Negative experience: Came by and the whole store was closed over 2 hours before it says they were supposed to be. There was no note or anything to indicate why. No one was answering the phone. At least put a note up or something.

Negative experience: Worse experience ever so embarrassing I just moved to Dallas I came down to visit family so me and "My Nephew "Yes" Family we don't stay with one another different house holds I go in to get a ps4 for black Friday so I ask the lady I would like 2 one for me and 1 for my Nephew he had his own money I had mines "Since " we are Family she said we one could purchase one ps4 I'm like hold up I stay in Dallas he's in waco 2 different places the manager comes out and says we're family we only can get one Wow he was not trying to help at all none seemed to care where does it say Since everyone that goes in The store can't be family or u can't get the same thing I never heard of anything like that worse experience ever

Negative experience: Usually my go to gamestop but being quoted one price for an exchange and then being given a way lower amount at the trade in for a system that was returned “cib” and then they charged me for it not having an accessory with it that didn’t even come in the box to begin with. Not much of a fan of this location anymore

Fantastic experience: Even though some other stores can offer better prices for there games. I like GameStop because I can buy a used game for a very good price most of the time. The guys here are awesome and they can help you find what you need even when you don’t know anything about anything.

Negative experience: Picked up the new Mario Kart today. Two employees helping two guys in front of me. They were slow but seemed knowledgeable. Unfortunately, sold me a used game not in original packaging at new game price. Said it was a return and original box not returned too. I just wanted out of there as it smelled like cigarette smoke in this location. I think they need a manager to train on basic customer service.

Just Cal it How I see it or experience it rarely only perceiving it. Obvious observation. But, it's a normal Game Stop in a rich neighborhood and located not far from i35 or tx84... off Waco drive

Fantastic experience: Great place for all of your console gaming needs and even some PC needs the stuff seems to have a very solid knowledge of this type of merchandise. Also very knowledgeable of the gaming mainstream media environment. But if they don't know something they'll tell you they don't know. And then they will try to find the answer.

Negative experience: GameStop gives horrible trade in prices for games, you can usually sell for 2 or 3 times more on craigslist or Ebay...but they do have a giant selection of games and accessories. I still occasionally go to pick up a game or two, and the few times I visited this location they weren't super friendly and a couple of the workers were having some inappropriate side conversations close to the register. I'd recommend the one off of highway 6 as the staff is a little more friendly.
