Experiencia negativa: This location has gone downhill since the mall location closed down and merged into here. The showroom is FULL of clearance toys they can’t seem to sell and it’s a chore to find any game I’m looking for. Also, it seems like the manager from the mall store took over here. I had actually stopped going to the mall location because of him and now I’m going to stop going to this location. He’s rude and pushy. The last couple times I interacted with him at Belle Isle, he pushed so hard on the Pro membership after I told him no politely multiple times. It was hard not to raise my voice. And each time when he does finally give up, he becomes angry and short with me for the rest of the transaction, not saying another word to me. It’s insane. I know pro memberships are part of your store’s tracked metrics, but I’m going to be driving 20 minutes out of my way to go to the next closest GameStop from here on out to avoid this guy. You should too.

Experiencia negativa: Don't no the name of the red headed guy that was supose to be working he never acknowledge us just was on the phone saying random stuff we put the merchandise on the counter for him he just turn his back walked away and did not help me so he just missed out on about 70 bucks probably more because other people walked in and left as well 105 in the afternoon on 7/8/25

Experiencia negativa: First time GameStop customer here. Bought two things. Splatoon 3 and comfort grips. $65. I came home and found that I already had comfort grips. Went back to return them with receipt in hand. They had to get my name and address just to see if they would accept a return for the $10 grips. After taking my information, they said that the brand new, unopened box of comfort grips that I bought yesterday were not returnable. Cool. What are they going to do with that information now? "Okay, whatever. Do you have Mario kart 8 deluxe used?" A used Mario kart 8 deluxe game with no case is $55. Walmart mart right next door had it brand new for $50. I realize now what GameStop is and the only reason they're still a running company is because they rob the ill-informed.

Experiencia negativa: Absolutely terrible run store. I paid IN FULL for product plenty of time to get it in. Every other GameStop in the city has product. They said "they couldn't get it" the mall store NEXT DOOR had it! Its now 2 days after release and 5 days after pre-release. I'll never walk into that store again! Corporate customer service said I could take my receipt to another store and get the product. This is also untrue.

Experiencia negativa: As an owner of multiple consoles, I find myself pre-ordering frequently in order or keep up with the releases happening on all platforms. I’ve found GameStop to be convenient because it allows me to keep track of all of the future titles that I have committed to. I honestly don’t have time for being unable to perform the most basic task of providing a customer with their list of pre-ordered titles on their official GameStop Rewards account. I would understand if I was not able to produce valid identification that I was indeed the owner and receipient of said GameStop Rewards account, especially with the approximate value of my individual account, considering the amount of pre-orders on multiple platforms that I have made. Fortunately there was a saving grace. I was able to login to my official GameStop Rewards account on my phone while in the parking lot and review my list of pre-ordered titles, thank goodness. This cast a strange shadow of doubt upon the fact that I had placed all of my pre-ordered eggs in a questionable basket. I will be making my future pre-orders in more reliable hands, perhaps Best Buy. Parting is such sweet sorrow, I’m sorry that things had to go south.

Experiencia positiva: I had a bad experience yesterday with North. I came in looking for Fae Farm for Nintendo Switch, and found one copy on the shelf. I was holding onto it for 10-15 minutes while I looked for other games since they had a deal going on where you can buy 2 pre owned games and get 1 free. I was taking my time to see what else I wanted to purchase. Then, an individual comes in and I hear her speaking to North at the counter asking for Fae Farm. She commented that she called earlier and was told there was one on the shelf and she couldn’t find it. Overhearing, I speak up and let them know I have it because I’m planning on purchasing it. North walks over and sticks her hand out to me and tells me I need to give her the game because the other customer “asked for it first”. I immediately left. I’m leaving 3 stars because I’ve purchased from this location before with no issues, but I truly have never felt more embarrassed.

It was literally a 180 from the quail springs market experience. I left with a smile. This is how a good gamestop should be. Well done.

Experiencia negativa: Not a pleasant experience at all. First I called to get a game on hold for me and I was told it was new. I live 40 minutes away and rushed down to buy it. I paid full price and was told that it got messed up in shipping. ( that certainly would of been good information when I just told you over the phone I live far away so I will be there in 40 minutes.) I thought ok the disk should be fine then. Opened it up and it has big finger prints all over it. I called the customer service line and was told “ oh well “. They should of at least told me how much damage there was when I’m buying it for “new”. Called a different game stop and they took care of me better than there customer service line.

Experiencia negativa: Good location bad property owner but I stop in & where old jumbo Juice was located and now they are moving.. anyways there is a plumbing problem and the Properly owner isn't fixing because its to Expensive I asked if they had Commented on it and they said yes, but they dont care about what the works have to say only the Customers. So as a Regular customer it smells awful and I can't believe they are having to work in that I will not be coming back until the problem is fixed and there are way more Locations and I feel for the works that are on this property. Good luck gamestop!

Experiencia negativa: That place is so stinky. Literally. I think their bathroom may have issues or something. It was very difficult to stay standing in line to checkout. We asked and they said they weren't sure how to make it better. They had air fresheners out, however they were not helping at all. I left the store smelling stinky and had to go home to change clothes, before eating with some friends. Not sure how people are still coming there to shop.
