Experiencia negativa: By far the worst experience going to GameStop in my life. As I entered the store I wasn't even greeted by the employee who seemingly was in a bad mood already based off the way he was communicating with me initially. I was there to submit some cards to PSA and had some questions regarding the process, since I never received his name the gentleman proceeded to avoid explaining anything to me when I asked 2 simple questions. Instead he showed me a binder that still didn't explain to me what I initially asked him. It got to a point where I no longer wanted to submit my cards which I had a concern about already because they are high value cards. I asked for a managers number or customer service number which he refused to give to me until I video recorded him and stood my ground to receive the managers information to make a formal complaint. I asked this gentlemen several times for a few minutes before he finally gave me what I'm to assume is the customer service number but I don't believe to be. I'm informed the DM is Carina is was hoping to speak with her as soon as possible before releasing the video of her employee behaving in a very distasteful manner until other customers showed up and he began behaving as if he me. I prefer to not post the video on YouTube and TikTok revealing is violent behavior and distasteful words but if I must I will. I only ask to speak with the manager before I do so. Unfortunately I can’t post the videos here so I’ll be posting them elsewhere where. Yelp, YouTube and TikTok.

Experiencia negativa: Watch out for the pale white guy with the buzz cut, will try to upsell the membership but in a very sneaky fashion. Literally won't let you talk half the time and that's how he gets you with the membership, by talking and not letting you said "no, thank you." Had to cancel it because I never wanted it.

Experiencia fantástica: Yesterday I went with my son to trade in two consoles. I was super impressed with the customer service there. First, Tommy offered to update the systems since they hadn't been used for quite a while. Jeanelle was also super helpful, helping me make sure the controller was nice and clean so it would pass the criteria. She really made an effort to make sure we got a fair trade in price and took her time with us. I am very grateful to them because I wasn't so lucky with another store, which I won't mention here. LOL. Thank you, Tommy and Jeanelle, for showing you care about your customers and making us feel welcome.

Experiencia negativa: How can u even call a Pokemon launch a Pokemon launch when u only have 5 packs available when u open the door lol, what kinda launch is that!!!!! Every other location gets cases and this one for some reason never fails to get no stock. Every other location has the product. I don’t understand how every other location has multiple boxes and this one only manages to get 10 single packs each something is fishy at this location

Experiencia negativa: I’ve visited this GameStop twice—once on March 7th and again on April 25th—for the Pokémon Prismatic product release, arriving between 12–1 PM on March 7th and 11:45 AM–Noon on April 25th. While I fully expected the product to sell quickly, I noticed shady behavior from an employee that raises serious questions. On March 7th, I witnessed the employee selling a large quantity of Prismatic booster bundles to a single customer, well above the store’s two-item purchase limit. When I asked if any were left, I was told they were "sold out"—despite clearly seeing them being handed out just moments earlier. Since I didn’t have proof, I let it go at the time but emailed GameStop about the incident and encouraged them to review security footage for confirmation. Fast forward to April 25th, when another Prismatic release was happening. I arrived between 11:45 AM and Noon, only to witness the same employee assisting a customer, seemingly a regular. This time, I overheard the employee saying that he holds product for regulars and that he had a special something that came in yesterday which I'm sure more people were looking for product in the state of the current Pokémon market now. Then, I saw him go to the back and retrieve a Prismatic Collection Box and a Journey Together Booster Box from a drawer behind the desk, selling them to the customer. Given the hype surrounding Pokémon products, there is no way these items sat there for long meaning they were likely stashed away. When I asked if there were any left, the employee once again told me they were sold out, despite having just retrieved them from the back. This pattern of behavior is frustrating and suggests favoritism in product distribution. Other GameStop locations handle releases fairly, ensuring every customer has an equal opportunity to purchase. This store, however, seems to operate differently. I am deeply disappointed that this has happened twice, and I believe the situation warrants an investigation. I have photographic evidence of the employee bagging the product, clearly showing the Eevee Collection pouch and Prismatic Pokémon logo. I also plan to check with local Facebook groups to see if others were lining up for the release—ensuring this issue gets the visibility it deserves. GameStop, please address this. Your customers deserve fair and transparent access to product releases.

Experiencia negativa: Worst GameStop ever. Dude was no help. I was trying to trade a PlayStation 5 I had 2 brand new controllers and 2 tb external hard drive and all the parts. The only thing I was missing was the stand.And he told me he can’t take it in. I said why not subtract for the 7.00 stand and he said no. He was rude and not helpful at all. The one in Kirk I thought so you’re sending me that one West colonial no they’re the same. Kirk is 60 minutes away colonial the one on colonial was on the phone that said he has one the one on colonial colonial. I think he said Stan or not, they could just subtract it and he still said no. Then he water my time by acting like he was help by calling around, but it was to send me 18 to 30 minutes out of my way. I’m ending my subscription. I’m sticking to Bestbuy for my game.

