Positive experience: staff was very helpful, nothing bad about most of them. there was only one that was somewhat disrespectful because they told us to “take our time” while trying to pick up a paid item. we had our hands full of other bags that were full as well. it was quite funny, but it could have been worse with someone else. no disrespect to the person, he probably had a bad day.

Fantastic experience: Malachi and Lexi were super helpful. I felt bad for them because the people ahead of me in line took super long to order Pokemon cards, but they still managed to help me out while dealing with those difficult people. Give them a raise!

Negative experience: I would not buy any item from those guys, they sell items that are refurbished as brand-new Way Above the brand market price and they don’t honour the return policy. I have a controller that the salesman acknowledged that it was defective Prior and had to be sent for repairs before he sold it to me, yet it was sold above the brand new market price and when I found out that there was an issue with it, I tried to return it Or get it fixed immediately but they refused to return, refund or fix. I honestly will not buy anything from them . Mike was rude and I don’t think that the store is trustworthy.

Fantastic experience: I have not had any issues here. They actually have PS3 games, which is nice for me since I don't have the newer ones and I don't buy physical Switch games. They also have cute Kirby plushies. ^~^

Fantastic experience: If you buy a lot of video games and/or video game accessories and/or video game related toys this is as great place to rack up rewards, points and discounts. Also the staff members are generally very knowledgeable about video games across the board and therefore usually very helpful.

Fantastic experience: Maryel was simply wonderful and extremely helpful. My son and I went there today when the store opened and we were looking for a particular key card. I don’t know anything about games and accessories, she was extremely patient while he was explaining what he was looking for. She then helped me and my mom in explaining what was needed to get my son what was needed. We left the store with one happy 10yr old. Thank you Maryel for all you did today!

Positive experience: Well what an experience! I want to say that this store is pretty great for good reasons and bad. Mario and Nina are some of the best customer service representatives ever! They bring energy to this game store in all honesty. Unfortunately I encountered a newer associate recently who wears glasses and wasn’t as delightful..he doesn’t have his name tag on them which I would imagine why…terrible customer service from this certain employee. Treats his peers a bit trashy too which is so unprofessional.

Negative experience: I went in to purchase a game and I was offered a deal to become a pro membership. This deal did not exist, the wrong game was ordered, and no one at the location or with gamestop customer service has been able to assist. I was misled into a deal I was already skeptical of, and I can't seem to get my money back through the usual channels. Everyone wants to pass the buck. Awful experience.

Negative experience: First off I want to say I used to enjoy shopping here until I had a HORRIBLE experience once this incident took place a lil while ago .Me and my husband went into this store browsing for new video games and such and the gal with the long dark brownish hair (light skinned I think) and some tattoos (so I can describe who this is) behind the counter was flirting with my man. And even when she saw us together she continued. Also after I was right there needing help she completely ignored me but only insisted on helping my husband disregarded me totally. Then this woman had the AUDACITY to flirty tell my man to come back to see her and show her his remote ( which he never brought up) I said I have used remotes she ignored me and said she can’t wait to him again? I have never heard of this behavior at GameStop in my life don’t come here as a family or bring your husband here because that was entirely disrespectful and even walking out the store we were trying to leave but she kept on talking to him worst part of it all was this was on my birthday and I was in tears. as a long time buyer I won’t be coming here again. Also this similar situation had happened to a friend of mine TOO! But! To her boyfriend? GameStop what kind of people are you hiring here? Terrible service zero stars. 0

Negative experience: Worst gamestop store! If you are buying from this location, make sure that you check that your games are actually inside the cover. One of the employees did not put my game inside the cover when buying the game and now gamestop is refusing to refund me or replace my game…. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable.

Negative experience: Went in browsing and asked about Playstation 5's a lady behind the counter asked me if I had a pro membership because they would have some on pro day. I stated that I didn't and wouldn't buy a pro membership just to buy one. She quickly snapped back and rudly asked well then why are you asking you can't buy one anyways. Needless to say I won't be back to this location and since gamestop thinks it's OK to only sell playstations to people who pay for their membership I will buy from somewhere else on the next drop. Game stop is dead to me, they are crooks.

Negative experience: Horrible customer service and fraudulent store. I bought my daughter a 500 Xbox to find out her father had already purchased it. I went the same day to return it box not even opened and they told me no problem it would take 3 days and I would receive my check in mail due to store supposedly having no cash. 3 weeks went by and when I returned to store the supervisor the bigger woman supervisor told me it was now corporate nothing she could do. She then told me "good luck" I couldn't belive it , then after getting no where with corporate, I returned to the store to have the supervisor begin yelling and accusing me of looking for new workers working to get other answers? What other answers could I get ? I wasn't asking for a later bedtime I was asking for my refund my money I was entitled to. My advice buy nothing expensive from them unless you are certain you won't need to return it .

Fantastic experience: I love GameStop because if you don't know this you can take old get me equipment whether it's working or not you can turn it in for store credit and buy new gave me equipment. Or save it up for Christmas and buy you know get that $20 off that $100 video game your kid wants. Or get a headphone or whatever it is that you may be needing a pop funko. I also like GameStop because they have a 2-year warranty system that does cost extra money. However my son's headphones went out after about 17 months. They did the microphone part just stopped working and they replace them. With better headphones and did not ask one question. We were being honest and we would have answered anything they ask but they didn't even ask we brought in the box we brought in the headphones we brought in the receipt because you have to keep the box they put a little sticker on it and they gave us new headphones that was the end of that. So I think their warranty program is really outstanding and everything I've ever received from gamestop has worked well. Well I should say, everything that my gaming children have received from gamestop has worked well. And that goes down from 29 to 13 and a half LOL

Positive experience: This is nothing against the store, since the employees are awesome. So take this 3 star review as 5 stars for the store staff, and 0 stars for the company. I have a preorder tied up at this location. I've tried calling Gamestop's corporate number since the stores closed, and have been on hold for as long as two hours. I have emailed Gamestop regarding the issue of getting a refund. Got an automatic reply saying they'll get back to me ASAP. One month later, nothing. I've tried calling the stores that remain open and they've told me I have to call corporate. Still don't have my refund.
