Negative experience: I’ve been coming to GameStop for the last three or four days because they have a product that I use off my grandchildren. I’m sitting outside the store. It’s 1106. They’re supposed to open on 11. There was a lady that pulled up in a SUV that looks like it’s been in a wreck or two green pants, black shirt I believe hair done up in a bun when in the door pull the curtain up went inside and locked it and she still hasn’t opened and it’s supposed to open at 11 and I’ll call twice and nobody’s answering the phone. It’s not a little bit Ludacris really strange. I wonder if she’s OK in there should I call the police just continue to wait or take my business elsewhere In all fairness, the other two GameStop, I have gone to and this one up until yesterday. I haven’t had any problem. I’m just shocked that she went in hasn’t opened yet.

Negative experience: I can see why this store had zero customers inside. Bobby was a complete jerk. Looked at me and my husband like we were an issue asking about another store having the one thing we came to look for. AFTER him already telling us that the mall had it. Sir, customer service is literally your job. No matter how stupid the question might have been.

Fantastic experience: Inventory is up to date! Did it quick Google search of the product I wanted, picked this GameStop, and picked up exactly what I needed.. All within a 20 minute time span! Manager Jerry was very professional, super friendly and very convincing with the GS rewards. If I hadn't been 99% broke, I would have gone for it. 10/10 would come back.

Negative experience: I brought in a brand new game for trade in unopened originally $40 and they offered $3.50. You’re better off selling your games on FB marketplace. Also, the employee on staff couldn’t answer any questions I had and said things like “I’m not corporate. I wouldn’t know. It’s not for me to know these things. Can you just sign it? I don’t know why it says discount.” Completely inept and clearly doesn’t care about his job. Please don’t waste your time here.

Negative experience: I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received during a recent interaction with one of your employees on 9/18/2025. While some of the staff have always been pleasant and helpful in the past, my experience on this particular occasion was entirely unacceptable and frankly, concerning. I called to inquire about the status of a PSA submission if it came in or not and (I don’t have access to my GameStop account or I would check myself) I was greeted by a staff member I had interacted with previously. From the start, he exhibited an attitude that suggested he had little interest in assisting me. He immediately dismissed my inquiry by saying, “Call back tomorrow when my manager is here,” with no further explanation or willingness to help. This response was not only unprofessional but also lacked any effort to provide basic customer service. What was particularly troubling was the fact that I had dealt with this employee before and knew he had access to the necessary tools and resources to assist me, including a key to open the locked drawer where orders of cards could be checked. When I reminded him of this, based on our past interaction, he seemed uninterested and unwilling to even check for the information I needed. I was disappointed by his attitude and the lack of initiative he demonstrated, especially given that this was a simple task that he had previously completed without issue. As a customer I expect better service and professionalism from your staff. I hope you take this feedback seriously and address this issue to ensure that future customers do not have to deal with such unhelpful and dismissive behavior.

Negative experience: Just left the store purchasing gift cards and the front desk girl was sweet! Not leaving a good review due to whoever was managing the store. This girl asked him to grab an Xbox just for him to rudely walk away and say he’s doing something else?! On top of that, the customers were standing right in front of her waiting! Once I picked out my items I walked right to him to check out (he was at the register) and he doesn’t even look up to me and says “she’s gonna help you instead” and proceeded to walk away and poor girl even thought he was gonna help. The way he spoke was honestly so ugly and rude I would hate to have management like that. Won’t be back unfortunately

Negative experience: Girl that closed on July 14th, 2024 in the Woodland Hills location was extremely rude. I was shopping and minding my own business with a few of my closest friends about 10 minutes before they closed. We were browsing and the woman rudely raised her voice at us in a demeaning manner, and sarcastically asking if we needed any assistance and reminding us that the mall closes momentarily. The interaction put a bad taste in my mouth regarding GameStop and their employees. I expect respect from any customer service worker when I grant them respect. I think immediate action should be taken.

Fantastic experience: I was waiting on my iPhone to get fixed so went it to kill time but ended up buying some precision rings. Vincenzo was awesome and even helped me save a few bucks with a coupon on my account I didn’t know I had. Also loved the overall vibe which counts for a lot in my opinion.