Experiencia fantástica: I live abroad, but came to this GameStop for mere curiosity and to get a physical version of Outer Wilds: Archeologist Edition for Switch, which is difficult to find outside NA and this branch seemed to be the only one with it on stock. A small store to what I remember videogame retailers were in the US. Despite it being quite busy (Black Friday), the two people at the till were as polite and patient as possible. Thank you! Reckon one guy with a facemask trying to speak Spanish with a customer who requested it, that's going above and beyond.

He went above and beyond during my transaction, he was highly knowledgeable about upcoming releases, & well-informed regarding the membership perks. The store didn’t have 4 games out of the 8 I was looking to get, so Tommy helped me out by printing 4 separate receipts that had a list of other GameStops nearby which did have copies of said games. I really appreciate and cherish superior customer service like that. Thank you again!

Experiencia negativa: Never liked GameStop locations, but this one is the worst one so far. Came to pick up my Nintendo Switch after receiving the confirmation email that my item is ready for pick up. When I arrived, there was a long line of costumers, which I didn’t mind, obviously there are busy times at any store. There were 2 employees, one of them who spoke Spanish was actually doing work and helping the costumers at the register. However the other employee who called himself a seasonal worker, literally was standing next to the Hispanic employee and doing absolutely nothing, literally breathing air and counting imaginary birds I guess. Once he asked the customer in front of me, what can he help him with and after taking a look, he said that he doesn’t know and cannot help him because apparently “he is a seasonal worker, and they don’t let him do much” I was the next in line when he asked me, how can he help me? I explained him that I’m here to pick up my Nintendo switch. I showed him the order confirmation. He took a look at it opened two drawers behind the register, and said that he cannot find it, and that he doesn’t know where it is so I would have to wait for the other guy to assist me, meanwhile the person who is behind me walked up to the employee that is actually helping and I had to wait until he was done answering all costumer’s questions and proceeding their order. Only after the person that was behind me left that the Hispanic employee could assist me, all he did was take a look at confirmation number , walked to the other side of the store, got my Nintendo Switch and all the papers that come with it. In the end, something that was supposed to take me 5 minutes of time took 25 minutes. GameStop has to learn to respect their customers time!

I was trying to purchase an Xbox for my grandson’s birthday GameStop from this store said FREE next day delivery. I have this on my receipt but Ernie the manager says no and it’s my job to call their delivery service DoorDash and find out why the packages aren’t being picked up from his store. I would like to cancel my order because I’ve been on the phone ALL DAY! Now they say they can’t cancel the order because it shows shipped. And of course no one at the Millenia Plaza, Orlando FL will pick up. I guess they have a lovely job just gaming the day away. Please don’t buy anything from here save yourself !

Experiencia negativa: I usually drop here but they were a bit rude today :/ I was going to buy the new Kirby game because online it only has delivery as the pre-order option when I usually pick up from the store. So maybe I was dumb, but I thought if delivery was the only option then that's what most people would do and they would have some in store. Well I went in store and the guy was on his phone and I greeted him and told him I wanted to buy the game. (The conversation was simple and understandable but his tone was rude). He said something that I couldn't hear so I asked him to repeat and he said "Do you have a reservation?" And I told him, no do you have to have one? Which he said "Yea you can't get the game without one, we're sold out". So I said, oh I wasn't aware because they didn't have a pick up option online" which I was going to ask when more copies would be in before he cut me off and said "Well i don't know what to tell you. Sorry have a great day." Again, simple conversation but it's the tone that threw me off because I'm excited to buy a game from this store but you make that experience seem miserable in my opinion.

Experiencia negativa: This is the worst store ever. I purchased and pre owned Xbox and tried to return it to the same store. Was told I was supposed to return it within 7 days, which that phrase was for software. That disabled man lied to me and wanted to give me a $300 credit, which I spent $394.05. Read your receipt and challenge them when they lie to your face. I called to get the holiday return policy and it was nothing that liar said. This store does not deserve that one star.

Experiencia negativa: I don’t know who I spoke to on the phone about an online order but she lied to me and said I wasn’t able to cancel it from her end and I had to cancel it through customer care and the lady on customer care said that’s not true. She lied to me because she didn’t want a cancelled order on her belt for the day. That is awful. I asked for a simple request and she couldn’t even do that and she was rude on the phone.

They have such nice staff, store is always clean, they always welcome me. I’ve had many lovely conversations with people working there and just passing through. I always get good treatment and they always help me find what I’m looking for. I’ve lived this side of town for about 2 years now and I refuse to go to any other GameStop near by ¯\_(ツ)_/¯. But he had the audacity to put the paper the disc is supposed to be in there......... SMH, buddy need to get fired pronto
