Experiencia negativa: The new return policy is absolutely garbage. Opened items are not eligible for returns or exchanges with zero exceptions. This is not how you keep business. The staff was much friendlier here than other locations, but I will still not be returning.

Experiencia negativa: One of the worst customer service interactions I’ve had. The entire staff was eating at the counter when I came in. Whatever I don’t care we all gotta eat, but it was immediately apparent everyone was annoyed they had a customer. When I tried to return an online item I was told I could only do so online, despite the return policy stating otherwise. Was finally able to complete the return after they demanded I show them their own policy. Tried to get the item I actually needed and was told they were out despite their website saying 3 were in stock. I know online is frequently wrong but this felt like petty revenge from the manager Rhea for me forcing her to do her job.
Experiencia negativa: Do not visit this gamestop. Incompetent rude staff literally couldn't figure out how to price match their own online prices. Do not shop here!!

Experiencia fantástica: Ilaria (apologies if I spelt that wrong and she sees this!) is THEE ONLY gamestop employee that is worth their salt. She is exceptional at customer service and is the only reason I go to gamestop and rated this location 5 stars. She should own the company or at least be pulled up from the sewer that is know as the counter and given some cushion office job with a nive view. If this were the military she'd be a 4 star general after the trench warfare shes been through dealing with unruly gaming/pop culture memorabilia fans. Thank you for your service and continuing going into battle for a terrible company and being able to do so without anything but a kind smile and excellent moral.

Experiencia fantástica: Pre-ordered 2K23 with a months notice. Was elated when I got a call yesterday letting me know my pre-order will be here the next day (today) by 11 am. Show up the next day (today) to pick up the game I was waiting for all day and they don’t have my pre-order. I’m confused, what is the point of a PRE-order? Their solution was to send me to another store were they called and confirmed they had a copy. I drive across the city during rush hour to the GameStop inside the Flatirons mall and guess what? They don’t have the Championship Edition. They thought it was the standard edition, even though the SKU was read over the phone. I drive all the way back to this store and their only other solution was to give me a standard edition of the game and come back NEXT WEEK. The game came out today. My only other complaint is that how is it possible that I can get a phone call saying my pre order will be in. But then, when it wasn’t in I didn’t get a courtesy call? Protocols/systems in place are not making sense. You call a customer to tell them product is here and then don’t call them when it’s actually NOT. While this may seem like a trivial problem to you, please step into my shoes. Thanks Edit They resolved my issue and called me today on Sunday. I appreciate the manager taking the time and calling me.

Their store manager has gone above and beyond on SEVERAL occasions to ensure I get the exact products I need and even has gone as far as to reserve products she knew I wanted for me! I get there and they tell me that, instead of 299.99, I have to buy it in a bundle (to prevent scalpers). So, if I want to buy a switch, I also have to buy 180.00 in games and accessories that I dont need. Yeah, no thanks. ✌

They are really the hardest working Gamestop employees around, especially the store manager who goes out of her way to make sure you are happy. It's just too bad that Gamestop's policies continue to make it hard to frequent the business. I feel bad for the continued upselling that is forced on the employees by corporate. I don't want a bundle, I don't want a warranty, I don't want to pre-order and I don't want to renew my membership! It's the employees who have to face the negative customer feedback because of your predatory methods, Gamestop.

Experiencia negativa: First, I called GameStop, because It showed online that they had an Xbox one X. The associate on the phone said that they have it in stock. We go to the store (were there in less than 20 minutes), then waited to be helped for another 10 inside the store. An associate not the one who was on the phone, went to go look for it, she comes back asking the lady that was on the phone and she said they sold it. But it was sitting above them the entire time on a shelf, we even pointed it out to them, but they said they had none in stock and it was sold. Online right now it still says that it is available for shipping and in-store pick up. I understand that they cannot always update their online inventory to reflect what is sold in the store but this is all within the matter of 20 minutes. The manager (we think) who was the associate on the phone was very rude. The other associate seemed very embarrassed and was super helpful and very friendly!!!!

Experiencia negativa: I understand we came in right before closing, but the guy at the counter was not helpful and almost borderline rude. I understand we have an older system PS3, but he treated us like it was so outdated and archaic that they don't really carry anything for it. Just not used to that kind of experience. Most gamestop's have helpful people even if they don't carry what we're asking they give us a better answer then "check amazon".
