Negative experience: This is to the owner of this specific store location. Your staff needs better customer service skills, they are unethical, unprofessional, rude and disrespectful and racist! . I came in to the store with my daughter this afternoon and no one even noticed us, we were waiting where it said line starts here and they acted like we were not even there. Then a white couple came in and every worker acknowledged them and asked if they needed help while me and my daughter were still waiting in line. I literally had to say something in order for them to notice us! Unbelievable! They were so rude and so racist!!! You should watch your surveillance video so you could see for yourself. To everyone else who is reading this, if you’re not some kind of Asian or white do not even bother coming to this place cause it will be the last place you ever want to be at, the people that works here really sucks! Rude, unprofessional, racist staff here. Horrible service, terrible people!!

Negative experience: This place should get negative 20 stars. I came from Hayward to get a cord for my X box. I looked on the map said I'd get there in time so I got my things and went. Got there with more than enough time to spare and the door was locked. The people working there looked right at me (some kid with an afro light skin and another with long straight hair SHOULD DEFINATLY LOSE THEIR JOBS FOREAL) and knew I was outside but then just kept it moving. Shut off the lights and did me dirty. This is terrible customer service. I wrote this review right out front and they vacuumed up and pretended I was invisible. I don't recommend anybody go to this store. They clearly don't care about the customer or want their business and I for one will never be giving them another dime of my money again. If you are owner of this store I would be replacing these guys with employees who care more about the company than getting off work a bit early, shutting the store down early (against the law during business hours), and the customers who make the company stay successful enough to pay the checks they bring home. This is horrible business and I will be contacting the owner first thing in the morning to complain about this.

Fantastic experience: I have been to sooooo many gamestops in my life and none of them come close to this location. I have been coming here regularly for a couple years at this point and the staff has always been top notch. GameStop has had a rough reputation in a lot of peoples minds but trust me when I say this store will change your mind about the company. This store stays stocked full of games, plush, toys, pops, cards, etc. every time I need to go to the store my girlfriend always wants to come because she finds something she wants to get. Customer service is huge to me and the staff that I have seen there regularly is always on point and deserves recognition. They have a good selection of retro games too. Next time you need something gaming related come here and avoid the soulless trip to target because this store is a vibe. 10/10 location, 10/10 inventory.

Fantastic experience: This is my favorite game stop and I always go out of my way to go to this location. The store is clean and organized. Most of all, I truly have had only good experiences with the employees. They are very informed and I trust them to give me the best advice on games and deals. I choose to bring my business here over target or other stores because I feel confident that if anything goes wrong with the item I’ve purchased, they are competent enough to resolve it.

Fantastic experience: I've been coming to this location since it was a FuncoLand. The current iteration is one of the better local Gamestops. Great game selection going back to 360/ps3. I hope to see even more classic consoles and games. I recently traded/purchased a console and they gave me some great promos I wasn't even aware of. Thanks guys.

Fantastic experience: One of the least corporate GameStops. They had all the usual games and merch but also a surprisingly large collection of older gen games. There was a whole stand of PS3 and Xbox 360 games and a cabinet of 3DS games. Decent selection including Pokemon and for just above the original MSRP. Employees were friendly and the store's pretty well organized. Definitely stopping in again next time I'm in the area!

Wasn't on the floor/rack, but the employee was very helpful & found new shipped items in back not yet out front & had what I was looking for. I don't, on a regular basis, go into gamestop, but when they've had something I'm looking for, I do not hesitate to go & purchase from them. Prices on what I've bought there were the same as other places that were only online + shipping & I'm happy to support a local store rather than online & with shipping. Will continue to buy from Gamestop

Negative experience: Lying a-s workers lied to me that I HAD to buy the controller with my ps5 purchase and LIED that it was a part of the bundle and THEY COULDN’T take it off. IT WAS NOT! It was RUNG UP SEPARATE ON THE RECEIPT. DON’T GIVE YOUR BUSINESS TO THESE LYING BUMS.

Fantastic experience: Stopped into buy a PS5. They were super helpful and on top of it. One person working and a semi-full store but he set the right expectations as soon as I got into the store, asking what I was in for and confirming stock while he finished helping the person at checkout. I appreciated all of that. Fortunately the system was in stock but if it wasn't I wouldn't have had to wait to find out because the employee was on top of it the moment I walked in, multi-tasking. Not every Game Stop like that, will continue bringing my business to this location.

Negative experience: Alot of parking but I recently tried to exchange some old games and they ask me for my ID and tried to take my fingerprints! I said I pass! Made me feel like I was in jail on the spot. Never felt so disrespected.

Fantastic experience: Great service here the games I got sometimes they don’t have but they advise us when they might get them again. Got Smash Brawl and the disk is perfect not scratched and had everything plus the manual.

Negative experience: They get more stuff than other stores, which make them more popular, but I've watched them fake a pre-order and even give pre-order bonuses to people who didn't pre-order. I may sound entitled, but that's not good business practice. I'm sticking with the Tanfran Mall location. They're much better.

Positive experience: On par with my other gamestop experiences. One guy working the register with a line of people who want to trade in their games and who are going to be disappointed with their trade in value. The guy there did not seem happy. But this is exactly what I expect when I go here.

Negative experience: Never buy Gamestop's extended warranty. If they tell you that they will replace your console for a new one,leave right away cause it will be a bait and switch when you try to claim it. They will offer you are refurbished console which would probably lead you to more issues. Go to Best Buy as their warranties are better and they will replace with an new device if they cannot repair or provide a store credit of the amount you paid. It's just a 5 minute drive from here.

Negative experience: Call me dumb but I scratched a steam card wrong, therefore, I didn't get the code. I called this GameStop, where I bought it from, and they were EXTREMELY rude. A person name Amanda said they couldn't do anything about the problem, and was rubbing it in my face that they took my 20 dollars. Luckily, I called the better GameStop, the Serramonte gamestop, and the workers there were EXTREMELY nice, and awesome about the whole situation. Go to the Serramonte GameStop, it's not that far away from the terrible colma GameStop. Extremely disappointed at how they treated me, as a customer that comes in often, and gives them buisness.
