Experiencia negativa: I stopped in for some last-minute game purchases and left feeling completely manipulated and frustrated. The salesman was one of the most pushy and unprofessional I've ever encountered. First, he added the protection plans to my games without my consent. I only noticed when checking the receipt after the fact. This is not offering a service it's sneaking in charges. Second, after ringing up my intended purchases, he explicitly told me my total wasn't good enough and pressured me to grab more items. When I declined, he resorted to guilt-tripping, saying, "My store might disappear if sales don't improve." I understand retail is tough, but shifting that burden onto customers through pressure and deception is unacceptable. What should have been a simple transaction became a stressful, high-pressure confrontation. Warning to others: Check your receipt line by line before you leave. Be prepared to say no firmly, multiple times. To GameStop Management: This isn't aggressive sales, it's how you lose loyal customers permanently. Train your staff on ethical sales: ask for consent before adding services, and never criticize a customer's purchase amount or use guilt as a tactic. I won't be returning, and I'll be sharing this experience to help other gamers avoid the same treatment.

Experiencia negativa: I gave the store a call to see if they had any Scarlet/Violet shiny codes. They did have some but mentioned there was a $15 minimum purchase I'd have to make for a code. I mentioned that they were supposed to be free but was told that that's now how they're doing it at their store. Any gamestop that says u need to buy something for one of these Scarlet/Violet shiny codes is lying. Don't waste ur time here ♂️.

Experiencia negativa: I had a very unpleasant experience at this GameStop location. The front door was unlocked like any other open store, so I walked in. One of the employees came out, and I politely asked if they were open. Instead of simply saying no, he immediately told me: “Get out of my store, we’re closed. Can’t you read?” I was surprised at the rude response, but I stayed calm and asked, “Are you okay?” He replied, “No, I’m not okay, get out of my store.” I apologized, saying I didn’t know they were closed, and again he repeated, “Can’t you read?” I explained that the door was open, and he aggressively told me again to get out. I tried to keep the situation respectful, but he continued to speak in an unprofessional and hostile way. When I told him he didn’t need to talk to me like that, his response was, “You’re not my boss to tell me how to talk to you.” Then he slammed the gate closed and said he didn’t care if I reported him. This is not the type of customer service anyone should ever experience. I went in politely and respectfully, and in return, I was treated with hostility, sarcasm, and complete unprofessionalism. Very disappointing.

Experiencia negativa: Had been coming to this store for years. However last three times I've gone, ive had the misfortune of a newer employee that seems like he just hates his job named Samuel. This guy never greets and can't be bothered to be asked a question.
Experiencia negativa: I visited this GameStop recently and had a disappointing experience. When I asked the employee if they had the game Mindseye, he immediately said no without checking. I asked if he could check, and while he looked it up on the computer, he still said no and didn’t bother to check the back or in the drawers where they usually keep games. The employee seemed like he was in a bad mood and wasn’t interested in helping at all. I left feeling like my request wasn’t taken seriously and that customer service could be much better

Experiencia fantástica: Just wanted to say Malachi was the employee that helped me. He was knowledgeable and kind. As soon as I entered the store he greeted me and was 100% willing to assist. When it came time to check out he explained the whole insurance/warranty plan In a way that was easier to understand. I had such a positive experience I WILL be shopping at this particular store again most definitely. Customer service on point, people skills on point, knowledge on point.

Experiencia negativa: Most items are unavailable at the store and must be ordered online. Then you must wait. Several people seized the Xbox X and Playstation 5, which they are offering on OfferUp for a higher price. The demand for these items and the supplies is making these systems unavailable, then you had the profiteers wiping out a store's stock. It is a complete waste of time visiting these stores.

When I went in, the associate didn't greet or acknowledge me when I was in the designated section to pick up an online order. Even after he was done checking out other costumers, he just went about his business. Customer service needs improvement.

After she'd finish your sentences then I was allowed to talk,, really? lol... Oh well I guess I can put up with her by avoiding her in the store because this is my favorite store and I won't go somewhere else;)!
