Negative experience: You were offering a tote bag for preorden a Pokémon game, I picked up the game, but you didn't give me the bag. You don't offer things and then don't deliver them. That's lying to the consumer. Next time I'll shop at another store.

Negative experience: You are not about to waste my time not answering the phone 20 times over the course of 2-3 hours I counted.

Negative experience: Store INSISTED on purchase when pokemone clearly states NO PURCHASE NECESSARY FOR CODE CARDS. Associate refused to hand out card without purchase.

Negative experience: I went there yesterday to get my son a blooming waters pack and tin. And I was the 12 person in line and didn't get one. The employee of GameStop only took out one box that had a couple boxes of the product. And the guy in front of the line took all the tin boxes and 2 packs. It is not fair to all the rest of the customers and me that we were there and didn't get one . They should have limited 1 per person. I know the worker from gamestop had more boxes in the back. There were 25 boxes of blooming waters for each GameStop. He was just saving them for him and his employees. I don't know why this store was unfair.

Negative experience: Declines to do my psa submission 30 minutes prior to closing for 10 cards and drove to the Kuykendahl location and does it in 5 minutes. SMH Also everything was put into semirigid card holders prior and I was the only one the store

Negative experience: Bought a controller from this location. Controller was defective, went back and they gave me another defective controller as a replacement. Tried calling the store multiple times while they are open and no one is picking up calls. I will be contacting the FTC about this location. Seems like this location rips people off.

Negative experience: I made a preorder on a Funko Pop, and I was never called including that it wasn't set aside and put on hold for me to pick up the way it's supposed to be. I had to check the online website to see if my item was already released in store, which it was. I had to come pay off the rest of my pre order as an in stock item. If the in stock item pre order I made would've been out of stock, I would've had to ask for a refund on my $5 deposit for it. Worst pre order experience I've ever had. Other locations I've pre-ordered from, call me to let me know my order arrived and have my item in a seperate box in the backroom ready until I come by to pick it up.

Negative experience: I was told that they Can't print out gamestop gift cards with the number on it. That was a Lie. The employee didn't know how to do it so he Lied about it.

Positive experience: The wait is extremely long

Negative experience: I bought the charizard upc item, and it was a resealed box. Employee has no clue that scammers can resealed products and sale them as legit. All packs where opened and resealed. I was flabbergasted when he called me a scammer and told me to return the item back to the manufacturer. I wouldn't come back and give my business ever again. Very rude and unprofessional. Don't come to this location if you can.

Positive experience: Well the employees are ok but it was a bit of a struggle to buy a game because they didn't believe I was over 27 even though I was wearing a university badge and had drove there and the prices are way overpriced but it's retro and clean.

Positive experience: They have a good amount of the latest game releases left. I never reserve and they always have a copy. While they state the covid mask capacity, they dont enforce it. I watch over 12 ppl come in and ignore the floor distance markers, workers dont say anything

Fantastic experience: My order was ready for pick up really quick, when I got to the store there was to people in the front and they were really kind helping me picking up my order, I got PES 2021 after 10 years of not playing it, I’m really excited to see what this game is about now on 2020! Will be coming back soon to purchase more games at this store, thanks GameStop!

Negative experience: The workers here are L A Z Y I just left this location on the door it says due to the virus they're only allowing 10 people inside there was 0 customers inside and NOBODY at front counter and NOBODY to open the doors It seems like the workers are just sitting on the clock and not doing there job because of this experience I will not be coming here anymore i do plan on getting in contact with HR because I even called and someone answered saying they're not open....then why have lights on and why be there if your not open

Negative experience: Don't pre-order here they take your money. I had a rewards member ship and pre- ordered call of duty modern warfare but switch it to last of us 2 had my receipt and when I headed back to add to pre-order there was no trace of my reward account nor my pre- order even though I showed my receipt and the employees were very rude and Careless about it and didn't want to help me. This is the reason why gamestop is doing out because of lack of customer service.

Negative experience: Worst GameStop EVER picked up 2 games waited in line and some guy in front of me bought it without no case and by the time I made it to the front the cashier told me he sold it to the guy in front. Than why have the games out for display?
