Negative experience: Bought my son new Nintendo switch for around almost 400$ tried to take it back thy offer was 21$ never again! Everyone just go to gamXhange from now & on! If it haven’t already been 4 months I feel like we should just get at least 65-75% of our money back from them

They didn't have the item my grandson was looking for but they checked to see if any other Game Stops had it but found none. They then looked for other stores and told us where to find one. Fantastic experience: I came in today and Dominique waited on me after I called her probably 5 Times. She is so helpful,knowledgeable and so patient. I really appreciate her. I needed an xbox X for my grand girl and she sure helped me out highly recommend her Gamestop . Thank you Dominique keep up the awesome job!!! Thanks gamestop !
Negative experience: Store is always in shambles. Too much product on the floor also makes it hard to get around freely. Customer service is mediocre at best.
Negative experience: Went in there to buy an elite series 2 controller. They are overpriced compared to competition but I didn't wanna wait for shipping so I was gonna pay about 200 bucks for it. The lady was so busy gossiping about some lame drama with a customer some other day with another lady and ignoring me as I stood there for an extended period of time I said screw it and walked out. Haven't been to gamestop in ages, and it's clearly a dieing relic. I'll be glad when the company fails they failed to evolve with the times and the stores and employees have no desire to do their jobs right. The stores don't care while the company is a joke to modern gamers due to their inability to figure out how things work these days. It's failure on all levels.

Negative experience: I ordered my ps4 pro controller before the 18th of June in store they said it would be between the 18th -23rd when it should arrive. I did a follow up on the 22nd they told me it was in progress, I called today on the 25th & Now they are saying I need to call customer service to see what’s wrong with my order not to mention they always answer and hang up the first time I call, so I have to call twice . On top of that Tyler answered the phone rudely as if he doesn’t appreciate his job. So I know they will never receive my business ever again . People shouldn’t have be given the run around about something they spent they hard earned cash on. Disappointed in how far GameStop customer service has dropped
Negative experience: Terrible customer service was put on hold multiple times while awaiting a confirmation on if they had a gotcha bracelet in stock took nearly an hour just to be told that I needed to call another store and at one point the employee tried to tell me they didn’t exist...like what?!? Will never use this location again for any of my gaming needs.

Negative experience: Prepaid and preordered items I f full and was told they would call when my items arrived. Hadn't heard from them so stopped by and was told the items Ive already bought, they sold and don't have anymore. Maybe I'm the only one see something wrong with this. Terrible service!

He helped me find the game and walked me through redeeming points from being a Gamestop member for the first time and didn't get impatient at all even though I didn't know what I was doing... he also threw in some game suggestions I'll definitely be checking out next time I have the chance. Next time I go to Gamestop, it'll be this one. Great customer service and knowledge of the product.

Got to the register gentleman told me that that was actually 49.99 that he had been too busy with Black Friday sales to change. He would not honor the price on the. Claimed he was a store manager very disappointed in customer service.

Negative experience: I'm very pissed right now! Clearly it on google that the store is opened from 11a-8p, get to the store about 5 minutes ago they're closed! My son wanted some headphones for his PS4, can't get them now. Y'all really need to update this information instead of having me drive across town to this location but then again this could also be my fault for my calling ahead of of time too. Going by google is not a good idea especially when the information is wrong!
