Negative experience: The way the employee talked to me about my parenting was absurd. The employee was late teens, early 20s, male and very unprofessional. I was getting my son a Switch and thought I would get him Five Nights at Freddy's for one of the games. He said he wasn't trying to tell me how to parent, but that game is kind of scary and would rot his brain. I informed him that I am fully aware of how video games can affect both children and adults. I also said that my son has played a game that some people find a little more frightening for a younger child. My son thinks differently then many children his age and does not find things as scary as other children because he is able to differentiate between what is real and what isn't, in a sense that he knows Pennywise is a fictional character and not a raging clown that will eat him and his friends. He proceeded to tell me that there was no saving my son now. Seriously? It is absolutely unacceptable.

Negative experience: Go somewhere where you'll actually get assistance. It was my first time in here and it will be my last. I was interested in an item and asked what sales were going on. I was responded with "If you use your eyes then you'll know, im tired of everyone asking." Instantly lost a sale not only from me, but from my other 3 friends I was shopping with.

Negative experience: Don't pre-order here you'll get screwed

Negative experience: Its a gamestop, we all know what to expect. A bit overpriced games and accessories, not the best buying prices. This one in particular is very cramped, and not wheelchair accessible because how small it is.

Positive experience: Very helpfull staff member, got me what I needed.

Negative experience: Worst costumer service I’ve experienced, main manager shows a lack of care for her position and is very unprofessional and makes the shopping experience very difficult and frustrating

Negative experience: Sold me a game with huge crack in it didnt say anything nor show me the crack on disc this is first time had a issue here but its an obvious to see crack and it goes all the way through theres no way the game would work since it has that crack

Negative experience: Why is this place still open. Everything over priced and they hound you every step about there memberships. Sell games stop pestering guests about your subscriptions and keep your prices reasonable. No wonder why this company Is on its last leg

Negative experience: I used to really love Game stop, but the last time I was there, I am pretty sure I was lied to, I walked in asking about a game if they had it used, straight up told me no, and then I proceeded to watch him pull a disk out of the drawer in a sleeve, grab a unsealed case from the shelf, and then wrap the case in a plastic cover to make it look new. Charged me full price for the game, I'm not gonna argue, but I don't know how much I'll be coming back to game stop, it makes me sad, but I'm probably be giving my business to video games ect, from now on, people are nicer, and probably more honest.

Positive experience: Staff was nice, but seemed like they were bored. My son loves pokemon cards and has to have a few of the packs. Good cards from them though.

Negative experience: I was going to get the new minty pickaxe for my friend for Christmas and then I got in line that took about 5 minutes then he told me that I had to make a purchase ( it was free). So I got $5 and went back and I got in line to complain but they told me to go to another line. Really mad thank you for reading.

Positive experience: Nothing special, pretty much like every other one I've been to. Seems like they really push the limit on putting things out to sell and making the store hard to navigate if there's even a small number of customers.

Positive experience: The female manager is awesome. She is so helpful and gives her full attention to each customer. Store is a tad cluttered with little room for movement. It's like waking through a hedge maze.

Positive experience: Terrable for selling games... If you sell them a game, you get like $2.03 for a 60 dollar game. But good for buying a vast veriaty of games, they have always been good for merch, and accessories. If your a gamer, go here. But if you want to sell a game, dont go here... Use ebay for selling. Great though for everything but selling to them, i have nothing ageinst gamestop, im just mad about their refund policy.

Then again what would I know I havent owned a video game in over a decade. Personally if I were an investor, I wouldnt buy into this seems like a short lived buisness.
