Fantastic experience: I just came here and I there was a really nice guy there and he help me and my friends with all of our questions and had a cool pokemon conversation with us. ( Who ever that guy was I was just talking to Friday August 8 at 7:45 he needs a raise just because of how helpful and friendly he was.) Also because of my great experience here I will be coming back at a later date to buy one of the pre owned elite series 2 controller accessories and maybe a Xbox series x.

Negative experience: Sold me a ninendo switch v2 pre owned product were the charger was falling out. When I first turned the console on the battery stated it was low then all of a sudden it's fully charged 100%. Red flag I made the purchase at 12:10pm, I never left the parking out cause I was checking everything out. I made a return for an refund immediately at 12:40ish after the store employee Hunter tried to convince me there was nothing wrong with the nintendo after he nick picked with the charger for a few minutes with some needle. No thank you! He would not give me a store credit to go buy the same product at another game stop, he would not give me a cash refund even though I gave cash as part of my payment. My full refund had to be done on my debit card which I still haven't got my refund for $257.99. I have my refund receipt but I would never recommend shopping at this location. Very shady and selling bad products. Save your hard earned money and go to target or Walmart to buy it brand new! First and last time purchasing pre owned anything especially from game stop. Gamestop employees should check everything in front of the customer before the customer purchase pre owned products. FYI Update: The transaction posted to my checking account now there's a open dispute with my bank for this incorrect charge. What a nightmare and headache!! Never again ! Photos of purchase and return receipt posted to this review. If I could give negative 5 stars I would for this location and employee Hunter.

Fantastic experience: I had such a great experience with Brian. You can tell why he is the manager of GameStop. He was SUPER courteous not just to me but to every single person that walked in the door (he was by himself, but still managed to take care of me and everybody else with ease). It was perfect customer service and he really knows his stuff. I am happy with my console purchase and can’t recommend this location enough. I will definitely be back. Thank you Brian! Negative experience: The worst experience ever, came to pre order the switch but it’s 11:25 am and the store still isn’t open and they have us standing in the hot sun and refuse to answer the phone. This is why I hate dealing with GameStop and then I had to pay for a pro account just to pre order and the store doesn’t even open in time for a big event such as switch 2 pre orders smh

Negative experience: I recently visited your store on a night when the temperature outside was 28 degrees. Upon checking out, I noticed an employee was bundled up as though we were in the North Pole. Fortunately, I was only picking up an item; otherwise, the cold would have made it difficult to comfortably shop for the holidays. It appears that the store has been dealing with this issue for several months. After speaking with the employee who assisted me, it seems that the situation has not been addressed. This raises concerns about whether GameStop is prioritizing the well-being of both its employees and its customers. I hope this review brings attention to the need for a repair to the door. It’s crucial that your employees and customers feel safe and comfortable while inside the store. Please address this issue promptly.

Negative experience: Not sure if the person working was a lady or man but i felt very uncomfortable being there with my kids! The man/women dressed in a skirt did not even acknowledge us. 10/21/2024. would not advise to go to this store it just felt weird.

Negative experience: While my previous visits on this location have been alright, my most recent visit, 10/20/23, left me astonished. I walked inside and was not greeted or even acknowledged for that matter. There was only one employee and he was helping the one and only customer on the store. While I understand that a single employee cannot assist the entire world at once, a simple:“hey” “welcome in” “how’s it going” or even a nod goes a long way in customer service. I stood in line patiently while he was assisting the other customer, the other customer seemed to know that she would take a little longer to shop or browse around the store to which she said “you can help him” while referring to me. Her act of kindness was nice but in my mind I didn’t mind waiting a bit longer. The employee, even after hearing that, did not look at me, asked me if I need help, or anything for that matter. It is as if I was not there. I am not mad or upset about it but definitely just shocked at the lack of professionalism portrayed by this employee.

Negative experience: Two days I look forward to in the year, the start of the nba season and the release of NBA 2k. Game stop did not deliver and failed me, there excuse was shipping. Some people got the game when they where suppose to but others that preordered will not recieve until futher notice.. I was not one of the lucky ones, from now on all digital odering on the xbox/microsoft store. I'm old school and just use to the physical copies but time to change also changing who I shop with!!

Negative experience: For the most part great. Spend a lot of money and worked a year for them before (diff store). They need to change this can't return if seal is broken BS... So if I dont need it and find a cord I bought I can't return it Makes no sense.. The markup on everything makes them money. The small return on trades when they sell it for way more makes the money and they give their employees mostly low pay.. So why you not giving loyal customers a break? You wonder why walmart, target and amazon are gonna slowly take you out.

Negative experience: Gamestop has hardly any games and all the boxes on the wall of controllers and games they may have 2 out of like 15 or 20. Are they going out of business? They don't price compare and so after you buy a game it will drop price 2 days later and you are out of 10 dollars. Amazon gives brand new games at lower rate. My son was hurt when box was showing like they had product and then we got to counter and they were like we are out. I am really disappointed and have spent about 1500 over years to them and the company is just trash now.

Negative experience: Had one of my worst experiences here. There was a game on sale that I was looking for and this location had it. However THEYhad not marked it down. Employee refused to fix it. I had to buy it, go to another GameStop, return it, and buy it again to get the sale price. Unbelievable.

Negative experience: This store does not stand behind their prices . Went in to purchase a controller and the package said $22.49 , so I tell the guy I want it. He proceeds to take it to the counter. Once I get there he said " oh this controller is $44.99 " i asked doesnt it say $22.49? That is what I should pay. If it is marked that price , that is what it should cost. Bad customer service. If I'm gonna pay almost $50 for a used controller I'll go buy a new one for $60. They didnt even try to help me on purchasing a new one.
