Fantastic experience: This was my go-to place to get games and consoles. Their customer service is top tier, and their prices are excellent, unlike gamestop. But sadly, the curtain is closing on these guys, and they are shutting down for good. Pueblo just lost another gem.

Negative experience: Purchased a few games, a controller, and a controller charger. However after getting home and opening the controller and charger, I realized I had Purchased a controller that takes batteries rendering the charger useless. The lady behind the counter didn't say anything when selling it. Don't know if she knew or not but I would think they would pay better attention. We live 30 miles away and now I have to take the charger back. Plus we purchased two games that require a kinetic and didn't realize until we got home.

Negative experience: I have a ps5 slim pro that I wanted to sell to this business that my uncle has worked at for 6 years at they’re 29th street location so he told me they had great prices and great service so I took his word and I called them. A woman answered the phone and told me that they were offering $275.00 for the system so I thought “great that seems like a fair price” I packed up my system and called my uncle to give me a ride because I live an hour north of they’re location which is why I called beforehand to see what they were offering and all. My uncle came and picked me up and when he got to my house I wanted to be sure that everything would be fine because it is an hour drive one way so I called again to reassure myself that this would work out. Once again the same lady that answered the first time said sure come on down I have the money I even heard the cash register open on the phone. So we travel down to the store I go inside and the lady working behind the counter was very nice and did her job great she took the system out to check that it was all there and when she went to give me a quote she had to call the owner because the ps5 slim was not in they’re system yet so she called him to ask him how much to offer me and he said $273.00 which is two dollars less than what I was quoted over the phone but I thought that’s ok it’s only two bucks. So she gets the ps5 into the system and as she was going to pay me the owner called her back and she answered and she sounded distraught and then she opened the drawer and said “ there is 200 dollars in just 20 dollar bills in the drawer” and then she said yes the mid day count was $775.00 and then a few moments later she said but he drove all the way from Colorado Springs and then said ok she hung up the phone and proceeded to tell me that the owner said to bring it in tomorrow because they don’t have any extra money today. At that point I was furious but I understood the girl was just doing her job so I kept my composure and she told me they can’t accept it today but I tried to explain today was my only day off this week and I used the last of my money to pay for a ride down here to sell it and get the money for the ps5 and she didn’t care and told me that she can’t help me. I just want to say as a small business you should not do that to customers especially when I called ahead of time twice to make sure it would happen. I would not recommend this location or store to anyone ever after they treated me like that they do not stick to they’re word and they don’t care about anything but money.

Fantastic experience: Love this place. Wanna throw back to the best consoles ever come here i promise there’s no disappointment.

Fantastic experience: I am a retro Game Boy collector and enjoy being able to swing by a store and still find carts to buy and collect. I play them too

Negative experience: They enjoy taking advantage of people who don't know any better about the merchandise. Don't support this store. They refuse to play test anything so you're likely buying broken merch anyway. They use a website called pricecharting dot com and offer 15% of a trade in as store credit and 10% in cash.

Fantastic experience: John helped me today. Talking about the best service possible. We went to games top first and they did not help us at all. John took time out of his day to help us troubleshoot to find out the Gameboy was dead. We found one that would play the old game because of John's extensive knowledge of the Gameboy systems. If you have any game needs this is the real MVP of places to go in the area. Thank you so much John my friend is now playing Pokémon green with all his old Pokémon and he could not be more happy

Positive experience: Definitely love coming to this place. Very cleaned and organized ! The female I talked to about a few weeks ago has hella knowledge about video games. My only gripe is that I bought a used SNES controller for my Retron and it wasn’t cleaned. I get selling used items at a certain rate, but take the time to clean said used items. You guys have a very detailed policy about returning used games and that you clean the discs of the games especially ones that are $50

Service has always been awesome. Highly recommend for anyone who likes gaming and is looking for something. Also located now by a cute little anime shop and arcade. Makes perfect for a cute nerd date.

She was just so polite, friendly, outgoing, & very helpful, she is such a great asset to this company, and I would recommend her to anyone needing a great employee, she is just so uplifting, I so loved her outgoing friendly personality, we need more young people like her in the work Force, no pun intended, but she for real, by far, is the real deal, I just loved her, Game Force, you so need to give her a huge raise, a huge bonus, & a free all expenses paid vacation to anywhere her little heart desires, thank you babygirl, I mean Mrs. (G.) You guys have an awesome employee on y'all's hands, thanks honey, hope they appreciate your great work ethics, & great service you give to your costumers

Negative experience: I used to be a regular at this fine place but now everytime i seem to purchase a game from em the discs will not work. I got my brother a copy of code vein for xbox and bloodborne on ps4. And time and time again ive gotten squirreled and whats worse is i cant get my money back due to a new policy. They have lost my business for sure. Whats the point of buying games on disc pre owned if theres seeming to be a high chance of it not going to work? Go to steel city games your better off there. Or the arcade 1 or 2 doors down from em so you atleast know your getting what you payed for.

