Negative experience: The mall gamestop is ok the one by Walmart on the SS is THRASH Sold me a mega box or sports cards. When I went to open it I noticed that it was clearly opened resealed. I took it back and the wouldn't give me my money back said all they could do was exchange it for another box that were all resealed as well

Negative experience: Went in today a Harry Potter game was marked on the ticket was $27 and the person purchasing had a gift card from their birthday! Again, the price ticket on the game was $27 go to the register to ring up and the manager tells us that the game is now $50 and that’s what he has to charge us and of course I argued and said if it’s marked at $27 and a $27 and no he would not give it to us for $27! And that was the manager, so they’re cheating the customers pricing things cheap cheaper on the sticker price and then charging you more when you get to the counter! RIDICULOUS DO NOT SHOP HERE! what are we doing? And like I said it was the manager, and when he saw that we were unhappy, he did not offer any kind of way to resolve the situation at all and pretty much just told us well by the game or not, that the Price had just changed that morning and they had not get a chance to change the ticket. And I had to explain to their manager how that’s not how it works.

Negative experience: Went and asked the guy at the counter how much a squishmallow was because it didn't have a tag, he was rude and acted like I was an inconvenience. He then grabbed it to get a price but instead of helping me he went straight to another customer and just out right ignored me. Will start taking my business to other game shops.

Negative experience: I’ve been to the one in the mall and for the first time one of the two gentleman was extremely rude and condescending. If he is working during future visits I will go else where. I was very disappointed.

Negative experience: This place has gone downhill. The assistant manager is constantly cursing, won't honor prices as marked. I attempted to purchase a headset marked at $149.99 and he told me it was $215 and couldn't do anything about it. It's $149.99 at best buy, I'll take my business there.

Negative experience: The clerk Pamela seemed to be aggravated annoyed and very impatient/rude with me. I wasn't trying to be demanding or anything but I had my mind set on what I wanted to do b4 entering the store and she seemed to take it as disrespectful behavior based on the way she rudley treated me and recommend a game to me which was nothing close to what I asked for in a game since I was trading in games towards a game that was more to my appeal. She recommend a game completely opposite of what I was looking for in the story and then when i brought it back to return she stated I thought you did research on the game and seemed to be aggravated and unhappy I was back to correct it when responding are you sure this is what you want this time ........ hire people that enjoy helping others find there enjoyment not take that enjoyment and desire out of the hobby thanks!

Negative experience: To stop the pokemon scalpers they just became the scalpers.. the audacity to sell stuff way over priced,the audacity to sell single cards was absolutely disappointing.. from now on am just gonna pay the same guy that's behind the counter hahaha not amazon is the new wave.. not to mention there 50 doller 5 year old games

Positive experience: Still a great place to go and buy video games. They also have a wide selection of Funko Pops. I bought my SuperMario hats there along with my Boba Fett hat. The crew at the Pueblo mall location are very nice and helpful

Negative experience: Took my son in today to purchase an Xbox game, we were the first ones through the door as they opened and the woman, (Pamela I believe was her name) working was so rude and unprofessional. She asked what we were looking for to which I told her, and automatically responded with “we don’t have that” so my 6 year old son picked up the display box all excited for her response to be “you don’t touch that put it back, it’s not yours to touch” to which I started to get a little irritated with her as my son didn’t know it was a display. Then as I was ready to pay she was very rude and pushy to get me to take out the $3 warranty on a $20 game. I said multiple time i didn’t want it but yet kept been rude about it. I was paying contactless and at first I didn’t know you needed to hit the “tap” button on tjr screen to pay to which she was not helpful about and told me that “you need to press the button if you actually want to pay” . I paid and took my game and walked straight out. I will not be shopping at this location ever again. Discusting behaviour from an employee

Negative experience: We bought a refurbished xbox One, and when we used it, the controller didn't work and the lady we tried to return it to before the 7 day return policy ran out she refused to return it and she lowballed us on some our ps4 games and when we tried to negotiate but she refuse to give us any other price

Negative experience: The cashier I had was pretty rude. I also work retail, I understand the sign ups and apps/trans that are pushed at most places. But when I asked about the loyalty program he was incredibly rude and refused to explain it besides "it costs 25$" and wouldn't explain anything else. Ended up having to look up the program online. It really sucked because normally the other associates are very nice.

Negative experience: My son always loved coming here until recently. Bought a game for 80.00 brought it back the next day and wouldn't take it back after the lady we bought it from said no problem to bring it back. I get it to a certain point but that lady should of been more specific on how returns work. He never even played the game NOT DEFECTIVE

Negative experience: Went in to buy an Xbox controller. Wasn’t greeted and when I didn’t want to give my phone number to just buy a controller I got a heavy sigh, then a grunt when I didn’t want to spend another 14 dollars for a warranty I would never use. I’ll never shop here again.

Negative experience: I paid full price for a Meta Quest 2 headset using instore pick up. 48 hours of waiting for confirmation later they canceled my order with out supplying any refund while the email they sent says "don't worry you won't be charged" well yeah I was. I would like either my headset or my money please.

Negative experience: On 9/10/22 my family and I went in to purchase a Nintendo switch. The store was busy and the employees were on break with only the dark haried female manager with glasses was running the register. She didn't have her name tag but we knew she was the manager because she said it about 50 times during the 25 min we were in the store. We weren't in a rush so it wasn't the fact that we had to wait awhile to get checked out that bothered us, it was the absurd behavior of the manager. She was overly loud for no reason when talking, she asserted her position to the point of annoyance, and when the other employees returned from break, I was astonished how she spoke to these ladies. Thank goodness a super sweet blonde gal rang us up after she got unnecessarily barked at by her manager. At one point the manager was trying to sell a $500 game system to the customer she was helping and 3 times she shouted at the guy, "if you can guess how long I've been doing this I'll sell ya the system". Our running joke to that was "not long at all"! I couldn't work with that lady if I tried, kudos to the young lady that helped us, your patience is recognized!!!

Fantastic experience: Service has definitely improved over the years a guy name Robert did excellent work i had a problem with my rewards account and he fixed it fast and efficiently and when there wasn't a used copy of the game I was looking for and bought a new one he double checked to see if I wanted the warranty rather than just adding it and ringing it up. Quality of customer service has definitely improved in comparison to 3-4years ago.

Negative experience: The customer service was good, but I ordered a ps4 as a gift and the power button didn’t work and the top plastic piece was broken and hanging off. Luckily I knew how to fix the issue but it’s frustrating that I had to fix something that should’ve came working after I bought it. DON’T ORDER CONSOLES FROM HERE!! The didn’t even tell me that the ps4 would be used and left out a lot of details.

Positive experience: I needed to find a specific game, so I called. I asked Amber if this game was in stock and she literally answered me in 3 seconds saying "No." I decided to go and look for myself. I didn't know his name, but the guy at the desk was very friendly and helpful and helped me in under 5 minutes.
