Negative experience: Another store scalping Pokemon cards. Also, they don't properly label/price items, they leave old and incorrect info on them and often cost more at the register.

Negative experience: This store bought a Xbox S series that was stolen from somebody and is now requiring that individual to buy his stuff back when It was stolen from him and they are requiring him to pay money to get it back when they have a police report showing that it was stolen Watch out would you buy from them because it May be stolen I have Reached out to game exchange to speak to the district manager on this, but still unfortunately, we are forced to pay to get this item back

Positive experience: This Game X Change is located near UALR. It's conveniently located just off the road and easy in and out. The selection is fairly good on games and movies. Most of the prices are similar to other stores. The staff was helpful and not pushy and that is a plus to me. Could have had a few more collectibles but overall a good store.

Negative experience: They are to over priced!!you would be better and cheaper getting it at whatever store it comes from.I bought 3 ps4 they all went out within 6 to 5 months after buying them i went bought another same thing happen went out after 5 months after the 3rd i just went got a brand new game system..Even there games and candy are wayyyyy to much your better off buying things new and it will be cheaper.A box of candy $5 went around the corner it was $1 even used games its better to go to a pawn shop is cheaper this place sucks!!

Negative experience: Great choice of Blu Rays, but more then once has the staff been rude too me, while in there. I know what time you guys close.... don't do a count down out loud. Just like you guys, I have also been at work all day. And if I ask you where a movie is and you guys close in 5 mins..... maybe you'll want to come from behind the counter and help me find it so you can leave on time. Part two: six months The previous review I decided to give you guys another chance, I called looking for insidious three, The lady on the phone quickly answers yes we do have it on Blu-ray I was like awesome can you please hold that for like 20 minutes I will be there to get it. I get there to pick up the movie and it’s insidious four. I’m just done with this game exchange the other ones are great I’m just done with this one.
