Fantastic experience: I was at the Gamestop in Manchester NH, the strip store not the mall. I can't tell you in words how much Dom helped me out when no one else could or would. I will not be going to any other gamestop.

Negative experience: Website clearly states GameStop accepts passports as valid ID. I was in there for over an hour pricing out a trade in. To be told by Dennis that he couldn’t figure it out. He called his manager who said ‘they don’t have a passport scanner’. After calling GS corporate the proper protocol was to call the store dedicated hotline for assistance with tech support errors. Dennis had the nerve to try to sell me something after wasting over an hour of my time.

Fantastic experience: They're so awesome there they're super helpful and very nice they have great prices especially for used consoles and they offer very good warranties on everything they sell and they honor it very easily with no issues. If something goes wrong with something you buy there used they will literally just give you a different one that works and they'll keep doing that until you get one that finally works perfectly worst case scenario.

Negative experience: I called in to see if they had something and said the had two in stock, so I asked them to put it on hold. When I got there they did not not have the item I asked for but they told me I could look though the funko pops to see if I could find it. But there response was that someone stole them

Negative experience: Trash experience, ordered online and go to pickup when the receipt says I can and the guy says I can't have my Xbox. Had to pay with debit in person after already being charged online. Get home and the preowned Xbox is just tossed in a box, no packaging. Controllers joysticks mashed, Xbox scratched up and is absolutely disgusting filled, I mean filled completely with dust and junk. Its horrendous, returning this immediately.

Negative experience: Have gone to the store 10 separate times and they either close early or shut down not open at all. I have given them about four months to fix this and they are still deciding when they want to be open I work nights I can’t afford to deal with a store in employees who don’t know who do their job

Negative experience: Google told us this store was open at 10am, the sign on the door says 10am as well. Arrive at 10:45am and store was completely locked up even though the lights were on inside. Called the store, no answer. Disappointed, this store needs to change their hours on google, storefront, and keep their customers updated. We understand the world is short staffed but do better please.

Positive experience: I like GameStop.... I've been coming here for 25 years now. I'm a dad and now I bring my 2 sons here to purchase games. I hope they stay in business for years to come. There is advantages purchasing here. Today I went and got my youngest son his birthday gift. They had it new or pre-owned. We went with the pre-owned option that was $30.00 instead of $60.00 new. Plus being a member we got another $5.00 off. So all said and done we paid $25.00 for a game that is $60.00. Half the price and u get the same warranty plus even better with pre owned u get a 7 day return policy for any reason with the game. If u purchase new and u open thr game, that is that... u own it. So there's some great advantages for pre owned.

Fantastic experience: Came here the other day to use my PRO $5 coupon that wouldn't work online on almost anything. Spencer at the front helped me out and insisted the coupon would work on anything in the store besides other forms of currency i.e. gift cards, etc. I ended up grabbing The Order 1886 for $6.99, used the discount (which wouldn't work for this exact game online) and only payed $1.99 for my next easy Platinum... I'd highly recommend just going into the store and using your PRO coupon for each month because GameStop online is broken y'all! Oh, and Spencer was super chill + an avid Raiders fan such as myself. Good dude, would highly recommend finding him for help.

Negative experience: If I could give it lower then 1 star I would.. i went there to trade in stuff and the person that was there was so rude and just all and all not not nice. The person in line in front of me was treated the same exact way. He had a attitude and was snippy for no reason. While inspecting my things for trade in he treated them awful. I had every intention of Getting in store credit and buying things but after that experience I just took the cash and left. I will never ever go back there.

Negative experience: Jeff was rude and vile. Avoid this place. He was dirty and clueless. I’d recommend buying digital and avoiding coming here. GameStop hires the worst people. If you really need to talk to someone I’d suggest going to Best Buy.

Positive experience: standard GameStop location. filled with multiple console games new & old and other popular media merchandise this store, like all others, keep sticking new price labels on the empty game cases about the store. why? the game disks or cartridges are locked up either behind the register or in a back room. why do I have to bring home game media cases with store price stickers on them? why if you are going to permanently put something on the cases can't it be a small colored sticker somewhere on the back or inside to denote price? I don't like having any stickers on my game cases. later on I found out I was charged for and given a game case missing the game disk. when I called to report the situation, the store personnel who sold me the game said he couldn't do anything. I was able to get the customer service number. I was told someone would contact me regarding the issue, but no one has to date. at another location, where the disk couldn't be found I wasn't charged. in fact, that person didn't charge me for one and when I called to report his error, he let me keep it no charge

Negative experience: I went in looking to buy some star wars action figures in the game stop store on south willow in Manchester NH. But none that I was interested in were to be found. I would like to say though how dirty I found the floor in this place to be like it hadn't been vacuumed in months. I know we had the snowstorm a few days before I came in but whoever runs this store needs to keep it cleaner. It's a real turnoff.!

Positive experience: Ok. Check online prices of games especially if buying used. Sometimes Best Buy or Walmart has them cheaper brand new. I bought a used game and a new game. The used game was only a $1 savings vs buying new. Not a real savings