Negative experience: First off it never heard of a pre used game place without reasonable prices. Second the customer service is horrible, they raise their voice on the phone, hang up most of the time. Their prices are through the roof and I would recommend steel city or even a local pawn shop over this disgrace to the gaming community. Don't support this rude and horrid store.

Fantastic experience: They have some really cool stuff. I was trading in a couple items, and they could not take them because they were slightly damaged; however, once I looked around the store, I appreciated the quality of the stuff that they have and understood. Make sure to enjoy the culture that surrounds you all over the walls. Cool PlayStation signs, some retro Nintendo displays, the Masterchief helmet from the Halo 3 big box set... it’s a really cool locale. Oh yeah, the Fox McCloud fathead is sick. And the customer service was excellent. Robert helped me out, and seemed genuinely interested in what I was talking about. If he wasn’t, then damn, he sure knows how to make people like him. I ended up trading in a few old consoles, and got a much better value by using store credit.

Fantastic experience: Enjoyed browsing this place. Sold a PS4 game @ a higher price than GameStop was gonna pay and gained some knowledge from the helpful staff member. Probably returning for a system to play SNES and NES games because of his information.

They are so tricky and ripped me off today, I return 2 games that didn't even work in first place, one game cost me 8.99 and they exchange it for game worth 2.00, where my change go? In their pockets, then they exchanged one game that cost me 13.99 for the one that cost me 19.99 and yet I had to pay the difference from that in which I shouldn't due to the fact they actually pocket my change from the other game so people beware of the hustlers!!! I ain't ever going back to that place myself ever again, that a big NO!!

Negative experience: Terrible experience. Went to sell some old "atari, n64, and SNES games along with a system. Guy looked at the suitcase full and just said "OMG I have to test all of those" and picked them up and found pointless excuse not to buy each one (someone wrote thier name on the cartrige, the label was frayed. Looked at the n64 console. Said "see how it's joystick cord is worn. It probably works now. But it's old" After sorting through about 40 games and 2 consoles. He said "I'm only interested in 1 or two of them, but I don't even feel like testing those so I'm not gonna make an offer. And walked into the back area. He didn't have to buy my games. I made almost 90 bucks at vidja games in COS. But the whole situation was off putting, dicerning, and of dissapating service. While "patiently waiting" I noticed the prices aren't that great. $255 for a used Fat PS4 500gig. The Slim's go for about that BRAND NEW at Walmart. Not impressed. Not likely to return.

Negative experience: I went there to sell my games and that said it was too scratched to sell but I went there a week before to sell that same game and they would buy it but I didint trade it. I am very dissatisfied

Negative experience: NEVER will I EVER shop here again. Went in to trade a GBA SP and the associate was beyond rude. First I waited in line for about 20 minutes then when I was with the associate she told me she needed to help PAYING customers first because I was trading in. Whatever no biggie, I wait for 10 minutes while she finds out of the two behind me were in for the same reason. She then tells me its still going to be a few minutes while she stood there. I told her I didn't have a few minutes a d she responded with, "bummer".

Fantastic experience: Recommend this place to anyone they have great deals, this is where I come to get old school systems and gameboy cartridges.

Fantastic experience: Used game store that comes with original case in good condition and nearly all the disk I bought is practically scratch free and if you're lucky, some game still have unused code! Price is very fair. They also resurface your disk for 5 bucks I believe. Awesome for old school game collectors and staff is also super freindly!

Positive experience: Sometimes this place is awesome to go to. I scored Duck Tails 2 for NES a few weeks ago. Sometimes this place is a no go. The staff that works there are iffy. One guy doesnt even talk... he stands there like a monolith and from what I can gather isnt a game enthusiast at all. The lady that works there is awesome and is a gamer through and through and will talk about whatever with you. The other guy that works there doesnt act like he knows me even though I come in weekly. Ya know sometimes it would be nice if someone could be bothered to even act like they know you even when you drop $300 in one go. But I digress. This store is the only stop in Pueblo for retro games.
