Fantastic experience: My go to GameStop, they carry new games as well as old. If you are a frequent buyer of games in stores you should get the membership for the deals. If you want old games ask them up front they'll have a list of available games.

Negative experience: Rude guy didn't help me look for a game even though he just helped the previous customer search other Gamestop locations for their game. He was too busy texting behind the counter. This is the closest gamestop to me but I'd rather drive an extra 10 minutes to the plaza parkway location from now on. I've had many positive experiences there

Negative experience: I pre-ordered for TotK here, was told at time of purchase they could use my phone number to look up my order when I came to pick itup, and to call ahead to see if they're doing a pre-release for it the night before (May 11.) I did call ahead earlier this week and spoke to someone there confirming that I could show up just before 9 and I would just need to wait in line, which I did. I waited in line for a half hour only to be told when I got to the front that I had to have stopped by earlier today to get some red ticket and they couldn't give me my preorder because the registers are closed. I have already paid for my item and never in any of the multiple conversations did anyone tell me anything else. I followed their instructions and they wasted my time. I get that they were busy but the employees were very unapologetic and made it clear they dgaf. This was my first experience trying to make a purchase at this location and, with all the other places available to buy games items, it will definitely be my last.

Negative experience: I drove half an hour because it's the closest game stop to me and online it said it was open till 8pm and when I got there it was closed

Negative experience: Dirtbag at front desk doesn't know how to specify what you need for a trade in, then when he gets it all he acts like it's all garbage. Whoever is the manager at this store needs help asap no gamers coming here anymore.

Very nice guy had no problem with him very quick at check you out. I didn’t ask for his name but it’s a tall,skinny, brown hair guy. I’m definitely going back to get more Pokémon cards there. :)
