Experiencia positiva: Usually it’s a good experience but yesterday one of the employees acted like I was inconveniencing them by asking a price of the pro controller for the switch. He was very rude and impatient. I do not know the name of this employee however

Experiencia positiva: Clearance was by one get one free always have good stuff on clearance from action figures to cosplay /movie tv props even games board games and video games

Experiencia negativa: The employee was very sweet, however he was being forced to work in horrendous conditions. The AC is out and I can say for a fact the manager does not care, I went to the other location to make the return I was trying to do at the mall and I actually spoke to said manager and I said at least the ac works here. He actually said oh yeah the AC has only been out 2 days at mall. And then laughed. I guess if your not the one working in those conditions then your not really worried about your employees or customers. Also, I paid for extended return with my pro membership and have the sticker inside the game and the manager said it didn't matter. So, off to yet another location where maybe I can finally return it. .

Experiencia negativa: I was told a product replacement plan could not be looked up if I wasn’t a Pro Member, that’s ridiculous. For now on I will shop at Walmart Best Buy or Target for consoles.

Experiencia fantástica: Very small store with a limited selection but overall homey and the clerks are always so kind and fun to just talk shop with.

Experiencia positiva: Went in to return a game and get a refund. Employee was not polite. Acted like he was doing us a favor. Will not go back

Experiencia positiva: Went in there because I had a gift card and they don't carry but a few games for my console,which is an Xbox 360. But they have a bigger stock of Xbox one games.

Experiencia fantástica: Employees are so kind and helpful. They weren’t pushy about the membership like other people are saying. So what they give you less for your games, they have to make a profit when they resell and honestly I didn’t care because I didn’t want the games anyway. The only place I could find the ps5 bundle so I was really happy

Experiencia fantástica: My first pick of all Gamestops around Memphis! Right behind it is the Oakland Gamestop, and the Wolfcreek Gamestop. You feel welcomed as soon as you come in the door and Sarah the manager there well help you with whatever you need!
