Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming to this GameStop for a couple years and I can say it’s the best in the area.

Fantastic experience: I went in to look for one particular game. The person working was so helpful. Although their store didn't have what I was looking for, he called to other local stores. When he found a copy available, he asked the other store to hold it until I got there. I was so grateful! There were only 2 copies left between all the local stores!

Positive experience: Up to date with latest games, usually have good deals going on. Good variety of different console games. Prices are a little high on some games and nice merch on display, usually up with the latest trend.

Negative experience: Closed at 10:45am on a Saturday(1.5.24) . Even though the internet and the hours on the door said open at 10am.

Negative experience: According to the sign on the door opens at 10:00 in the morning I showed up at 10: 35 and the door was still locked, as I was leaving watch someone I'm coming unlock the door at 10:40.

Positive experience: Nothing much has changed with gamestop. The need to keep a better stock of items though. I traveled 30 min after I checked online for a item that was no longer in stock

Negative experience: Does not open at scheduled time on the regular; before, I'd shown up an hour after scheduled open and they were still closed. Today I showed up, all lights on, open sign on, employees inside, but door was locked and nobody would open the door. If you're having an employee meeting and cannot serve customers, I understand, but put up a sign. Would rather go somewhere else, even if this is the closest game store in town.

Negative experience: Obnoxious woman named Clarissa berates customers into getting a membership and insults them when they don’t, she is the single reason I won’t be returning.

Positive experience: Decent selection, but older games like Wii, XB360, and DS/3DS games are horribly overpriced. Some of these games are more than double what they would be online in excellent condition including shipping. I’d suggest staying away for older games. It’s great for newer games and merchandise however. Employees here are pretty friendly and helpful. Just do research and check out what the value of something is using eBay sold listings or pricecharting.

Negative experience: Pre order elsewhere. Was told there was a pre-order bonus for kirby (pins) so my fiance and I pre ordered. Turns out there was no real "bonus" and the pins were first come first serve. Got finessed into pre ordering for nothing.

Fantastic experience: The manager Clarissa and her employee really took care of me and made me feel welcome. Definitely my favorite GameStop in town, I will be back!

Fantastic experience: I went there tonight for the midnight release of pokemon legends areceus and I can say Ive never met a more welcoming friendly staff they were amazing helpful and altogether fantastic to be around not only that they handled the crowd of people, skillfully, beautifully, and even quickly. Thats why this is my gamestop I will never go to another location

Negative experience: My son and i had a horrendous experience a couple days ago while we were looking for a PS4 controller. We were staređ at the WHOLE time and were actively trying to make us feel uncomfortable. Then i was told that a vêry popular item wasnt in stock and id have to order it and have it sent to my house. I told them I'd buy it on Amazon and that I would never go back to that store . I love Gamestop but not that 1

Positive experience: Really need to have more than one employee working. Every time I've been in here there's one employee and a long line/wait for assistance. All employees I've seen here have been very helpful and nice, they're not slacking, just understaffed. It's frustrating enough though that I'm about to just cancel the order I'm here to pick up and leave.

Fantastic experience: I went to GameSpot with a unique problem and the person there was extremely helpful and did what he could to solve the issue. Although I will have to ship the PS4 back to the main warehouse, the local store bent over backwards to help me out.

Fantastic experience: I am not an avid gamer, but I am starting to get into gaming more. The new manager of this store, Josh has been an amazing help in recommending games and helping me pick out presents for my Nephew and SO. The store has also turned around while Josh has been in charge since the winter. It is much better organized and the staff is much better trained. Justin at this location has also been tremendously helpful when I have gone in. Thanks guys for helping me and everyone else!

Positive experience: Stopped by here when I was in the area, needed rechargable battery packs and a headset. I guess it was the employees first day because he wasn't very accurate with the products he sold me. I ended up having to exchange the items at a store in my area once I returned home and realized nothing worked. All in all, I guess it wasn't his fault, I should have known what I needed instead of relying on his knowledge.

Negative experience: Waited in a line of three people for about ten minutes before employees notified everyone the computers were down. Finally purchased my game but took at least 15 mins to find the copy because they didn't have there games organized properly. Thankfully I bought the game pre owned because I found a cheaper version new at walmart