Negative experience: Gamestop shipped the wrong console, so naturally we called customer support. They told us to return to our local store for a return/replace so we go to this location per their instructions over the phone and the email says the same thing. The ‘assistant manager’ says they won’t honor customer service’s promise despite it being in writing and claim we are attempting to defraud the store. When asked for a manager the ‘assistant manager’ said they don’t have one…then he said they do but he’s just not there. Won’t provide a schedule to speak to said manager bc he doesn’t know when they’ll be in the store again. Then refuses to provide information for a GM or any higher management. Tells us to take it up with corporate customer service, who tells me that the store is in violation of corporate policy and they would be reported but that now we would have to ship the incorrect item back to the warehouse and get a replacement which will take an additional 2 weeks or more because this guy refused to do his job. Perfect example as to why this company was on the verge of bankruptcy so recently. If I could give 0 stars you bet I would. Absolutely abysmal customer service at all levels of this company

Fantastic experience: I was in on 08-27-2022. I asked about suggestions for games and the store manager made a suggestion, and even though i had to go to another store to get the suggested game the manager was still friendly and helpful workout making any money. Very good customer service

Negative experience: Good afternoon, very disappointed customer here. I visited two Game Stops today trying to purchase a PS5 for my 9 year old son’s birthday. The first location in the Tulsa Woodland Hills mall explained to my husband and I that they were out of stock but we can go across the street to the other location (7103 S Memorial Dr, Tulsa, OK 74133) as they have them in stock for $727 bundle includes 3 games, charger and GS gift card. We went to this location, told the cashier that we would like to purchase the bundle in which she said it was $807. We explained that the guy at the other location told us it was $727 and there was also an ad taped on the door with the same $727 bundle price. The cashier then ripped the ad off of the door, tore it into pieces and said “Sorry the price went up”. No explanation or anything. As a consumer, she should have at least honored the price listed on the ad on your door and what the other GS location told us it would be. Very poor customer service and I will not be returning.

Fantastic experience: Very nice and knowledgeable associates here. The only thing is 1 of the associates store my sons tag off of his Pokemon plush and he loves collecting the tags. He said mama she took my tags Not sure if we can exchange but she did it right in front of my face while I was talking to the main cashier that day. We will be returning to see if he can get 1 with the tags or they can special order him 1. Them Pokemon characters don't come cheap.Other than that associate ripping the tags off it's been a wonderful experience.

Positive experience: GOOD PLACE TO GET GAMES!! good place to get games as any but the reason I go here is for good deals on games and I can ask questions about certain things and if I'm with any one at the mall or shopping center they're pretty convenient. their used game have a good insurance policy so if you break your game it be replaced. I don't recommend it, but if you break the game in front of them they will replace it that's pretty unique. And it a pretty good gamer vibe when there's not covid for the most part. I don't like online as much because you have buy over like $30 to get free shipping and it should be more organized online. I recommend amazon, or walmart online, before game stop unless there is a good online deal.

Negative experience: Horrible customer service very passive aggressive and disrespectful employee her name is Amy I spoke to Amy today she refused to give me her employee ID number didn’t even want to give the district managers name I just need help with returning an item I purchased 2 weeks ago she was very rude and not helpful at all I also spoke to Nick last weekend he was also rude disrespectful not willing to help. I will never purchase anything from that store ever again they are only nice when you spend your money but if you have any issues after purchase they are very rude disrespectful and not helpful at all. I told Amy to have the district manager contact me as soon as possible so hopefully I will here from him soon.

Fantastic experience: I love my Broken Arrow GameStop. They are knowledgeable, quick, and friendly. They would have do some really cool midnight launch parties with prizes to get the hype up and keep everyone happy while waiting. I feel like the individual stores are hamstrung by corporate though as they seem to always be changing their policies and midnight launches. Everything is dictated thru corporate. I like the new look of the stores. That is a good idea to have gaming in the stores that’s the new wave. The one constant complaint everyone has is the lack of money you get on the trade ins is a joke. There are even memes all over the internet about GameStop and their trade in policies. The trade in system is an absolute joke.

Positive experience: The stock level has dropped they don't have nearly the amount of products they used to. They do not carry what I'm interested in anymore. I guess they are going down hill. Ever since they redid the building for gaming in the back half of the store, I have hated gamestop.
