Experiencia fantástica: David was the reason for the review. He was very helpful and made the preorder easy. He explained the discount that was in effect for the preorder which made it worth renewing my GameStop account for the year. He also made pickup quick and easy. He was friendly to the customers even with a late night release.

Experiencia fantástica: It has been years since, I've been to a early release at gamestop. I stopped in the day before to pay the game off. Asked, if there was a early release. They said yes, and I was overly excited. I got there at 9:59pm got the game and was out by 10:02. Keep doing early releases please.

Experiencia negativa: This store is THE worst gamestop by far. Customer service is horrible. Seems like more of a social hour for the employees then a business. I preordered starwars outlaws when it was coming out. Go to the store to pick it up just to get told the preorders never came in. I understand that is not their fault, but they could have called the people that did preorder it and make it right or give us a heads up that there was a problem. I then Ordered a switch online, waited a full day and still didn’t receive an email saying it was ready. I call up there and ask about it, the guy tells me to wait an hour. I was at work during that time so I actually waited about 3 hours before going up there, just to go up there and the guy tells me that they still don’t have it ready. I asked why they can’t just get it while I’m there and let me take it. His reply is “it doesn’t work that way.” Sweet, my money will go other places then this sorry store . I will never shop at this GameStop again even though it is the closest one to me. I will drive out of my way just to go to another one. Please fix the problem with your store.

Experiencia negativa: Went in to buy a controller. Purchased a preowned controller listed at $44.99. Once I got to the car, I checked the reciept. They charged had me $50. I went back in and they refused to make it right. Said they hadnt changed the price in the system even though it was clearly labeled at $44.99. Told me all I could do was keep it for that price or return it. No price adjustments would be made. Elvin or Evin said he wasnt breaking policy for me and wouldnt honor that price. I returned it and left disappointed. First time at this location and I will not be back. $5 just lost you a sale, potential regular customer and the oppurtunity to make some ones day.

Experiencia negativa: 30 minutes prior to closing. Dude was fried. Horrible service. Wouldn't help us out because there is apparently a Pokemon launch tomorrow. We were there to swap a couple controllers in a trade. Will not come back to this store. Sell your GameStop stock.

Experiencia negativa: Worst customer service I’ve experienced at a GameStop in my life. I’ve had multiple pre orders I’ve had to wait for DAYS to pick up. They never call me when my preorders come in until I call them. Then when I go to pick up my preorders it’s a hassle. Staff is rude and when I called to tell them I’m coming to pickup my games they closed the door and locked it right in front of me for 30 minutes even though I just got off the phone with them.

Experiencia negativa: Found a game for 49.99 and at the time when I was at the register it came out to 74.99 even though the tag said 49.99. It wasn't even new to begin with so why would I pay almost $80 dollars for a game that even isn't new, like yeah it hadn't been used to play with but like how would I know that? The Employee gave me a little attitude, and they ''couldn't" fix the price cause of the policy. Don't know what was the problem giving me the price on the sticker, it's not like they'll go bankrupt if they fix a problem like that, I bet a lot if people get screwed with their trade ins and we don't make a big deal about it.

I came in to get a replacement controller since I bought the warranty on it and instead of giving me a working ps5 controller replacement they gave me a busted pre owned controller came back and tested every single pre owned ps5 controller and saw that every single controller had some sort of problem to them would not recommend at all

Experiencia negativa: 7 pm Store says it’s open with it’s hours. lights on gates open, open sign on hours on door say open doors lock no one answered 4 calls from people outside. Called customer service @ 7:30 and they were unaware of any reason the store was closed without giving corporate a notice prior to closing. The customer service agent said they just got notified they submitted a request to closed @ 7:31 but no reason for the request. Wasted many people’s time. If you close early post a notice so people don’t waste their time waiting. Terrible service

Experiencia negativa: I came in at 6:15pm for a simple upgrade on a console talked to the lady manager before I came in an everything I even told her what I was bringing in so I can have one stop trip sadly she wasn’t there when I came but the employee that was working after she left was no help on what I came in for an what makes it even more crazy that was the second time he helped me too I came the day before he gave me the same problem I call the next day so I can simply not have the same problem he does it again then he didn’t know how to pull up the console so I told him how I told him how I’m the customer not the employee and he was lost every time I asked him questions on things he ether needs a rehearsal or sumn I always come in never had this problem I even worked at GameStop before so for his performance was definitely not good at all sorry GameStop but he kinda just ruined it for me for a little

Experiencia negativa: The posted hours of closing are 8:00 pm. I was there at 7:50, it was all gated and locked up. There was an employee in the store, but he would not answer the phone nor come to the door. If you have posted closing times, people expect you to honor them. I wasn’t browsing. Wanted one item. 10 minutes was plenty of time to accomplish this.

Experiencia negativa: Used to be our family’s favorite location. There’s a new manager that started this week. A short dude with a struggle beard. He was a complete a**hole and we will not be returning again. We were trying to return a $70 game that was purchased TWO days ago. He offered $10 store credit and said that if it was opened, it could not be returned even though it doesn’t say that anywhere on their receipt or return policy. Terrible customer service, I don’t know who would hire this guy at all, let alone as a manager.

Experiencia negativa: Bought a download card for the new Violet, because they have no games in there. It's a merch store now. Receipt had no redeem code, and the store can't get records of it without me asking back in. Why are employees not making sure the code is on the receipt so I don't have to go out of my way for THEIR mistake?

Experiencia positiva: We like this location and been going there for the past 5 years with my DD individuals. Yesterday was the 1st time my 3 credit card was declined for $49, changed terminal, still declined - I called those 3 CC companies and they informed me, on the spot that my cards are fine and it didn't show any declined payment (on any of those three). I did let the cashier know (because he said its probably from the bank or CC company. Wondering if anyone else ever have the same problem? We're still going back to that store but its just strange!! I canceled my cards and they're sending me my new ones

Experiencia negativa: This company has the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. I you ever go to order something off their site STOP and don’t waste your time. Only company I know that has back order on digital download’s. Wow is all I can say. Must have a bunch of rocket scientist that work there to think that a digital download can be back ordered. Just an overall bad experience with this company.

Experiencia negativa: Went in earlier and had seen there was a new and used version of the spiderman game for ps4. Chose the new one because it was only a few dollars more than the used. Went to checkout and the lady had said there was one for cheaper and we didnt think anything ofnit so she said she would grab it for us. Charged us for all our games we chose and got home to play it to realize she never out it in our bag. Look at the receipt and we were still charged for it! Now have to wait a day to come back and get the game. Very disappointing experience at this location. Never coming back after we get the game.
