Negative experience: Noel is the worst employee ever!!! Employee number 738812. After I left GameStop, he called saying that I was on camera walking the manual out of the store. When the manual was mistakenly misplaced into the game that I was going to buy, he didn’t even apologize or gave me any compensation. His words still came into his mouth saying that I took it. This is the only GameStop in the same zip code where I live so it’s easier for me to commute from my house to the store. Unfortunately, unless any apology or compensation is issued to me, I will never come back to this store ever again! Don’t come to this store, it’s not worth it!

Negative experience: This has to be the worst gamestop ever. Was told they would be open for midnight release. But nobody never came to open to hand out the games we paid for. Had everyone out in the cold waiting patiently. And still nobody had the nerve to even tell any of us that nobody was coming to hand them Out. If you ever think about coming to this store think again. Do yourself a favor and go to a different one.

Fantastic experience: We went here the other week and had such an inviting experience. The manager, Braden, is extremely knowledgeable about all of the merchandise and was very sweet. He gave us a private tour around as we asked questions, all the while still making himself available to other customers. Would come back to this location over buying online anytime if he is there! Love the game we got that he recommended!

I had g a lot of games to trade in and he was very patient helping us and was still able to attend to other people in the story. Braeden alone made the experience amazing. Negative experience: I'm a gamestop pro member for 10 years + As a pro member, gamestop will match prices that walmart may have. I asked Alex to match the price for an older game I have been interested in. He had to ask the supervisor if it was okay, and then he told me to come in as they would appreciate the price. After standing in line for 10 minutes, I asked for the game, and it wasn't in the original plastic, which every new game should be in. They sealed the game case with a circle sticky, so i could not open and look at the physical disc. Alex/ Alexandros insisted it was 100 percent brand new, never touched. Once I got home, I removed the sticker to open the case, I found fingerprints and dust all over their so-called brand new video game! Not only is Gamestop giving you pennies when you trade in a game, but they also sell you that same used product for full retail price after. That's outright price gouging! Don't buy used hardware either, especially refurbished. It's all defective, and I've witnessed them testing the bad ones and putting it back on the shelf to sell! I call it as I see it, be careful out there! Much love to the community!

Negative experience: I don't know if it's just me or my own bad luck, but the people here are kind of unfriendly...? Like they really don't wanna be here. It's mainly the male staff but I always feel kind of unwelcomed in this store. I greatly prefer the Saint Lucie West location than this GameStop.

Negative experience: We walked inside was greeted with shouting to get out due to their 5 person limit, a kind woman and her child promptly left for us to go inside but the employees then told us that they were still at capacity which struck us as strange and paradoxical. We chose to just leave and not give them our business because of the lacking customer service. Went to the GameStop in st Lucie west and the customer service was awesome, a much better location!!! even paid for a year membership for their rewards program

Positive experience: The only thing going for this company/location are the staff. They're super firendly and refreshingly honest when they were answering my questions. I'm not entirely sure how this company as a whole is staying in business, but it's obvious from the Manager on down that the staff are trying very hard to offer a pleasant experience. Seems almost more like a toy store with games than a video game outlet with game merchandise. Makes for some narry walkways.

Fantastic experience: Tory was nice enough to order a special (and therefore somewhat rare) edition of Trails Of Cold Steel II for me personally from out of state upon my request, despite not being a typical customer. I appreciate it greatly and hope you give this store especially a chance when shopping for all of your favorite games.

Negative experience: They rang up more things then I bought and I didnt notice until I got home. I have been struggling to get the money back ever since this happened months ago. I filed a dispute they say it takes 10 days to resolve I call back in 10 days and they tell me the last person filed the dispute wrong. So I file a new dispute And repeat over and over. I guess I lost the money.

I'm a 40 year old man and was refused to allow to buy a $20 dollar video game with my phone because I wouldn't allow the 16 year old girl behind the counter see my ID. Now I see why gamestop is going out of business and buying people smart watchs and selling little kids toys now. They are no longer a real video game store. It's a company run by children that don't have the first sense of business. Go buy your games from Xbox and Playstation stores they will last forever and many will be playable on future consoles where gamestop games won't work after 1 scratch and you must waste the gas and upgrading to a new system the game will no longer work. Don't waster your time here if your buying a game for someone. Just get them a gift card at walmart or target for the console they want and they can download the game and it will last forever unlike the dvd/blue rays disc games.

We always go to this location since it is easy to get to and usually has what we need. You can also special order items that are not in the store and have them delivered there.
