Fantastic experience: This is one of the best game x change stores I've ever been in. They all have a good bit of stuff but not like this store has. Games from any console you can think of and some of them in the original box. All kinds of posters. Hundreds of comics. All sorts of collectables.

Positive experience: Needs a bigger store very high traffic here. Store is not sizable for the amount of traffic. Had me filled with anxiety. Music was a bit loud which added to the anxiety part of it. Besides that good store helpful staff.

Negative experience: They are a mess! They ask for your Driver's license to purchase something there, but don't attach your purchase to the Driver's license. So, if you don't have a receipt to something you buy there you can't return it nor exchange it. How stupid is that.. Why asked for your Driver's licences..

Fantastic experience: With the withdrawl of Gamestop locations. This has returned to being a sanctuary for all gamers. There is multimedia and ancient videogames and accessories for the most recent consoles. Manga, bluray, cool merchandise. If I remember it is locally owned franchise. Worth checking out.

Fantastic experience: This store is a nerd/geek paradise. Though it is smaller than the Hot Springs location, the staff was 1000 times better. Constantly checking in on everyone, even with the holiday rush. Came back to this store to buy a console, thats how good my experience was. 12/10, highly recommend.

Negative experience: Don’t go there, terrible environment, years back it was better, it’s gone completely downhill, buy through eBay (which they do as well and sell at higher prices) or emulate on a cheap laptop

Negative experience: This game exchange has great selection of items in the store. The only reason I give it less stars is because of one of the employees. I can’t remember his name or I would have included it. He got all up in mine and my husbands personal space. I had a Harry Potter wand in my hand and he took it out of my hands and started waving it in my husbands face. He made us feel very uncomfortable and because of this, we will most likely not be back.

Fantastic experience: I don't understand the bad reviews about this location. I was treated very well and with respect. I had a terrible experience at the University location and this South Bowman location remedied all of that and took really good care of me. I will definitely be back here in the future as I continue to grow my retro collection.

Positive experience: I went in here to try and look at a few games, and the new person behind the counter didn't look up from her cell phone to acknowledge anyone coming in. Usually everyone who works here is very friendly and very helpful otherwise, so I'll just come back another time.

Negative experience: Terrible, I bought a controller, thinking it was new, there and they wouldn't let me look at it, which was my fault in the first place for even trusting them. When I got it home I realized it was dirty and used when they told me it was new. I should've stuck to Amazon. At least I won't have associates be short with me when I ask them questions.

Fantastic experience: Nice place if you're looking for retro games or music this is the place for you, but I believe what is the gold mine of this place are the abundance of funkp pops they are sold for cheap no matter their current value.

Positive experience: Great location - a regular stop for us. We rarely walk out empty handed and love to peruse the bins for classic toys, funkopops, and the like. We've even found some cds and vinyl albums we'd been searching for. Don't skip the back end of the counter - always some great finds there.

Negative experience: If you want to be attended by airheaded women who are more interested in looking at their phone and not caring about customers, tjis is it! its Monday May 15tj at 245 and the 2 women working their can care less about your business! Forget that, go to Gamestop instead!

Fantastic experience: This specific game xchange is very cool!! We stopped through just for my son to look and il definitely have to return when I have more time! They have everything from wallets, t-shirts, stuffed animals of all ur favorite game characters, new and used games and movies, cool candy, the list could go on and on!

Positive experience: This store has a great selection of used video games. I always check this place first before getting a new game. This place also has a decent selection of Anime/gaming merchandise you won't find anywhere else. Worth checking out if you need to buy gifts for anyone.

Fantastic experience: I loved this place I brought in some game consoles and games, and they were nice and didn't act like it was a bother to have to be doing their job. They were friendly and took the time to make small chat while doing their job so their was no awkwardness of me just standing around. When it was all said and done I walked away with more money than I expected. GameXchange was awesome.

Positive experience: While the staff is nice the problem I have with gamexchange is that I have been ripped off from different ones not getting the full or correct amount when I sell a item or half the time I will be charged extra for no reason so honesty I'm not very happy with gamexchange.

Negative experience: Wouldn't suggest selling anything here. They give you pennies on the dollar and even if you bring in a brand new PS5 like we did just to see how much they would offer you for you know just for fun. They offered me $50 for a BRAND NEW NEVER OPENED IN THE BOX PS5! If that doesn't prove they are a rip off I don't know what does!

Positive experience: This is one of the best game x change stores I’ve been to as far as supplies go, but it always smells like b/o to the point I can only last about five minutes in there and have to leave. Also super busy store so waiting in line is a drag when every person in front of me seems to take 7 minutes with their transaction.

Positive experience: I've only been to this Game X Change a couple of times. They have a large selection of items that are reasonably priced while others are beyond market value. They have a good assortment of accessories for a number of gaming consoles. I was disappointed to not find any OEM PS3 controllers but that's not too unfathomable. I was a little put off that one of the employees seemed to have little care to any questions I had but thankfully another employee picked up the slack. I don't like being inundated with that employee that keeps asking if you need help but ignoring a customer is on the other end of the spectrum. Not a bad store but not much sets itself apart from other Game X Changes.

They always seem to have new interesting video games and consoles in stock. Everytime I go in I see something new I'm interested in and I always look forward to going back. Very friendly staff who can answer a wide variety of questions for you. Don't be shy, ask away!!

Negative experience: The store was very organized and neat! The store had a lot of merchandise. An employee spoke to me right when I came in and walked me around the store to provide assistance. When I went there in 2021 there was a nosey, and rude person working there. Strike 1: another employee was talking to a customer on the phone. After the conversation was over, she felt the need to ask what they wanted & the why they called, she then stated rudely "I already to her". Strike 2: she yelled across the store an answer to a person's question. Strike 3: she couldn't take the time to explain a game to a customer.

Positive experience: Meh...it was okay. Staff was kind of off and only one staff member spoke to us. The selection of video games is quite monotonous and stereotypical to include primarily sports games. DVD selection is quite sparse despite the large amount of DVDs they have...nothing really jumps out as being of real interest unless you are looking for supremely mainstream picks.

Fantastic experience: Game X-Change has been a major part of my life as a gamer well over 20 years, and it's hard to believe that it has been that long. I remember being 12 years old and my first Sega Genesis from them. I remember the owners, past and present. Game X-Change is more than just a game store to me. They are like my extended family, and I always become acquainted with the new managers and support staff. Kate has always been nice to me, cool, professional, and knowledgeable on all of her products. I've done business with her and her store for years, and after leaving the state of Arkansas for awhile, and to return and see her made my day. Keep this business going, and keep expanding. The services you provide are needed and greatly appreciated!
