Positive experience: I come in a lot and usually have a really great experience. Only one buyer warning: check the price stickers. Recently I bought a game as a gift that was marked $12.99. When I got home and started peeling the stickers to wrap it and I found the sticker underneath said $8.99. For the exact same used game they already had in their inventory, so why is the price raising? Yes, it's only 4 dollars but it feels deceptive. Obviously you paid a significantly lower price when it was brought in and the extra $4 is nothing but pure profit at an extra 50% margin on the game. I will be checking prices better in the future there before going to the counter. Will still definitely come in. Selection is great.

Fantastic experience: Disc Replay is literally one of my favorite stores I go to to purchase my tech from. The staff there is very knowledgeable and professional at what they do. We are very blessed to have a store like Disc Replay in the Greater Flint area.

Fantastic experience: Went to disc replay yesterday to look around and ended up getting my first pokemon card binder and 100 grams of cards. I was there for about an hour going through the bulk cards, Hannah was very fun to talk to. Both me and my partner had a great time with the staff and loved the layout of the bulk Pokemon cards and the uncommon singles. Will definitely be going in regularly for more :D

Negative experience: my boyfriend wanted to sell his PSA 9 pokemon card for in store credit. this card goes for around $80. he wanted to put it towards his purchase of pokemon white, but the employee informed us they do not take PSA graded cards. we chose to go sell it somewhere else and come back for pokemon white. we came back and a different employee informed us that they do in fact take PSA graded cards. my boyfriend could have gotten a lot more money towards the game if they had taken his card for in store credit, so he is feeling pretty duped right now. employee was rude and did not offer any sort of compensation or discount off the game either. we will not be coming back

Fantastic experience: Ethan is an old friend of mine so to see him at such a favorite store made the experience that much greater. It’s impressive hearing him talk to customers with passion about products and concern for the customers needs. More likely to return and recommend disc replay to a friend knowing they have such hands on staff!

Fantastic experience: I've been into the store a good number of times now and always had a great experience in terms of selling and purchasing. There's plenty of good tech and offers to be had here. Recently I was interested in a oled monitor and wanted to test it out. Raven helped me out for a good awhile and was very nice, helpful, and patient. I highly recommend stopping by!

He let me know that I had to get a memory card in order to play the games and that made me happy that I didn’t buy the wrong thing. I always go to disc replay rather than game stop just because of the great service they give me.

Negative experience: I used to be a very big customer there, but I definitely will not be anymore. I recently bought a NES system and a PS2 system and neither of them work. I don’t know what kind of stuff they’re running there, but it is without a doubt a scam don’t even waste your time buying a console from them. They don’t check them to see if they work.

Negative experience: I came to disc replay to sell my ps4 pro got quoted what they would give me for it came back told me my controller had stick drift and gave me literally half of what I got quoted and as I waited for over an hour I come back to see if my system had been looked at yet and a employee went to the back brought up a Pokémon card and sold it while working and I was made to wait for my game system to be checked out so I could sell it if I’m a owner of this bussiness I would fire a employee that was selling stuff when there is clearly customers to be waited on that is not how bussiness should be ran in my opinion

Fantastic experience: When I walked into Disc Replay I was politely greeted by an employee named Matthew. I told him that I was looking for DVDs for my autistic son to add to his growing collection. He walked me over to the DVD section and even helped me look for some. While I’m sure I could have found what I needed myself, it’s nice to have been helped. I’ve since gone back with all my kids in tow and we’ll be back again. There’s something there for all of them!
