Experiencia positiva: Good second hand and new gaming store.
Experiencia negativa: Purchased a game online and the game doesn’t work at all. Couldn’t return due to the time limit (I’m literally a day out of the time frame due to being out of town for the holidays) and they said they couldn’t help me at all. A DEFECTIVE product was sent to me and you’re telling me you can’t swipe it out
Experiencia negativa: Price gouging on UPCs. $169 sticker price changed to $199 before open. I encourage everyone to file a BBB complaint and one with the Consumer Protection Agency. These companies ILLEGALLY price gouging need to be shut down.
Experiencia fantástica: GameStop as a whole has its issues but this location has some of the best employees. I’m always able to get my questions answered and have had pretty good luck at finding what I came there for. It’s be nice if it was a larger store so they could fit more games and less of the random toys but that’s what my som enjoys exploring for now.
Experiencia negativa: Walked in with the intent to buy and the second I walked in I was greeted with "We dont have any pokemon!" And I told him thats fine Im not here for pokemon. I grabbed a copy of the game I wanted and the cashier there immediately went off "Oh you dont want that game. Its crap. It wasnt long and nobody liked it." I said I was fine with other people disapproving of the game but I still wanted it. After about 5 minutes of this attutude and him taking forever to find one disc my wife finally told him she felt he was being rude and he just clammed up and told us to leave. I never even got the game I came in for. I wont be back either. This place is nothing but rude employees that are eager to let you know they dont want to be there and are not happy to serve you.

Experiencia fantástica: Being an out of touch grandpa on the topic of video games I stopped to shop. Totally ignorant and confused Ryan come to guide me with experience and knowledge helping me find more than I had hoped to find. Patient and helpful. I will always hope to find an employee eager to meet my expectations. Thanks to GameStop and Ryan I have for happy grandsons.
Experiencia negativa: this is so bad, i brought in a card for grading and the guy there yapped so hard about how bad the condition was when i pulled it like 2 hours ago and was in a sleeve. he told me it was a 6 and when i got it back from beckett, it got a 10 black label. i do not recommend this gamestop at all and the staff there are really really bad. the second time i tried this place i walked in and it was a mess, there was a baby crying and there were gift cards all over the floor. again, i do not recommend this game stop!!! :(

Experiencia negativa: I have shopped at this location since I was 15, this location used to be amazing and had some of the most friendliest people working there that were always fantastic to chat with. In the past few years that has all changed their new workers have not a care in the world to provide good customer service. They are always in a bad mood, complaining, and when you are the only person in the store they can’t put down the phone to help you out which is hilarious because they hardly ever pick up if you try to call them. Today when they actually did answer the lady’s first words were oh my god, hello?? I immediately hung up and didn’t bother talking to her. These folks are not worth your time or money, it is a depressing location that I used to really enjoy shopping at. It’s sad to see what was a very pleasant and convenient GameStop location go down hill! If I had the choice this store would get 0 stars as to the 5 I would’ve given it years ago!

Experiencia negativa: Terrible customer service. I was doing a trade in and the dude that was helping me was very rude. Told me he couldn’t take my ps4 because I didn’t have a controller for it. but the other person working interrupts and says that they can take it, it just won’t be as much money. So I go get a controller from home and go back and he says “I can’t take this. The hdmi cord is bent” so I go buy a new one and go back and he’s helping someone else so I’m waiting and the computers froze and he kindly told the person he was helping that the computers froze so if he would like he could go to a different location and then comes over to me and said “if you’re here for the trade in I can’t do it. You need to go somewhere else because I need to restart my computers” in a very rude way.

Experiencia fantástica: Wow good place! spent $565 on two systems and the gear. Extremely happy with the help Tyler was able to offer. Wife and I had know clue what we needed and Tyler quickly identified everything that was necessary and explained in detail. Also with our budget In mind. We couldn't be any happier with our perchance!!! Well came back for some 3/8/23 Noah is an extremely knowledgeable and helpful assistant. Once again had no clue what was going on and Noah was able to explain everything and install are SD card thanks Gamestop✌️
Experiencia fantástica: The clerk, i forgot his name because I'm a horrible person, was awesome with me, awesome with my kids, (even though he sided with my son about Sonic but whatever). Very knowledgeable about the products in the store as well as gaming in general. Very cool dude and makes it seem like GameStop is a cool employer as well.

Experiencia negativa: Stopped in the store to ask about availability of a few games and systems, Employee was on phone when i arrived, after waiting at the front desk for a few minutes with no other customers in the store and still not being acknowledged by the rep i decided to take my business elsewhere. Poor customer service for a company that needs every customer they can get.
Experiencia negativa: Do not keep inventory updated very well. The person I spoke to (Ryan I believe) was very rude and not customer service friendly at all. Work on your customer service dude. Seriously. Thats the worst phone call Ive ever had which is sad to say because Ive NEVER had a bad experience with Gamestop employees. Get it together Ryan.

Experiencia fantástica: Fantastic customer service. I had to return and exchange a product I had purchased at this location. The Team Leader, Ryan, had called me to let me know as soon as my product was there and I was lucky enough to have him assist me in store as well. He really took his time to help me better understand how to utilize my device to its fullest capabilities, as well as how to best insure it. Also, he helped me sign up for a pro membership and I’m excited to get all the perks of this membership, so I can get more games for my family at a better price. I didn’t feel pressured into extra sales, but certainly left spending more than I intended. I think it was a good investment. I have so much to learn, as my first gaming device was the OG Atari. This Mom really needed some guidance and advice and they didn’t make me feel stupid for not knowing. I can see why Ryan is a team leader. He knows what’s up.

He is the best employee in there ! The other day my son walked in to buy something with 15.00 in change and they didn't bat an eye at that and were very patient while it was all counted out . Experiencia positiva: Knowledgeable staff but really overpriced and theres ALWAYS a long line when someone checks out because there are normally only two employees in the store the vast majority of the time. Hire an adequate number of staff especially cashiers or get self checkout.

The one the girl brought out was caked with dust and the display model she wanted to sell me didn't look much better. It just gives me the impression they don't take care of the systems that get traded in. It's a little frustrating

Ok she finds a Glaceon Doll and takes it to the counter only to be told those can't be sold until the 2/1 which I find funny because my daughter seen those same dolls a few weeks ago. Didn't even tell her about other dolls that might be available or anything as if he didn't want her business and after today we won't shop at this location EVER AGAIN
