Negative experience: Bought a pre-owned game didn't work returned 4 days later with the recipet and was told I'm out of the return window. That GameStop does the same I explained the employee that sold me the game assured me I could return it if there were any issues and GameStop gives you a week on all pre-owned products. Was then told we're not GameStop. As a serious collector I can not suggest this place.

Negative experience: Messy and poorly organized store. It’s hard to tell what they even have in stock because everything is all over the place. Customer service was pretty bad too — when I asked about a specific game, they barely seemed to care or try to help. Overall, it felt unprofessional and not worth the time if you’re looking for something specific or browsing.

Fantastic experience: 447 7th Street: "The Video Game Store" is inside a conjoined building alongside The Smokeshop. When you go inside the building it is on the right. They have SO MANY GAMES!! All kinds of systems! Every one you could possibly remember in existence. The people there are very nice! Very personalable! The prices are very reasonable! HUGE SELECTION! PS1,2,3,4,5 & XBOX, ONE, 360,etc. Nintendo Gameboy, 3DS, Advanced, GBA, Original Nintendo, 64, Switch, Wii, etc etc. SO MUCH MORE! Movies: DVDs, Blurays, Collectables of all kinds. Manga, Anime, Pops, Video Game Guides. Consoles as well. Every system you can possibly think of! I enjoyed my time I spent there. Was there quite awhile! The people who work there know there stuff well. They also buy collectibles and consoles also games as well. Check them out, you won't be disappointed!

Fantastic experience: The best game shop in the area. Love coming in here, the guys are absolutely fantastic. I'm a big Atari collector and it can be hard to find good stuff, but they seem to always have something and the pricing is great. Highly recommend stopping by and taking a look.

Fantastic experience: Got some great games, including a rare Nintendo 3DS game, for a good price! Very friendly staff. Rare to see this kind if shop nowadays and I was very charmed. The games were pretty disorganized though and hard to read from in front of the counter - just be assertive asking for help.

Negative experience: I went in to sell nine games, I asked how much I would be getting for them and they kept saying "fify, fifee" like 5 times. I asked "fifty?" and they said yes. I agreed and after taking a picture of my ID and me, they gave me FIFTEEN dollars. I was so irritated and I desperately needed money today, so I just left. But I will not be back. Please learn how to enunciate. I'm so annoyed. Some of those games can be sold for $10 on their own. Unbearable

Fantastic experience: These guys are awesome. Went there for the first time yesterday and they absolutely hooked me up. Two staff spend at least 10min helping me with my N64 and determining some good suggestions for a specific genre of PS4 games. Incredible prices, inventory, and service.

Prices are very fair, and they have just about every console I can think of, including current gen consoles.

Positive experience: The reason i am giving only 4 stars is because of the young black chick. I talked to her on the phone and when i got there I spoke with her she helped someone else and when she was finished she went to other ends of the store. So when i saw she was free i went to talk to her, the guy came over, who was super cool btw, she went to the other side of the store again. I talked to 4 different customers that came in and I'm just a talkative and friendly guy. Why she was avoiding me is beyond me. The guy was awesome and super friendly as well as really helpful! Great selection of movies and lots of retro games/consoles.

Honestly when I walked into the store for the first time I thought it was a collection. That's how impressive the selection is. Located conveniently off of 7th Street in Allentown with working hours that accommodate everyone. Forget the big box retailers when it comes to video games, this is the place you need.

Fantastic experience: First thing, besides video games and consoles, they also have a wide assortment of DVDs. Second, they have some very cool stuff. I'm a video game junkie, especially when it comes to the classics. Nostalgia hits the wallet everytime. They have Nintendos, N64s, Game Gears, Playstation, Atari, all that. Vintage games with the cases and manuals. Some of these games are not cheap. Especially, when you compare a Sega game to an XBOX 1 game and ask how something like that can go for $130. They have all the new titles and consoles too. The guys that work there are super friendly and can talk games for days. Love it.

Negative experience: 11:40 Saturday, after the 1 hour drive from my house and website and store clearly are marked open. Lights are out and door is locked. Hopefully nobody else has to go through this.

Fantastic experience: Nice place. A wide selection of all playstation and xbox era. Sometimes you get a good deal but that's very rare. Most of the time, prices just reflect the online prices. The only advantage to frequenting this place is they sell games in very good to excellent condition with very few scratches. So they're standards for trade in resales are high so you know you'll be buying a clean copy. Unfortunately, you most likely will neve find a game worth over 60 bucks at this store due to their list of private collectors getting first dibs

A yoo 5 stars indeed show them some love go get you some games .
