Experiencia negativa: Store closed in the middle of the day with sign on door saying "out to lunch" with no indication of what time they're coming back. No one answers the phone. Terrible selection. Employees couldn't care less.

Experiencia negativa: Absolutely positively terrible. First of all they NEVER HAVE ANYTHING in stock. You walk in that store all you see is a ben full of toys. Second the customer service is Absolutely terrible, the associates don't and WILL not help you find a damn thing. The only time they smile is when you leave after not finding anything. Every time I walk in I question my decision of why I even touched the door handle in the first place. No customer service and on top of that they NEVER answer the PHONE. JUST HORRIBLE

Experiencia negativa: Terrible selection, and this is coming from an OG GameStop shopper. Membership and everything. I was completely disappointed and only bought 3 games for nostalgia's sake. One has already become very boring. All in all, not a happy camper.

Experiencia fantástica: Gave me a great price on 3 games I no longer play, the lady with the black and red hair is always super nice. I feel like garbage for not asking her name but she's always super nice, polite and helpful. Definitely my fave gamestop in the area. Was able to get $70 and got a clearance razer keyboard for free and they owed me credit.

Experiencia negativa: I recently went into GameStop on Black Friday to purchase battlefield 6 for the price of $35. It was half off on sale and I also have GameStop pro membership which grant me five dollars worth of credit per month so the manager Jessica, the one with glasses, she told me I couldn’t get the $5 off because she already put the video game in my cart because it was sold out in the store so she had to go online to put the video game in my cart so when I asked her about the $5, she told me I can come back once the game is shipped to the store and get the five dollars off so when I came back as of today’s date which is December 4th, she still didn’t do it. She told me to come back another day and refund the game and then buy it again to get $5 off what sense does that make??… the INCOMPETENCE of this manager is OUTRAGEOUS. It’s a reason why GameStop is going out of business. It’s no point in having a pro membership if I can’t use at least one of the perks. if it was an option to give this establishment zero stars I would have!!!

Experiencia negativa: Team member behind counter does not pay attention to customers in store, especially those waiting right in front of them. They are constantly staring at their screens in front of them whether it be work related or personal this is very bad customer service. I didn’t get their name but looked like Hugo from the lost series. Places like this wonder why thieves choose them to steal from, it’s because of the lack of attention from employees. I will not be coming back to this location unless I absolutely have to.

Experiencia positiva: Always great to go into a brick and motar business. Especially GameStop. Their display is always in organized. Never had a hard time finding a game. The staff is super helpful. I took my 5yr old for the first time. She was excited . All the Mario and Kirby stuffies and gaming memorabilia. The convenience of buying online is ok. But it's still good to get out and shop great deals in store.

Experiencia negativa: The staff here was very rude, staff's here makes up their own rules about returning items, One employee was telling me about returning and than the only employee over heard and said something totally different, So idk I was super confused on that whole situation. The last time I was there a another employee was telling me something different about returning items and said if they aren't working here right now than that doesn't apply..

Experiencia negativa: I came in today, October 4 1:50pm purchased two games and two pop collectibles. I came home to play the games but I couldn’t the sales person Giallo Gave me two of the same games one with no CD game inside and one with the game both similar covers so I had to go all the way back. Get my game in a 30 minute drive to get my correct game salesman Diallo did not give me an apology for driving 30 minutes back. His coworker was the one apologizing when he didn’t had to not coming back here Diallo may mess up my day again and I’m not looking forward for that..

Experiencia negativa: Yesterday I got a pre owned xbox one for my son.. when I got home and got ready to set up everything for him I opened the box and couldn't believe what I saw in my box.. I videoed my wife and showed her and she was lost for words.. I tested it to see if it was gonna cut on it didnt even cut on...I understand pre owned certified refurbished will have slight wear and tear but the condition of that console I received was unacceptable and is not what my wife's nor my money paid for I will be asking for a full refund and taking my money elsewhere

Experiencia fantástica: Fair deal on used games. Prices are pretty much the same everywhere on new items. You can save by getting used games on Ebay but you dont get a good return policy or good customer support that you find at gamestop.
