Experiencia fantástica: I just went in this morning to grab a copy of the new Mario Party - traded some games in to lower the price and when I asked about Mario party, Kaylee said unfortunately they had just sold their last copy. Of course I was disappointed, until she told me she had her copy that she had reserved for herself and she sold me that one! I was amazed by her kindness and it made my entire day. Thank you Kaylee, I will be back. :)

Experiencia negativa: I went here 2 days ago I spoke to the employe about how I bought an external hard drive for my ps5 and it would store the games but I couldn’t play them. I asked for recommendations on a hard drive that can store and play ps5 games. They recommended a seagate PlayStation external hard drive. They said it was ps5 compatible and it will work. I bought it for $100 dollars. I took it home and hooked it up and then this hard drive had the same issue I told them I didn’t want to happen. I retuned not even 2 hours later and told them what happened and if I could just exchange it for an internal one. The employee told me no that obviously it’s open and they don’t do returns on opened products. I told him I bought it due to their recommendation he then again told me sorry i can’t return it. I told him it was a bit frustrating because I bought it because they told me it was gonna work. He then said “yeah it is frustrating” that’s it he said nothing else. I just walked out and called the GameStop next to target they exchanged it no issues and I even spent more money and renewed my GameStop membership.

Experiencia negativa: I took in a lot of video games to sell them, it was more then 20 games and he told me it was 28 dollars in credit but I wanted cash so he told me it was then going to be 17 dollars I told him then that nvm and he said that I wasn’t going to get a lot for them and “to trust his word on it” I apologized for wasting his time and all he said was yea. Before I came here I went to Double Jump video games and they said they would give me 50 for all but till tomorrow. If you wanna sell ur games go to any other place but here.
Experiencia fantástica: Today I went to this paricular GameStop and traded in my old consoles including over a dozen PS4 games. Eva, the store employee, was helpful and she was able to find the best deals for me so that I could upgrade to a new Xbox. The process took over an hour but she was patient and answered all of my questions. I want to highlight her interaction today as being some of the best customer service I have had in awhile and she should be recognized for her work.
Experiencia fantástica: I’ve always had great experiences at this GameStop! The people have always been very accommodating and kind with wonderful recommendations. Plus the A/C in there is bangin on a hot day. The only frustration I had was that the hours on Google maps were incorrect so I showed up an hour before it opened. Otherwise, I’d recommend!

Experiencia negativa: Waited 45 minutes for them to test a Wii, then they said they couldn’t take it at all because it was missing a nunchuk. Yes. The nunchuck that doesn’t even have a place in like 40% of games. I get if that’s the policy, but the rep could have saved himself and our family a boat load of time if he had just known what his own policy was. He had to call someone and that’s when suddenly the deal was off. Wonderful. Didn’t even say ‘sorry’…

Experiencia negativa: BUYER BEWARE. An employee here attempted to defraud me today. After ringing up my purchase he automatically added a warranty (or some other upcharge) to my total without asking me and then presented me the final amount smugly. After I confronted him about it he then removed it without saying anything else. No apology, no explanation. Tall white guy with a beard and a “Rick and Morty” T-Shirt. Seems illegal at best and unethical at worst. Will not return. Have emailed corporate about my experience.

Experiencia negativa: I probably went to this gamestop for 10 years. My mom died when I was 18. I had pre ordered a Playstation, and I came here to take the money off, and they told me I couldn't unless my mom signed it, I said she died 2 days ago, so I asked if my dad could sign it and they said no. After that I never stepped foot into this gamestop again. But yeah when someone says only your mom can sign even though she is dead, you kinda lose interest. Stop going to the one in Clackamas because the manager is stuck up, and turned me down on an interview which was his loss because I literally work in the medical field, I have more schooling and experience then him despite his old age.

We inquired on the phone about a nintendo switch for our sons birthday and had it held for pick up at 279.99- once we arrived at the store not even a half of an hour later, the associate said they weren't the ones to answer the phone but were standing right there and that wasn't the price they quoted me. I asked to talk to a manager because even if we did misunderstand something, that was rude. The manager just said he didn't know what experience I had but the price is the price. That's awesome but your customer service is the worst. I bought my gaming system elsewhere.

I couldn't set ps4 to factory settings which he did. Hooked up few coupons and I was able to get Maden, new headset and pre order NHL 22. Great experience.

Experiencia negativa: Enter At Your Own Risk I will never again do business with this location, not to mention the entire GS store chain. Not long after purchasing an item with a new credit card, I started getting mysterious fraudulent charges. It wasn't hard to find that some employee/s there used my card number I had brought in. The biggest and only clue I needed was the charges had been game related. I called and talked to the manager who treated me like he could care less, even after I told him of my findings.

Gamestop would have them before anyone else with mass quantities...I was wrong...each store near me got 20 pre-orders to sell...those were all gone before the relase date for pre-orders...i should off asked for Amazon.com gift cards instead. Now I'm stuck waiting to see if I can even get one before or even after the November release. Not a happy customer here..i changed my stars from a 1 to a 5 now knowing it was Sony at fault for not enough product to allow for more more pre orders

Experiencia negativa: So disappointed in the service I recieved yesterday by this employee just before closing. I should have checked myself but I trusted this person knew what he was doing. I purchased 3 games and only one game was in the case. So in other words I get back home only to find the employee did not put the other 2 games in the case. So I have 3 cases and only one game was put in. This is no mistake this is pure incompetence. I will be back tomorrow afternoon to pick up my 2 games that I paid for and for this nasty employee I hope you are fired.

Call gamestop, "sorry but we dont do shipments to stores anymore"... but you can order pop funks custom and do it online?

She had a great attitude and was willing to go the extra mile for me. Definitely brought my spirits up. If you're having a bad day, I recommend making a purchase through her

Experiencia positiva: Look, its gamestop, you can buy sell and trade gaming items with them... well as long as its in good condition and on their list. Big problems when trying to trade in or return, you never get your money's worth back, so trade in bulk. The employees are always chill and pretty fun to talk to, but if you're trying to call support and not the store... Well buckle up and have your pillow next to a bluetooth speaker connected to your phone while your on a 2 hour hold. You will find som cool merchandise here based on gaming and sometimes anime characters, but it would be cool and well worth the money if gamestop expanded and added a deeper and more diverse collection.

You'll benefit more greatly from a membership which is inexpensive and lasts a year and comes with a gamers magazine subscription mailed to you monthly or email delivery. It also gives you an extra savings (usually 10-20%) on games and gear, although mostly pre owned... they also offer a replacement guarantee... I would recommend if you purchase used equipment!!
