Experiencia negativa: Honestly the fact that this place was trying to sell the Mega Charizard UPC for $200 to me is absolutely absurd. Even my 12 year old son shook his head “no” and knew better. Above market price, wayyy above market price, and this is supposed to be a retail shop. This place legitimately charging scalper prices. I refuse to step foot inside another gamestop again and i’m canceling my membership. I refuse to support a place that price gouges to this extent. ohhh and I LOVE how they have a cell phone blocker in their store so you purposely can’t look up prices. THENNNN the icing on the cake was I found a funko that was BADLY damaged, her eye was chipped off (literally half her eye was missing the paint, she had a giant deep scratch down her ENTIRE face, chips of paint and blemishes covering the funko, the box looked like it had been opened almost like it was a return and they literally offered me 75 cents off. literally trying to sell me a funko A COLLECTORS ITEM with MAJOR defects for full price. And what did they do with the damaged funko? Put it right back on the shelf for someone else to not notice and buy a defective, totally worthless collectible unknowingly. I regret buying anything from this place I should have dropped everything and walked out. Never EVER again!

Experiencia negativa: They claimed watches I believe I sold them were fake after already paying me and verifying they were real Also u can verify there real on Apple.com literally same way police would but they still refused to let me sell any more watches even tho by law I legally bought them sealed in box from Walmart not off the street lol so I know my watches are real serial numbers even match up with my receipt model numbers these GameStop’s are sketchy and liars I told them get police involved I got my receipts and Apple.com to verify my watches but okay they just hung up phone on me lol like if something fake verify it’s fake stop assuming Apple.com has verification website where u enter 2 diff numbers it can even tell if it’s been copied before and it even tells u manufacture date everything plus u can just tell by the weight of watch its real fake ones are light and plastic real ones are titanium and aluminum not even close to same thing bad store don’t come here

Experiencia negativa: I bough a defective Nintendo switch 2 out of the box and the employee told me that because I didn’t buy the GameStop warranty I had to just deal with it. It took me pressing him further for him to call his manager and find out that he has to help me lol

Experiencia negativa: Brought in my Xbox. All 3 employees were very disrespectful. They also unpacked my Xbox and when they put it in the box. They didn’t not put my power cord in the box. I didn’t notice until I opened my Xbox at home.

Experiencia fantástica: My second time in since Rhett became manager at this location and he has made the store operate smoothly. He helped me decide on a few things based on my interest which I had the best in store experiences
Experiencia negativa: Do not use them for PSA card grading, the employees will lie to you and tell you your cards have arrived at PSA while the app tells you it's still in transit. They will then say "but we told you there is a 60 day turnaround time" but not acknowledged that your cards have been in "shipping to PSA" status for almost a month. They will just blame it on the app and say it sucks and that PSA is backed up. Spoke to Dustin and he told us that his manager didn't actually send the cards when my app updated and that he did it and that he can see our cards had arrived then 2 weeks after the app still shows shipping to psa we call back again and we're told their systems show it's still in transit. Which means we were lied to. When we asked for contact info for the district manager we were told we'd get a call back then the manager called us back 10 mins later and said the district manager had said for us to call customer service because he doesn't handle PSA issues. This to me shows they don't care about their customers or their experience. We are now about 2 weeks away from the 60 day turnaround time and the app still shows my cards are still in transit to PSA.
Experiencia negativa: Went in to pick up my graded cards today at 7, was told the mini tins behind the desk had surging sparks packs in it, when I got home to open them it was shrouded fable. Sucks being lied to but lesson learned to double check GameStop employees, would’ve thought working there people would know their inventory.
Experiencia negativa: i was in there about 3 weeks ago to purchase a ps5 and it was the WORST experience ever! so i gave the guy, his name is Dallas I believe…that’s what was on my receipt, 300 in cash and put the rest on my card. it goes through just fine. then he does a return for some reason??? he says i won’t have to pay anything extra and does the return and THEN he tries to charge me 43 dollars…THEN he gives me back like 404 dollars and i never got the other 54 dollars back. please hire people who actually know how to do their job. this is actually ridiculous!

Experiencia negativa: Never answer the phone. None of the locations. Imagine how much money they are losing by not answering the phone. Especially during Christmas time. We don’t want to drive around in the snow all around town just to see if you have it in stock. It’s horrible customer service. Lots of money being missed. So if this and other GameStops in the surrounding locations have struggling sells which they do, this is the reason. HIRE BETTER PEOPLE WHO ANDWER THE PHONE.
Experiencia negativa: Employees were extremely slow (mentally that is) They were either baked or just have trouble performing simple tasks at a normal speed, either way I can see why they are GameStop employees. Keep running that tight ship fellas!

Spent ~10 minutes standing in front of the ‘manager’ waiting for them to get off of the phone to help me check out because the other associate said they were new and couldn’t help. Consider other GameStop retail locations for your needs as opposed to this one.

Experiencia positiva: I don’t think I would go to this GameStop anymore. It doesn’t have any Wii games or Wii consoles not even 3Ds games or other consoles were there… So sad to see that go away. Edit: I just made it four stars now because the last time I went to this GameStop with my dad for my Brother's Birthday, I noticed a shelf with retro games with a couple of 3Ds games and probably one or two Wii U Titles there so sorry for the mishap!

Experiencia negativa: I was trying to buy a controller and video game for my 4 year old. I was being checked out by Ethan at this store and he kept asking me to buy “protection” for my $80 purchase. I said “no thank you 3 times and then he kept telling me I needed to buy it. I again said no I just want to buy my stuff please. Ethan then took my items and threw them behind him and yelled at me to “get out of the store that I wasn’t getting anything”. I said excuse me and he told me and my family (wife and 3 kids) that we needed to leave the store and couldn’t buy the items from there. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had as a retail shopper and have never been “refused” to buy something from a store before. The kids name was Ethan at the Kenwood mall location in Cincinnati.

Experiencia positiva: Seemed small compared to other Gamestop locations. They had an ok selection of games for the Playstation, xbox, and Switch but not much more. This a ok location to get new games that just came out but not for used games.
Experiencia positiva: A smaller GameStop located inside Kenwood Towne Centre. Wide variety of new games and a smaller variety of used games for all platforms. I was able to find what we went for but cannot give a higher review because I did not need the employee to try to convince me that the game I was purchasing, that I have already played to completion, may not be appropriate for my teenage son. I do not need mansplaining or parenting judgement at GameStop ♀️
