Fantastic experience: Very good didn’t have 5 nights at Freddy’s tho ✌️

Positive experience: Its a gamestop, what can I say. Its pretty good for reasonably priced, used switch games (especially if theyre 3rd party games), ive found some awesome hidden gems.

Negative experience: The lady that was there on Feb 8 @4pm was the worse experience I’ve ever encountered! She was rude and didn’t help me because she said she didn’t know how, very disappointed since it’s the closest to my home.

Fantastic experience: Brought in my switch that had bought online and that came in terrible conditions.I talked to Jessica and she was so helpful and kind. Was able to help me and get me going with a proper switch.She is definitely an exceptional employee.

Fantastic experience: I bought a pre-owned Xbox Elite controller at said location and had an issue with the functions of the controller. The employees resolved my issue with my purchase with exemplary customer service. I will shop for my gaming supplies and equipment with this Gamestop location. Fantastic job, everyone!

Negative experience: Whoever was there this morning I called didn't get an answer waited more then a few mins and no answer again it's like they don't have employees and I'm trying to ask about something I couldn't find online or I'd do it myself so I didn't have this issue but man not even being able to answer a phone when that job isn't very complicated is wild to me those people wouldn't survive in a real job

Negative experience: The young lady who works here was very unprofessional. She needs more training in Customer service. In the absence of a manager, an employee shouldn't share with customers what a co-worker/ manager has done wrong and how this has put her in a predicament and prevents her from doing her job accurately. She also had a conversation with another employee about the manager and how he left her in a bind, in front of customers. I wouldn't go back because of this.

Fantastic experience: There is a spooky girl named Pumpkin who is super nice and patient.

Negative experience: The employee was very Depressed and sad I came to sell my series X to GameStop. She acted like she didn’t want to be at work. She kept on making Poor of an excuse that the computer was down and that she cannot help me which I just took my series X to another GameStop and they had no problem giving me my moneys worth.

Negative experience: The staff is rude and harasses their customers. Literally, go to any other GameStop location. My kids beg me to go in here and we always leave feeling appalled by the staff. There is one staff member who is probably 5'8, dark hair and heavier set (my receipts say Charles?) who pushes their promos and memberships on us to the point where we are arguing at the cash register. It is extremely uncomfortable. I have worked retail, and understand what they must do, but accept no once and move on. What this employee does is borderline harassment and bullying. As he was handing me our purchase, he said, "Here's your full-priced items." Unreal. I'd ask to speak with a manager, but the other two employees didn't seem to have an issue with his behavior either. Yikes. Also, this location is like 10x10 and barely has anything. Go somewhere else.

Positive experience: It was not the best experience; Neither of the 2 workers greeted us nor welcomed us into the shop. Neither of them asked if they could help us. My son wanted to see what kinds of games they carried. We were in and out in less than 3 minutes. The store was organized and clean but it was not a fun experience. My son had a few questions but we left without him asking to either worker.

Negative experience: Comically bad customer service from the female employee everyone is mentioning below. She audibly sighed at me when I said sorry for the confusion, please take the warranty off the game I'm buying. Sorry you had two press 2 more buttons than you were planning on. Heres the best part, the dude that was working behind her looked at me and mouthed "I'm sorry". Is this the owners daughter or something? Cant understand any other reason she is still employed.

Negative experience: Called several times to see if any codes were available after knowing 2 had been saved for me the day prior. No one picked up the phone. Then upon arrival and after waiting several minutes before anyone bothered to help us, the employee insisted they were out of codes without checking even though we had been told 2 had been saved. Completely unprofessional.

Fantastic experience: I was looking for Flash figurine (Marvel Super hero) that I was getting as a gift. I Googled it and found that every retailer that carried it was either out or it took to long to get to me via delivery. Game Stop saved the day. They had one left and it was half the price of the others I seen. Don't forget they have much more than just games!
