Had an issue that could have been a horrible experience, and everyone I interacted with made sure it was only an unfortunate incident.
