Fantastic experience: I have never taken a console to get repaired so was hesitant to take my ps5 when my game disc’s were not reading. Read the reviews here and decided to give them a shot. Was not disappointed. This was around 2 months ago and my console is running great. Was given advise on how to prevent issue in future and they were very informative. PS4 I had tried somewhere else and was told it needed a new harddrive, but that didn't seem to fit the issues it was having. Decided to find somewhere else to see what they found and stumbled on this place. Finally found someone who knows what they're doing. Was happy with how he handled the switch repair and found the ps4 needed a new motherboard and laser. Quoted me a decent price and came back a few weeks later to get it done so we could copy the data on there first. Work was done in less than 2 hours. Definitely recommend coming here to get your consoles fixed. Don't waste your time at places that will charge you way more and may not even diagnose it correctly.

Fantastic experience: My experience with Gamexpress was pleasant and professional. Before calling game Express I was quoted $199.99 to fix my xbox, I called Gamexpress and I was quoted $130 and sane day fix (2 hours). Upon arrival to pick up my console I learned the issue with my game was bigger than originally expected and should cost more but they honored the price originally given to me. And to top off the swift and professional service they threw in a free accessory with my purchase. I'm very thankful for this service.

Fantastic experience: I am a very meticulous owner and caretaker of all my Playstation consoles, from the original to my PS4. As such, all four still function like new. Repairs were rare, but nothing I couldn't handle. So when my PS4 stopped turning on, I did my research and realized I rather not take a chance on my repair skills. But who to entrust this task to instead? I found Gamexpress and was awed by the positive reviews. However, I was even more impressed by the reality: two dedicated individuals who professionally took my PS4, performed a diagnostic within 15 minutes, and figured out a whole new power board was needed. I agreed to the quote of $100 and after 30 minutes, it was fixed! Since I was in another part of town, they texted me a picture of my login screen as proof. Although, I didn't know what to expect, I was blown away by the service I received from Sal and his partner. She mentioned that the technician was away, but she would call me back once he returned and diagnosed my device. Took my son’s PS3 to have the Yellow Light of Death repaired. Just as advertised...no fee to diagnose and the repair charge as listed on the Website. Where does that really happen? THIS IS WHERE IT HAPPENS!!! While there I asked about replacing my IPhone Screen Protector...”no problem”...done while I waited...and just $5. As promised, the PS3 was ready the next day. Fantastic experience: My husband's PS2 slim had been having difficulty reading games, so we brought it in. Our expectations were blown away! They were knowledgeable about the potential issue with the console, and the part in question was quickly replaced. The issue ended up being the PS2 discs themselves, and we were not charged for the service and were given education about the actual issue. Regardless, the price itself would have been very fair for the service! I will definitely be bringing other consoles here if needed. They were incredibly nice, helpful and knew what to do!

After I replied letting them know to fix it they had it fixed in less than an hour, and the service I needed on my ps4 usually takes 2hrs.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend this place would give it six stars if I could they were able to repair my old PS3 that other shops said that was irreparable. Gave me a fair price for it and it works good so far but the best part is since I live quite a ways away from here instead of 30 day warranty they gave me 60 days instead. He diagnosed the problem with my PS4 slim within 24 hours and had it repaired a couple of hours later. (It was a power supply issue.) Price was fair and I am a satisfied customer. Do not go anywhere else. Xbox One X repair June 22, 2023 - I had an Xbox One X that would not factory reset. I attached pics of the error codes that I saw. I googled for any solutions. I tried several things including using a flashdrive loaded SYSTEM-UPDATE files downloaded from Microsoft. It seemed like replacing the hard drive was the only option. I ended up taking the Xbox One X to Sal and he replaced the hard drive and updated system files. Sal had my system fixed within a couple of days. That One X has been running like a champ for the past 3 months. 10/8/2023 Sal is honest, quick, and fairly priced. Check with Sal before you go anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: I had my ps5 power supply repaired after a power surge destroyed it. Very polite and honest about affordable prices and what the problem may be and he works fast. I even walked in late to drop the ps5 off and they called later and offered to let me pick it up after hours if I needed to. 5 star great experience and I will be going back if I ever need to. 4 months later I've gone back. Again they've been good honest people. They diagnosed my problem (that turned out to not be a repair problem) right in front of me at no charge whereas others would have charged for an inspection or made up a problem for a quick buck. Fantastic experience: If you need a PS5 repaired GameXpress has got you covered! The HDMI on my PS5 needed to be completely replaced. I attempted the repair myself and it did not go as planned. I brought my PS5 up here in pieces on a Friday afternoon and they were able to replace the HDMI port, and put the console back together the same day! Fantastic experience: Called them at like 4pm on Christmas Eve because my ps4 stopped turning on. They had me come in, took a look to see if they could fix it that day. Unfortunately, they couldn't, but they held onto it and looked at a few more things and returned it to me just after Christmas. They told me what else I can do to try and get it repaired, and didn't even charge me for looking at it. I would definitely come here with any issues I have in the future. They were so nice, quick, and very helpful.

Brought it here and they replaced the chip and had it working same day. They have their prices listed on their website. Cost me $125 which was comparable to other repair shops. Fantastic experience: We needed to have a PS4 repaired and we picked this place based on its reviews and we were not disappointed, they were very quick, diagnosed the problem and repaired it within hours!!!! Fantastic service and very reasonably priced. We will refer our friends and will continue to use them anytime we need a repair. We drove in from Richmond and it most definitely was worth the drive!
