Positive experience: Toller Store mit großer Auswahl! Leider fast keine klassischen Gameboy-Spiele, also eher moderne Konsolen und DVD/BlueRays.

Positive experience: Good prices and very helpful staff

Negative experience: The employees were very disinterested. Stood there on their phones and ignored anyone coming in. Waited for 15 mins to look at some games behind the counter while they ignored us and talked to other customers that were after us

Negative experience: WARNING!!!!My wife spent 208$ for an Xbox that didn't work. Returned the next day to bring it back and was told she couldn't get a refund OR an exchange. She didn't have a receipt BUT she paid with a card and signed one that they kept before she left.

Positive experience: Well they should keep to never giving prices over the phone!! That's the only problem I have but everyone working there has great hospitality!! Good help

Negative experience: When Tim to buy an Apple Watch was then told they would not take it out of the package to charge it or allow me to try to sync it to my phone to even see if it would work with my phone. So I would have to blindly put down over 200 dollars then go home charge it if it even takes a charge to then find out if me device will work with my phone and if not go back and trade it back . So basically they are to lazy to take off a plastic seal for a possible 200 plus purchase while and get this all the other game exchanges in Memphis would and did that day so love to all my game exchanges except Winchester y’all suck.

Negative experience: I payed for a game on a classic console, and when I got home the disc was so scratched that the system couldn't even start it.

Negative experience: They sold me a video game that doesn't work, unfortunately I live an hour and a half away so I was unable to return the game within the 24 hour window for a refund. I can still return it for a same item trade, but my confidence isn't exactly high that the other copy will work either. I guess we'll see. I'll update my review if it's made right next time I visit.

Fantastic experience: Honestly. One of the better game xchanges in the Memphis area. More organized and the staff isn’t awkward. But the air freshener will take your breath away sometimes

Fantastic experience: Lots of rare finds here. Prices do reflect this, but are still a tad less than what you would see online for the most part.

Positive experience: They've gotten rid of some of the deals that I loved like buy 2 and get 1 free. They still give better rates of cash/credit than gamestop. My only real concern is location. Ober the past 6 years, they have been plagued with crime. They really need to beef up security.

Fantastic experience: The employees at the Winchester location are AMAZING! I had a blast when I went in. I originally went to Union and they didn't have what I was looking for, the guy that was working was super helpful and called the Winchester location and got them to hold the game I was looking for. SUPER cool people, thanks so much for the help guys!

Negative experience: DON'T SHOP HERE! they buy your games and consoles for a very very low price. Then they turn around and sell it back to you at the maximum price. My Experience with this place is horrible. I bought a game for 7 bucks. And I had to take it back because it didn't work. When I returned to the store WITH THE RECEIPT. They offered my in store credit then said I can sell the game back to them for 75 cent unbelievable. I will never shop at this store where they scam their customers into buying their bogus products and expect you to be ok with your level of disappointment placed on you due to their lack of appreciation toward their customers. I would suggest another game store beside this one. The Game Xchange has disappointed me due to my expectations being so high based off of individuals I associate with claiming this to be one of the best game stores in memphis.

Negative experience: I trade games with Game Exchange pretty often and I had an employee tell me it would be awhile and I could “walk around the store” while he checked and scanned my games. Once I walked off both employees stole and hid some of my games. I made them run the security footage back and I have a copy of it in my phone where you can see him and the other guy stealing my games

Positive experience: They are more professional, less discrimination on items, better feedback, better payout of store credit/cash credit, and more attentive to the customer needs than Gamestop. Gamestop lowball you so much on offers you're choosing to sell. Gamestop is like the 2k of gaming but GameXchange is the change we need.

Negative experience: Any compliments or good practices were completely overshadowed by their return policy. I purchased a game that was too scratched to play. I return to see what could be done. No returns for cash only store credit. The game I want they do not have. They would not return a working copy as they do not have one. So now I am stuck with credit to a store I don't want to shop at. Waste your money elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: Walmart said the Target was Game Exchange, so I sent Paul Blart to K-Mart for integration to maximize the game trades salivation with Max Payne.

Negative experience: Service here is friendly enough but I was overcharged for what I purchased because the clerk was too lazy to check each item and scan them individually, instead he just took the most expensive one and rang it up 3 times even though each item was different and differently priced, I didn't notice until I left but it's not worth going back to argue about. Also he swore a lot, not at me, just in general. Not very professional if you ask me.
