Negative experience: The reason I'm giving this two stars is because it's the only GameStop left in Little Rock, customer service is really terrible I've had some people who work up there be extremely rude I'm trying to help my friend find a game that he's been wanting and when I asked if they had this game you want to know what they did they just said we don't have it they didn't go on to the computer that didn't check their system they didn't do anything this GameStop is terrible it is by far one of the worst GameStops I've ever been at!!!!!!!!

Fantastic experience: Cheers to Justin Not my local GameStop. Received my retro order from GameStop.com the other day. I tested it out on my PlayStation when I got home from work. The game never even got through to the Start screen. I went online and started the claim. We were driving to LR today for a Dr appointment, so stopped by to get a refund. I pulled up my email and had my package slip in the fade with the game. He did not act panicked whatsoever by having to handle this website return, which is something out of the ordinary. He called customer service and got the credentials to fully process the return. I had the credit back turned into in-store credit and bought a game I found, which I was not expecting on buying anything at all or even finding that game at such a great price and similar to how much I bought the other game at.
Negative experience: I'm starting to see why all of these are shutting down. Drove 40 minutes from Jacksonville for a trade in, and Jeremiah refused to even look at it because its retro. I have the values pulled up from their website. It's an item they do buy, and the terms say present this value to any GameStop location to continue the trade in. Jeremiah refused to call the manager, and called a disconnected line instead, then claimed the manager wasn't answering. I heard the disconnected line tone though. I feel this was a racial issue, as he was friendly to the African American ahead of me in line, while making as little conversation as he could with me while attempting to turn me away.
Negative experience: Trash.... so I wait in line all night for a release and the sign on the door says pro members can buy 2 of each item. Not only were they short on items listed but after waiting all that time they tell me I can pick 1 item out of everything. This is false advertisement 1000%. Time to cancel my pro membership

Positive experience: Gamestop locations are unique experiences depending on which one you visit. This particular location is great, all things considered. Their selection and service are superior to others in the area. (Though their game stock is still only a shadow of what is was in the past) That said, I know the company is a horrible employer whose corporate higher ups force the associates to reach impossible metrics for Pro memberships, preorders, and game insurance (the latter being a total waste of money) lest they be terminated. As a customer, this is annoying because the annual membership has inexplicably risen in price by $10 and really doesn't deliver much value, so having to hear the spiel from GS associates during every transaction gets tiresome. I don't want to hear it, and I know they hate doing it. With physical media dying, Gamestop's business model is having to rapidly shift to the collectibles market, and now they are beginning to stock retro games in stores, which I appreciate. That said, Gamestop is a dead company walking. Its corporate executives are in the process of driving it into the ground while executing a massive cash grab on their way out. I would be shocked if the company was even still in business in 5 years. Gamestop is still worth visiting, and deals can still be had, and, as I said, this location is the best in the area.
Negative experience: Stores are not fully stocked or, for that matter, stocked period. Prices are about the same as Walmart. The employees are nice but it's not the value savings place any moŕe

Fantastic experience: I been going to them for years they are not rude , nicest people I've ever met they serve all customers no matter what skin color you are , if they are rude i will give you a hint as to why , rude customers with condescending attitudes, the relentless phone calls while their helping other people. An I can witness how many times people try to play the race card when they bring in old or new games some customers refuse to read the policies they have. but refuse to read not only that but most of the customers bring in hot or broken items annoyed they are legally allowed to refuse you service if you are rude and trashy towards them. An no. They don't steal or is too expensive most are broke who don't know their budget. I've trade in games and get at least. 80 cash or more in store credit which in luck I got my new console, their human an get stressed just like everyone else so those giving negative feedback and reviews maybe you should learn to be nicer to people before you claim their rude to you

Fantastic experience: I love this location. The people who work here are awesome. They don't hound you and allow you to shop. They also help you as needed. I just wish they had a bigger selection of certain titles, but I understand that the 3ds and vita cycle has ended. I strongly recommend this store if you decide that you would like to go to a physical gamestop store.

As a caucasian family walked in they greeted them and offered their services... we left and went to another game store... very disappointing
