Positive experience: They will never answer the phone! Super frustrating when I want to know if they have something before I drive all the way over there!! Otherwise, this location usually has a good selection and has been pleasant to deal with.

Negative experience: I went in about a week or so ago. One of the employees were pretty rude about one of my $20s not coming back as a legit bill through there scanner. I asked him to check the bill another way he then proceeds to get defensive and non helpful. Saying the “machine wouldn’t take it”. I went to the bank because i was sure it was real and it was. The employee was a younger Asian male. The rest of the staff is cool though.

Negative experience: Went into GameStop today to sell my Xbox for Christmas money so I could afford my niece a nice gift. Manager was incredibly rude and offered me $1 for an Xbox one S in great condition because I didn’t bring a controller with me. I understand that it is store policy, however, I was in fact insulted by the $1 offer and the attitude I received. Won’t be coming back.

Negative experience: Took several back to back calls to get employee on the phone on an average weekday and and they clearly didn’t intend to be helpful.
Positive experience: Kinda salesmanish...they want ya to buy there Pro gamer membership and dive into the spell of it all before you can get a word in. The guy started in before he even knew what I was there for. Otherwise, service was fairly quick once he figured out what I needed. The online ordering and pick up was spectacular!
Negative experience: Closed at noon on a Sunday? Hours clearly state 11-6. Weird this store just chooses its own hours

Negative experience: After waiting over 10 minutes while the only clerk in the store was helping another customer, I was finally able to ask if they had a controller, the lady was cold and rude and said "I don't think so"... she then said "I can't call another store due to the holiday rush"....I looked around and there was no one else in the store. If you want to be lazy and just don't want to help have enough guts and just say that. I found another company that helped me and was very interested in making sure I got what I was looking for.

Negative experience: Just had a really terrible experience at this location. The employee shouted out “you’re wasting your money.” Because I wouldn’t sign up for the pro membership during checkout after declining to sign up 4 times. I literally just spent $80 on two games in this store and then get insulted on my way out? I confronted the employee on how rude that was in front of my son and he refused to acknowledge me or say anything to me. Another customer on the way out exclaimed how shocked he was that, that happened. I have started shopping at GameStop again because I want to preserve my physical media, but I will take my business to other stores for my three kids. I can say no to the pro membership. I shouldn’t have to say no 4 times. And I shouldn’t be insulted for not signing up. Terrible shopping experience.

Negative experience: Pre-ordered a game was was told after 48 hours from release they could cancel it and sell to someone else if they want. Picked up game at a different location and am now being told I have to go in to cancel it?! So you can cancel because I don't show in 48 hours, but you can also sit on a game for a month because I don't come in? Manager wouldn't even get on the phone. Avoid this location - or GameStop as a whole - they won't be around long anyways.
Negative experience: Whelp guess I'm going to vintage stock, since they won't answer their phone for me to price things and check availability. Gamestop just gets worse by the year.
Negative experience: Tried to sell a game system and offered $31. He said the reason prices are so low is the have to make a profit off the games. He has the worst customer service around. I would have rather talked to a rock. He must be the dumbest person on earth. There are gulable people out there and I am not one of them. I know he was screwing me in the store. Beware. Beware. Negative experience: Mal momento pase con mi hijo ya que el tipo era racista que no nos saludó nunca preguntó que necesitaba nos ignoró por completo y no me quedó más que salir y ir a Walmart ya que ellos contaban. Con juegos similares a este lugar lamentablemente solo es el personal que brinde más servicio

Negative experience: Unfortunately had to change this. Haven't been impressed with the place for a while now. Today was kind of the last straw. I drove out to this location specifically, because they were the only location that had what I was looking for. The door was locked once I got there with nothing but a paper taped on the door saying "Be back in 5". I waited 15 minutes before someone unlocked the door then bluntly stated "I'm going on break." She then put a new sign out that showed she would be back 40 minutes afterwards. Obviously, people need breaks. If they don't have enough workers to cover lunches then it makes sense that they would need to close. But maybe do the absolute bare minimum and list that anywhere at all? The website, Google, etc. I wasn't being impulsive. I planned the drive all the way out here. I'm not capable of waiting an hour, I have things to do. I ended up waisting a good chunk of my afternoon and still didn't get what I needed

