Experiencia negativa: Went there today, trading in 3 consoles 2 of which were nearly new, to purchase another console and controller from them. Since we didn't have 3 hdmi cables they said we had to have them or buy them from them. 75$ @gamestop 20$ at Walmart caused the loss of the revenue from the tradeins, and the revenue from the new console being bought. I will never buy here again, we've bought thousands of $ in merchandise from this location , since it opened. Goodluck with that business model.

Experiencia negativa: Bought an item at the store, was informed that it would be shipped 1-3 business days and 8 days later still nothing. Customer service representative "Paola" from Asia says there's nothing that can be done. Don't order from here. Don't order or buy from Gamestop. Frustrating, incompetent, and deceitful people.

Experiencia negativa: Sad return policy. Buy yours at Costco or Walmart. I am a returning customer to GameStop. I recently bought a PS5. Upon purchase I was told I had 30 days to return it. I called to say to verify that I could return it and was instructed over the phone that I could and to come in. The console was still factory sealed and in mint condition. We just decided that we didn’t need 2 PS5s. However, I was denied the return when I got there because they said it was outside the window and it was only returnable for 15 days.They said the need to update their return policy at that store. Not the employees fault, just bad info. I would have happily accepted store credit but that wasn’t an option either. Lesson learned. Shop elsewhere.

Experiencia negativa: Deceptive sales tactics and rude management... They attempted to add a 25 dollar charge to the end of my transaction for a membership that they assured me was for a free membership. When I pointed out the issue the female manager began telling me how long she's been working for gamestop and attempted to insult my intelligence. To that manager $25-$15 is not in fact free....

Experiencia negativa: Staff saw we had an item to sell to them and still proceeded to close the store for an hour long lunch. We patiently waited as this is a smaller store in a smaller town. However, upon returning, the staff member stated that he could not do purchasing and that we would have to come back when a different staff member was in the store. We promptly left and have no plans to return to this store. Although we understand the inconvenience that occurred, we didn't deserve to have our time wasted to be turned away.

Experiencia fantástica: Great service from the employee working at the location; helped me in choosing titles for my brand new console and gave brief descriptions of gameplay and stories of each. Whilst maintaining a great personality and great customer service throughout it all. Rarely ever leave reviews for businesses but was super pleased with this GameStop. Will be coming back again.

Experiencia fantástica: We went in to see if they had consoles & was greeted by Zane. He was super nice & frazzled at the time about this Karen that was acting like a Karen. But was sucha personal interaction & thoroughly enjoyed it. They did have a xbox but was handed the wrong one but was super funny at the time because of the situation at the time, but was a super easy swap. 10/10 recommend Zane

Experiencia negativa: Every time we've gone here, staff has been incredibly rude. They're only allowing like 8 people in the store at a time due to the pandemic, totally fine and totally get it, but we went in after our grocery pickup on a Monday. A couple of people tried to enter after us and had to be turned away for a little bit and the guy working made a comment about how that shouldn't be happening on a Monday and then spent the entire rest of the time we were there (maybe 5 minutes to look around) complaining about having customers in the store. We got annoyed and left. The next time we went there, he was rude and condescending during our transaction, making snide comments to me because I didn't want to renew my rewards account. We got our stuff and left, but I was ticked off by that. My husband tried calling 3 times today to ask if they have a specific game in stock and there was never an answer. I've enjoyed other GameStop locations, but we won't be returning to this one. I hate leaving negative reviews, but honestly save yourself the frustration and save your time and money and just go somewhere else.

Experiencia negativa: I'm unsure if this location is aware they have a phone. I called multiple times a day for a week (usually before 11am or after 6:30pm), no one ever picked up the phone, until they did! And put me on hold to never pick it back up again. Staff members are nice until they express their sentiment/opinion regarding the pandemic situation and ask me "what are you doing here?" in a questionable tone. I just want to buy me some games dude... Hate your job? Quit already mate. Bad vibes man... Bad vibes.

He made me excited with out making me feel pressured into buying something I didn't want or need. Even though this location is about 20 mins out of my way from work or home, I'll definitely be returning!

Experiencia negativa: I dread going into this location, if it wasn’t for the Walmart next store I would gladly drive to the south hill or else where rather than go here. Some staff members are nice but most are pushy and talk down to you. Prime exemple the other night I went in to purchase a elite controller sat in line ( a couple of ladies) who where just what seemed like shooting the breeze with I’m pretty sure he’s the manager. I had grabbed a display box off the wall and waited for ten minutes just for their conversation to wrap up just to be told they don’t have any and I should renew my power up account. Walked out went next store to Walmart grabbed the controller and walked out in half the time. From now on I’m either going there or making the drive to somewhere else.
