Negative experience: Wow. Completely ignored me when I entered. I asked about a new game and was told they were sold out. The clerk immediately walked into the back room. I only shop here since it's two blocks from my residence, but today was the last.

Fantastic experience: I found what I was looking for. A new game for PlayStation. Customer service was excellent

Negative experience: There is the most sassy & disinterested sales advisor working here who will literally hang up in your face, and not pick up the phone anymore that day. Legit some guy, sounds lightskin and young

Negative experience: Do not buy anything online here. They lie about what’s in stock purposely, then they take 2 weeks to refund you, and even then you need to go through your bank

Negative experience: It was said that the store would open at 10 AM, but as of 11 AM, they were still closed and not accommodating any customers, even though there was someone inside the store. When they finally opened, the staff member was very rude and didn't offer any help or even greet anyone. I went there specifically to ask about the PS5, as it was advertised online as being available. When I inquired about it, the staff member informed me that I needed to have a PRO membership with GameStop to ask about the PS5 console. Wow!

Negative experience: I pre-ordered the newest Zelda a week ago and was excited to get a copy on it's release. I was certain to ask the store manager if there would be a copy available on the day it came out if pre ordered. He said unequivocally yes. When I went to the store, I was forced to wait 15 minutes past opening time for the store to open, waited on line for 10 minutes only to be told that there were no copies in the store. Don't waste time interaction with this store, go to another one. They are not prepared to do business on the most basic level. What's worse is that I could have bought a copy at Walmart next door a few hours earlier but didn't because i believed that Gamestop was functional.

The Manager Asston is the worst person to talk to, has a hard time keeping employees and customers because he so lazy to do his job like he should. 1st party Nintendo titles are $10 cheaper at Walmart.

Negative experience: The main guy was extremely rude to me and the people that I was with for just asking basic questions about products. (like if it was in stock for example) He seemed hostile when answering for no particular reason like having to deal with people was such a horrible thing. You would think since businesses are hurting right now due to corona, they'd be more welcoming to potential revenue..... which they lost bc I went elsewhere and bought a lot of product instead. I avoid this location ever since. Plenty of other businesses around and online that sell the same or more products. It wouldnt be any loss if this location shut down. Just saying.

Negative experience: Extremely rude staff. Placed an order for pickup online. When I get here phone doesn't work, staff that finally answered the door was rude and abrasive. I wish I was working, this guy obviously doesn't.

Negative experience: Online stock count is incorrect. Drove to this specific location because the website said this was the only location that had 2 games that I was looking for. They only had 1 of the 2 in stock. And the 1 in stock isn't even new. I don't care what your employees tell me. If a product is unwrapped and already opened, that is no longer brand new. You have a policy to loan out new games to employees so they can talk about the game. That makes the game used/pre-owned not brand new. Shady practices. Pushy af about signing up for your "rewards" program as well. Nothing in this world is free. If it doesn't cost money I'm paying for it elsewhere. In the case of your "rewards" that'll be my personal information. Call me paranoid but in this day and age my privacy is more paramount than anything. The day Gamestop goes bankrupt will be the day I will celebrate

Fantastic experience: I love y'all. I work weird hours so i almost never get here until ten minutes before closing. I always feel bad about it and try to hurry. They always stop me and tell me to take my time and are so nice and willing to open everything for you and answer any questions and I just can't explain how cool that is. I decided to buy a 2dsxl on my birthday and my card wouldn't scan, so they waited for me to walk across the street to get cash out of the atm. Srsly A++; y'all are the best.