Fantastic experience: I walked in today with my little cousin trying to buy him a 3DS. They didn't have it in stock anymore (too old) but that didn't stop the team from going above and beyond. Trevor gave me options as to where I could look locally, Kiersten was incredibly kind and offered her own solutions, and Suede (I hope I'm spelling that right) was very personable throughout. I didn't even buy anything, but I'm leaving a review because these three SGAs made a store feel like a community.
Negative experience: Took my brother here and he wanted to buy a nintendo switch eshop card, we were the only people in the store, we waited at the counter for 15 minutes while the sales associate was on a PERSONAL CALL. we eventually left and he didn’t even acknowledge when we left. so rude! we will not be returning!!!

Negative experience: When we came in, the store was empty but the one employee, Hayli, working. We understand the mask issue and were met with rudeness about one of us needing a mask. No problem, we paid for it and she said an extra dollar "wasn't really acceptable" to cover the extra $0.16. While we browsed around, it felt so uncomfortable in the store. She never spoke to us until we stepped up to the counter and even then she was rude. We have never felt so unwelcome.

Negative experience: Horrible experience. Was wanting to buy a headset for my controller and needed the older version since the 3.5mm jack wasn’t working. I was a Best Buy the day before and saw the headset I needed so I knew they were still available to purchase. The worker argued with me swearing that nobody sells them and I needed to just buy a new controller and these expensive headphones. The guy working just basically trash talked Microsoft the whole time. I get that he works for a company that deals with different systems and what not. The way he went about it and the way he was talking was unprofessional and rude especially since there were other people and children in the store.

Negative experience: I'm a regular at this store and today was by far my worst experience with them store leader Daryl was doing basically nothing but waste time as i hear other customers complain about his nonstop trash talking of xbox and even after an hour of waiting outside to get into the store i left i made no purchase and don't plan to return horrible service horrible attitudes gamestop has yet to show any improvement in the last couple years
Positive experience: Came in today to pick up a ps vita for a plane flight I'm taking so I have a distraction. They had the system I wanted but the guy I asked when I wanted to buy the system system acted all odd asking me why? Why do you think because i want a ps vita. Not your place to ask why I'm buying a handheld console.

Negative experience: Was just here, spent several minutes in the store. Wasn't greeted, not once asked if I needed anything or how I was doing. Didn't even acknowledge us when we left. No one else was in the store I stopped shopping the Zona Rosa store because the staff and manager there wasn't very good, now they brought some of them over and it's the same snobby, anti-social don't care about the customer feeling. Billie was a great manager always greeted everyone even when busy. I will now boycott this store and possibly Gamestop altogether. I spend thousands a year at this location, but not anymore. Your new manager and staff are horrible. I'd give 0 stars if possible, you don't even deserve the 1 I'm forced to give.

Positive experience: Staff knows their stuff when it comes to videogames. Most have experience with all the best games from all the best consoles, allowing them to give great advice and insight on your purchase. They have a good supply of games and many collectables. Prices are okay. I gave it 4 stars because of the return/trade-in prices. Unless your trading the newest game in optimal condition, you can barely get anything for your trades. Just sell your games on eBay or LetGo, getting you so much more cash. Besides that, it's great for browsing or buying.

Fantastic experience: Great customer service the day after Christmas. They were very busy and one of the ladies saw us holding the Fallout power armor helmet. She came up and asked us what the problem was. The ON/OFF button was not working properly so she opened a new box and traded us. We were in and out in 10 minutes with no hassle.

Positive experience: Think about walking into a store, and you see every video game you could ever imagine. That's what you get at GameStop. The Store is pretty great! The only reason why I would not give them 5 stars is because they are pretty pricey and other than that they are great! The service is really good and they take customer request pretty seriously. It's a great store though and I would recommend it for anyone looking to buy video games.
